Upon arrival, as scheduled at 4:00 PM, the cleaning was not yet finished. In the bedrooms, there were still some points for improvement: contact lenses from the previous tenant under the bed, dirty toilet areas, wet towels that hadn't been in the dryer long enough, in the closet or under the sink. The towels smelled musty and did not give a good first impression. The layout of the house and the garden with the pool are very well thought out, as is the outdoor dining area with barbecue and gas griddle. We had expected that the pool would be cleaned at least once extra during this week, as 16 people are using it, so it gets dirty quickly, among other things due to falling leaves and twigs. Bedding and towels are clean. The house inside is dated, especially the furniture, floor with holes, doors that cannot be locked (toilet) very noisy. Kitchen, especially the stove is too small to cook for 18 people. It was dirty, dust rags, shower moldy, (seal edges) hair in the drain, drains did not work well, shower head not adjustable. Last week we rented a villa for 18 people through Belvilla in Nadrin, Belgium. It was a 100% correct choice. The villa was designed for such a large group. So that was the first impression. In the afternoon we went to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. There was no objection here. Water and cleanliness were okay. We rented Villa Folie 10 adults for a week. It is excellent experience for us, especially since everyone had their own bedroom / bathroom: top privacy! A fine place for a family reunion. The house is not suitable for families with small children because of the many stairs outside, but bigger kids can sit out without problems and especially in play. Unfortunately we had only booked a weekend and have not even got around to all the possibilities that the house has to offer. Last week we rented a villa for 18 people through Belvilla in Nadrin, Belgium. It was a 100% correct choice. The villa was designed for such a large group. Hello everyone, the first contact with the manager was very good. He was very friendly and showed us the house (unfortunately he only spoke French), which made a great impression at first glance. Highly recommended for those who want to go on holiday with a large group without worries. Everything is there to make it a pleasant stay! Only the fireplace was being repaired during our stay, so we couldn't use it, but this certainly didn't spoil the atmosphere.

We have a group of friends a FAN-TAS-tic weekend lived in Villa Folie. The house has room sat comfort and luxury abound. The relaxation & relaxation area are simply amazing. No time for boredom. We have fun and festive dine. The kitchen is very well equipped. The environment is fantastic. The walks in the neighborhood beautiful. We have a beautiful piece of Belgium discovered. And take the service on top of the owner, is always ready with advice and deed! We will be back.

With the whole family stayed in this fantastic and beautiful large villa with luxurious with all modern conveniences. The owner is very nice and helpful and always available if something might be. This Villa is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.

Foil Villa is a fantastic property and guarantees a memorable stay. The home owner is extremely friendly and takes the time for a tour. For any questions you can contact him and he will do everything to get you to make you feel. The house is completely furnished, every detail has been thought. Unfortunately we had only booked a weekend and have not even got around to all the possibilities that the house has to offer. Villa film is suitable for all ages, there is something for all ages something to do, sauna, whirlpool, gym, playroom with toys, games, foosball and air hockey, playground with swings and slide, bowling, table tennis in the garden, sound installations in the public areas, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, a closet with all Blue Rays, CD "s and DVD 's (all categories), pool table ... Furthermore, the house very central and you can make nice trips from the villa, outdoor activities or take beautiful towns. But really you just want to not leave this house :-). Outside the house was so complete, it was all decorated with taste! Really a topper!

We were with a group of 11 men in this beautiful Villa! This villa is equipped with all comforts, you can not call it crazy or the owner has ensured that it is present! The relaxation options in this villa are optimal! The sauna and jacuzzi are really delicious! Living room has a super relaxed lounchebank, there are also delicious lounchestoelen present. In the living room is a large plasma screen with Blu-Ray player and surround set. DVD 's and Blu-Ray' s are already there! From children's films to Action Movies! All bedrooms have perfect beds (not ikea) really delicious boxsprings! Also the bathrooms are neat clean and well voorzien.De kitchen is really PERFECT really all the trimmings, a blender until beertender . We have a group of sixteen people, including six children had a long weekend in Villa Folie. The luxury of this villa had nothing more to be desired. Really fantastic! The owner was very friendly and has plenty of time for explanations and questions.
