Located in the beautiful Nadrin Nature Reserve in Houffalize, this is a 7-bedroom villa for a large family or group of 18 people. The villa has a sauna and a bubble bath for a relaxing holiday. You can also take a dip in the private swimming pool and cool off on a hot day.
This accommodation is on a hill and enjoys unobstructed views of the surrounding area. The town is excellent for shopping and there is always plenty going on. Nature lovers can explore the forest and lake at 0.5 km. Supermarkets and restaurants are also at 0.5 km. There are cross country trails at 15 km to enjoy in winter.

We had our company annual kickoff in this extraordinary location. This house is ideal for larger groups, very comfortable and offers everything you need. We rented this house with 12 adults for a week. The arrival and welcome was very friendly, but only in French. We settled in quickly, the description was right. The garden furniture, exercise equipment and play equipment are already getting a bit old. During some thunderstorms, the house fuses jumped out and on the last day it was triggered by the alarm system. The owner is super friendly, the house very well maintained and excellently equipped. The hot tub is serviced every day and changed the water, the barbecue area is perfect to enjoy the weather and you can even sit outside in the evening with music even without the neighbors complaining. Last week we rented a villa for 18 people through Belvilla in Nadrin, Belgium. It was a 100% correct choice. The villa was designed for such a large group. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly owner. When we arrived, all the beds were made and on departure we did not even have to remove them! Glasses, plates, cutlery, all for more than 18 people present, as well as two microwaves, two dishwashers, an electric hob, a toaster for four slices simultaneously, 6 raclet devices. There was an arcade with various games for the youth, air disc table, shuffleboard, pool billiards, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor heated swimming pool, jeu-de-boules court, covered hall with a BBQ, fitness room with four pieces of equipment. It was all there!! Highly recommended!

Hello everyone, the first contact with the manager was very good. He was very friendly and showed us the house (unfortunately he only spoke French), which made a great impression at first glance. However, the house could not hold this first impression. If you consider that almost € 3,000.00 was charged for the long weekend, there were some deficiencies that were not acceptable: * In some rooms there was no toilet paper and hand washing soap * The sanitary facilities in the rooms were partly defective (aerator broken, Leaky shower hose, siphon on the sink) * The lighting in the bathrooms and in parts of the house left a lot to be desired (energy-saving lamps are the last thing I need on vacation) * I also have better standards for cleanliness in the kitchen area (e.g. the remaining coffee of the previous tenant was still to be found in the vacuum jug, the freezer still contained numerous ice packs from previous tenants, in the refrigerator there was also refrigerated goods from the previous tenant). So that was the first impression. In the afternoon we went to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. There was no objection here. Water and cleanliness were okay. The surprise, however, followed with the sauna. Here a heating coil was defective (that must have been the case before we arrived!), So that the sauna "heated up" to a maximum of 40 degrees. In other words, it could not be used, and after a phone call with the manager, he wanted to take care of the repairs. However, the announcement remained, as no technician was available. New French-speaking owner who unfortunately can only communicate in French. This makes the reception and departure somewhat uncomfortable. We have spent 3 weekends here as a group to full satisfaction. The only side-note that can be made is that little maintenance has been done at first glance in 3 years. We rented this house with 12 adults for a week. The arrival and welcome was very friendly, but only in French. We settled in quickly, the description was right. The garden furniture, exercise equipment and play equipment are already getting a bit old. We rented Villa Folie 10 adults for a week. It is excellent experience for us, especially since everyone had their own bedroom / bathroom: top privacy! A fine place for a family reunion. Quietly situated. Walking in the immediate vicinity. A fine restaurant on the lake is 50 meters away. Centrally located for day trips. The house is not suitable for families with small children because of the many stairs outside, but bigger kids can sit out without problems and especially in play. The house was fantastic! We enjoyed a long weekend of hiking, sitting in the sauna and jacuzzi and relaxing or playing pool upstairs. There is more than enough kitchenware available which makes cooking easier. House is also recommended in the summer as there is a large garden. The only thing is that some things are a bit outdated, there are some holes in the floor and the vacuum cleaner and dishwasher no longer work optimally.

Last week we rented a villa for 18 people through Belvilla in Nadrin, Belgium. It was a 100% correct choice. The villa was designed for such a large group. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly owner. When we arrived, all the beds were made and on departure we did not even have to remove them! Glasses, plates, cutlery, all for more than 18 people present, as well as two microwaves, two dishwashers, an electric hob, a toaster for four slices simultaneously, 6 raclet devices. Whole nice owner and a fantastic house. We have been to this house for 15 friends and have had a great time. We have rented out at Outdoor center mtb, which is 1 km away from the property. There are 6 bedrooms and a sofa bed and 5 bathrooms, enough space. Baker at 1 min drive, only on one side neighbors and the garden is on the side where there are no neighbors. Beautiful view!

Hello everyone, the first contact with the manager was very good. He was very friendly and showed us the house (unfortunately he only spoke French), which made a great impression at first glance. However, the house could not hold this first impression. If you consider that almost € 3,000.00 was charged for the long weekend, there were some deficiencies that were not acceptable: * In some rooms there was no toilet paper and hand washing soap * The sanitary facilities in the rooms were partly defective (aerator broken, Leaky shower hose, siphon on the sink) * The lighting in the bathrooms and in parts of the house left a lot to be desired (energy-saving lamps are the last thing I need on vacation) * I also have better standards for cleanliness in the kitchen area (e.g. the remaining coffee of the previous tenant was still to be found in the vacuum jug, the freezer still contained numerous ice packs from previous tenants, in the refrigerator there was also refrigerated goods from the previous tenant). So that was the first impression. In the afternoon we went to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. There was no objection here. Water and cleanliness were okay. The surprise, however, followed with the sauna. Here a heating coil was defective (that must have been the case before we arrived!), So that the sauna "heated up" to a maximum of 40 degrees. In other words, it could not be used, and after a phone call with the manager, he wanted to take care of the repairs. However, the announcement remained, as no technician was available.
