No German television, not even 1 channel. Fly screens only on one balcony door. No shade or sun umbrella for the children. No possibility to cool down, as there is a water connection but no hose. Some things are also missing in the kitchen that should actually be there. Since there are no shutters, it is very warm upstairs and difficult to sleep. These are the important things for now. There would be more to mention now, but that would lead to digressions. The house is otherwise very large as described. Many toys for the children in the house. The large garden is very nice, especially if you have dogs with you. If all of that doesn't bother you. Regarding the warmth in the upper floor or the missing fly screens, one can spend a nice vacation here.

Very cozy furnished house and enough space for 8 people. The owner is hospitable and very friendly. With the kitchen inventory, you can cook in many ways (bring your own cheese slicer). Bedrooms are fine, although some of us found the mattresses a bit on the hard side. The bunk bed is for children because it wobbles with 2 adults. Wonderful bath, nice sauna, large outdoor space where the dogs have enjoyed. The heating and fireplace work excellently. Had a great stay here and the surroundings are beautiful.

After fifteen minutes received the key after we called that we had arrived. Owners live n.l. but a little further on the farm, which can be seen from the rear. The pasture in between is grazed by their horses, goats and cows. They have 2 more holiday homes adjacent to this holiday home. Speak French, but you can possibly. call someone who speaks Dutch. House looks beautiful from the outside. Environment is also beautiful. The house is also the only one in the street with an unobstructed view at the rear, so you can look across the meadow to the forest. The terrace is only sheltered by the parasol, where a sun protection might not hurt. Garden is neatly fenced. The interior is somewhat dated. Furniture is due for replacement. As well as the mattresses, pillows and duvets. Cleaning left something to be desired. There had not been time for the final cleaning earlier in the day due to an operation on a horse, so we did not have to pay for this, nor did the costs for the dog, which was fair. But we had the feeling that cleaning was not done that thoroughly anyway, judging by the thick layer of dust on the bathroom mirrors and under the sofas. Shower cabin was no longer in top condition, bath and infrared sauna then again. TV fine, Netflix available with your own account. There were no screens on the windows, which would have been worth the investment, given the many insects flying around. Rooms were spacious, nothing to criticize. Do close the bathroom door upstairs, otherwise you can look straight into the bathroom from the street. Above the front door is namely a window without net curtains or the like. House is located in a quiet street and you can take various walks from home. Supermarket is a village away (Doische) and actually has everything for when you are on vacation. Givet (F) is a fifteen minute drive where there is a hypermarket.

Nice house with a beautiful garden. We had a very good time. Only downside was that one of the double beds creaked and squeaked. In the end we put the mattress on the floor and then it was good. Tip: don't forget the coffee filters. We were 7 adults and 2 children and cutlery wise we just didn't have enough forks for everyone for 1 meal. Someone had to eat with a spoon.

What was a very big disappointment was the location. The photos are outdated and in the meantime the house is in a fairly desolate street with large new (holiday) homes that you look at. The photos should be adjusted to reflect the actual situation.

Nice quiet area. For shop / bakery / ... there must always be taken the car since there is nothing in the village itself. Very nice house with all necessary amenities. Only the hot water ran out fairly quickly. It is a zen house for 8 people, but after 2 showers and a half bath the hot water ran out. Take everything in terms of detergent, salt, ... because there are no consumables provided. The lady was very friendly and everything went very well. Garden was well closed. Small and medium-sized dogs could only go under the gate.

We spent a lovely weekend here and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The house is big enough for our group of 8 and I loved the cozy living room with the fireplace. The nature around is breathtaking, we went biking and the kids had a lot of fun at the ponds. The only thing was that the check-in was a bit confusing, but overall I would definitely recommend it!

The house itself is beautiful and large with a large enclosed garden. The garden with a view of the horses and goats is very nice. The owner is a very friendly and helpful dame. The house is certainly not dirty, but the cleaning should be done more thoroughly (edges around window frames, mirrors, blanket on one of the seats). The entire interior on the ground floor is actually due for replacement. The teak table outside is damaged and is covered with moss, of the 8 chairs outside only 4 were usable, the rest was broken, was crooked, etc. You just couldn't sit on it. A mix of cutlery and glasses, there were only 4 coffee spoons for a house of 8 people.

Very quiet ... the house is TOP, very well and fully furnished, very cozy, comfortable ... The licorice itself there is NOTHING but that brings that wonderful tranquility that is so typical of the Ardennes and where we come for. 5km on a proxy Delhaize where you can find everything. The local dive site was very entertaining and instructive to visit, thanks to some very friendly, enthusiastic divers who like to come back there antwoordden.Onze kids 12-9-3j any questions from our kids.

Our holiday was very complete and clean. Friendly welcome by the owner, who unfortunately only spoke French. Well, for "t in case there was something special, given a phone number of a friend who spoke Dutch. Tasteful rooms and a real children's playroom with lots of toys! Very friendly welcome! A comprehensive welcome basket (beers, cheeses, local) was even finished. We bring many years the week after Christmas sometime through the Ardennes. This villa is certainly a prime location. We therefore take to book a new stay. There are beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Everything is there for a pleasant stay (full kitchen facilities, spacious living room, enclosed garden for the dog, sauna, cozy decor). The house is well situated for the start of all tours. An environment where you can relax completely. An hour after our departure we were already telephone with the announcement that we had forgotten a camera. That was no problem, even at no cost, sent to us.

Nicely furnished house in a beautiful location. Our children have good amused with ping-pong and fishing. The dogs were also enjoying themselves in the garden, a disadvantage of the garden is not fenced good in the sense that small dogs can escape, now we have large dogs so no problem, but the unfriendly neighbor left her small dog in our garden which gave conflicts. Owner we have addressed this problem and she went addressing.

We have nothing but praise for this house where we stayed during the autumn holidays in 2011. Extremely complete, cozy and comfortable. What a wonderful beautiful home! Very nice furnishings, a fully enclosed garden (approx 1.50m high, not exactly adjacent to the ground, sometimes 10cm space, but with larger dogs no problem). And what a hiking! Delicious eaten in Philippeville. EVERYTHING is present in the house, so well equipped, I have rarely seen. Luxury kitchen with 3 drawers, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house itself is beautiful and large with a large enclosed garden. The garden with a view of the horses and goats is very nice. The owner is a very friendly and helpful dame. The house is certainly not dirty, but the cleaning should be done more thoroughly (edges around window frames, mirrors, blanket on one of the seats). The entire interior on the ground floor is actually due for replacement. The teak table outside is damaged and is covered with moss, of the 8 chairs outside only 4 were usable, the rest was broken, was crooked, etc. You just couldn't sit on it. A mix of cutlery and glasses, there were only 4 coffee spoons for a house of 8 people.

The landlady was present and friendly. The house is great and spacious. A real Christmas tree was set up, very nice. The house is fully equipped. The area is also beautiful. What was a very big disappointment was the location. The photos are outdated and in the meantime the house is in a fairly desolate street with large new (holiday) homes that you look at. The photos should be adjusted to reflect the actual situation.

Nice house with a beautiful garden. We had a very good time. Only downside was that one of the double beds creaked and squeaked. In the end we put the mattress on the floor and then it was good. Tip: don't forget the coffee filters. We were 7 adults and 2 children and cutlery wise we just didn't have enough forks for everyone for 1 meal. Someone had to eat with a spoon.

Everything is there for a pleasant stay (full kitchen facilities, spacious living room, enclosed garden for the dog, sauna, cozy decor). The house is well situated for the start of all tours. An environment where you can relax completely. An hour after our departure we were already telephone with the announcement that we had forgotten a camera. What a wonderful beautiful home! Very nice furnishings, a fully enclosed garden (approx 1.50m high, not exactly adjacent to the ground, sometimes 10cm space, but with larger dogs no problem). And what a hiking! Delicious eaten in Philippeville. EVERYTHING is present in the house, so well equipped, I have rarely seen. Luxury kitchen with 3 drawers, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is a fantastic beautiful house, with a large well-fenced garden. The garden is wonderful to sit, our dog (young Vizsla) has thoroughly enjoyed "his" large garden (a dog the size of a Jack Russel could pass under the gate on both sides of the house). For children also a super fun and safe place. The owner speaks only French (we unfortunately do not), but she is very nice and even if you do not speak French you will definitely come out! The environment is very nice, we have walked a lot and have been gone for days, mainly in Dinant +/- 25 to 30 minutes is a lot to do. Many in the area is accessible with the dog, we have been with our dog to Castle of Freyr + garden, boat (je) dangers on the Meuse, to the Citadel of Dinant (dog allowed in the cable lift), parc the Furfooz. The app "Val de Lesse" is recommended for walking, length and distance to the starting point is indicated, then you can walk the route via your smartphone via GPS, works great! Wonderful holiday with three dogs. Many walked, including 18 km of les lacs de l 'eau d' heure! Cottage very dog u200bu200bfriendly furnished, fully fenced and very hpndvriendelijk receipt. Beautiful new home, with beautiful interior. Maybe a little busy, but that does not matter. Gorgeous view at the back of the house. Good barBQ works excellent (only the grid is a bit high from the coal). Good beds. Spacious living room with cozy fireplace. Friendly and smooth reception. Really a holiday home. Toppertje. The area is ideal for walking. A number of routes are defined, for example, for VTT. Givet, the Meuse and the shops are all within 10 km.

It is a fantastic beautiful house, with a large well-fenced garden. The garden is wonderful to sit, our dog (young Vizsla) has thoroughly enjoyed "his" large garden (a dog the size of a Jack Russel could pass under the gate on both sides of the house). For children also a super fun and safe place. The owner speaks only French (we unfortunately do not), but she is very nice and even if you do not speak French you will definitely come out! The environment is very nice, we have walked a lot and have been gone for days, mainly in Dinant +/- 25 to 30 minutes is a lot to do. Many in the area is accessible with the dog, we have been with our dog to Castle of Freyr + garden, boat (je) dangers on the Meuse, to the Citadel of Dinant (dog allowed in the cable lift), parc the Furfooz. The app "Val de Lesse" is recommended for walking, length and distance to the starting point is indicated, then you can walk the route via your smartphone via GPS, works great! We will definitely go back again!

Nice quiet area. For shop / bakery / ... there must always be taken the car since there is nothing in the village itself. Very nice house with all necessary amenities. Only the hot water ran out fairly quickly. It is a zen house for 8 people, but after 2 showers and a half bath the hot water ran out. Take everything in terms of detergent, salt, ... because there are no consumables provided. The lady was very friendly and everything went very well. Garden was well closed. Small and medium-sized dogs could only go under the gate.

The landlady was present and friendly. The house is great and spacious. A real Christmas tree was set up, very nice. The house is fully equipped. The area is also beautiful. What was a very big disappointment was the location. The photos are outdated and in the meantime the house is in a fairly desolate street with large new (holiday) homes that you look at. The photos should be adjusted to reflect the actual situation.

After fifteen minutes received the key after we called that we had arrived. Owners live n.l. but a little further on the farm, which can be seen from the rear. The pasture in between is grazed by their horses, goats and cows. They have 2 more holiday homes adjacent to this holiday home. Speak French, but you can possibly. call someone who speaks Dutch. House looks beautiful from the outside. Environment is also beautiful. The house is also the only one in the street with an unobstructed view at the rear, so you can look across the meadow to the forest. The terrace is only sheltered by the parasol, where a sun protection might not hurt. Garden is neatly fenced. The interior is somewhat dated. Furniture is due for replacement. As well as the mattresses, pillows and duvets. Cleaning left something to be desired. There had not been time for the final cleaning earlier in the day due to an operation on a horse, so we did not have to pay for this, nor did the costs for the dog, which was fair. But we had the feeling that cleaning was not done that thoroughly anyway, judging by the thick layer of dust on the bathroom mirrors and under the sofas. Shower cabin was no longer in top condition, bath and infrared sauna then again. TV fine, Netflix available with your own account. There were no screens on the windows, which would have been worth the investment, given the many insects flying around. Rooms were spacious, nothing to criticize. Do close the bathroom door upstairs, otherwise you can look straight into the bathroom from the street. Above the front door is namely a window without net curtains or the like. House is located in a quiet street and you can take various walks from home. Supermarket is a village away (Doische) and actually has everything for when you are on vacation. Givet (F) is a fifteen minute drive where there is a hypermarket.

It is a very nice, pleasant holiday home with every comfort, also suitable for children and dogs. There are quite a few toys inside and outside there is a swing with a slide and a large sandpit, which provided hours of fun for our 4-year-old granddaughter. Our two dogs were more than welcome and could enjoy the fenced garden. What a wonderful beautiful home! Very nice furnishings, a fully enclosed garden (approx 1.50m high, not exactly adjacent to the ground, sometimes 10cm space, but with larger dogs no problem). And what a hiking! Delicious eaten in Philippeville. EVERYTHING is present in the house, so well equipped, I have rarely seen. Luxury kitchen with 3 drawers, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Very friendly welcome! A comprehensive welcome basket (beers, cheeses, local) was even finished. We bring many years the week after Christmas sometime through the Ardennes. This villa is certainly a prime location. We therefore take to book a new stay. There are beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Everything is there for a pleasant stay (full kitchen facilities, spacious living room, enclosed garden for the dog, sauna, cozy decor). The house is well situated for the start of all tours. An environment where you can relax completely. An hour after our departure we were already telephone with the announcement that we had forgotten a camera. That was no problem, even at no cost, sent to us.

Nicely furnished house in a beautiful location. Our children have good amused with ping-pong and fishing. The dogs were also enjoying themselves in the garden, a disadvantage of the garden is not fenced good in the sense that small dogs can escape, now we have large dogs so no problem, but the unfriendly neighbor left her small dog in our garden which gave conflicts. Owner we have addressed this problem and she went addressing.

Nice house with a beautiful garden. We had a very good time. Only downside was that one of the double beds creaked and squeaked. In the end we put the mattress on the floor and then it was good. Tip: don't forget the coffee filters. We were 7 adults and 2 children and cutlery wise we just didn't have enough forks for everyone for 1 meal. Someone had to eat with a spoon.

The house itself is beautiful and large with a large enclosed garden. The garden with a view of the horses and goats is very nice. The owner is a very friendly and helpful dame. The house is certainly not dirty, but the cleaning should be done more thoroughly (edges around window frames, mirrors, blanket on one of the seats). The entire interior on the ground floor is actually due for replacement. The teak table outside is damaged and is covered with moss, of the 8 chairs outside only 4 were usable, the rest was broken, was crooked, etc. You just couldn't sit on it. A mix of cutlery and glasses, there were only 4 coffee spoons for a house of 8 people.
