Welcome to this 2-bedroom cottage, which lies in the heart of the Belgian countryside in Roly (Philippeville) near the ancient Forests of Ardennes. On the roofed terrace, you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals and a cozy barbecue in the evenings. It is suitable for 2 people, be it family members, a couple, or friends.
The surroundings offer quiet, rest, relaxation, and well-being to travelers. You can go for lovely walks, hikes, and cycle tours in the nearby forest. Restaurants and supermarkets are in the town center 5 km away.

We have from 30 April to 11 May a very good holiday in Bio Roslura. It is a beautiful and quiet area for walking and cycling. The weather was very changeable, but despite that we still can enjoy sunbathing and the occasional "evening in the garden eaten. The cottage is highly recommended for people who just take a weekend or week on the peace and want zoeken.Daniel Valerie is pleasant, very helpful and hospitable owners. A real must to do again. From the cottage you're not far from the French border to cute little towns like Givet to visit. short, we have enjoyed.

We enjoyed the personal and hospitable reception by Valerie and Daniel and immediately went on stage, despite the threatening rain clouds. The heat of the stove in the house gave us a real home feeling! The accommodation is good and the house is cozy and warmly decorated! Too bad we due to the strong winds and rainfall could not enjoy the nice terrace with stunning views of the woods and the clouds! For this we will come in spring or summer to go back! The surroundings are beautiful, you can walk undisturbed, and it was very quiet! A must for those who want to catch your breath come in untouched nature.

Opportunities abound at relatively short distances, for all uitstapjes.De living room is quite dark, when you have to sit inside because of the weather should almost always daytime light aan.Het covered balcony looks very nice during our stay but was occupied by the swallows. The welcome from the owner of the house was very cordial. The location is beautiful. On a hill with a beautiful view over the forests and farmlands. Very beautiful area for walking. Not touristy area with many excursiemogelijkheden.Het house is still new and comfortable to call. Some dark through the small windows but that is common in this region. The living room, slaapkmaer gangs and the bathroom are not large. A kind gnome house! March very comfortabel.De owners are friendly and speak Dutch. They have made a list of restaurants in the burt. Furthermore, they give tips for beautiful walks maken.Het Roly village has no shops. 5 km. away is a supermarket, bakery, butcher and market zondag.Echt a must for a relaxing peaceful holiday.

A beautiful and very peaceful environment. The cottage is a bit small, but clean, fully furnished and the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The owner is very friendly and speaks enough Dutch in addition to French to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay at Roly.

Great Gte with all the comforts that entails. Great welcome by Daniël with a bottle of local beer and a box of chocolates! Absolutely great !! Wonderfully quiet location for a week to fully relax. The WiFi reception was only good if you sat outside on the terrace. A WiFi extender to extend the range inward would be a plus. Furthermore, had a wonderful holiday!

The cottage is nicely decorated and immaculate. It is quite small, but big enough for a couple (with possibly a small child, which we did not have, so we could use a cold room as a storage place for food and drink and walking supplies). The house is near the house of the owners, but that did not bother at all. The two houses are located in a beautiful, large garden, with several terraces, some private for the residents of the cottage. The whole is completely at the end, as the last occupation, in a quiet street (with very occasional, through traffic that sometimes drives very fast) and a beautiful view of meadows, fields and forests. The beautiful Calestienne and, a bit further, the Namur Ardennes are nearby. In the beginning of February we made some beautiful, and even a bit adventurous (including a narrow and very muddy forest path through wild forest, everywhere traces of wild boar, a very nice encounter with a fox, a glimpse of a deer, buzzards, kestrels, great egrets. , etc) walks. The cafe in Dailly is a must for those who love the pub atmosphere in the 50s, and beer lovers can visit the brewery of Super des Fagnes in Mariembourg, and, a little further, of course Chimay. The owners are very friendly and correct. In our opinion a successful long weekend, and an address that we remember.

The cottage is clean and well equipped, with mountains toys for your little one (s). There is a chair and a spacious children's room with crib and bed and we could also get a box and a special baby seat for the swing. The garden is shared with the owners (very nice people, speak some Dutch), but he is huge and you just have nice your privacy. There is a playground, a pond and several seats in the shade and the sun. The area offers something for everyone nice towns nearby (Namur, Dinant) and lots of nature. In and around the house you completely relax you hear only the birds and the bees. Highly recommended for couples seeking peace and possibly one or two young children.

The cottage itself looks neat and is somewhat on the small side. The surrounding garden is fantastic, however great, good play area for young children, a large pond with frogs, nooks and crannies where you can sit and sunbathe. The hostess was very nice and speaks reasonable Dutch. Roly is really a hamlet in the countryside and it is therefore very quiet, close to shops, it's best just get the car.

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Gite RosLura with our 19 month old son. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice and toy-filled children's room. From the cottage you can take wonderful walks through the rolling countryside. Birdwatchers will also get their money's worth (ask the host about it!) Definitely recommended!

A wonderful holiday home. You notice that the owner rents this out with a lot of love. We stayed here during the Christmas holidays and there was a Christmas tree, there was Christmas lights and decorations, which made it extra cozy. On the first floor you also have a very nice terrace just under the roof. In addition, there is a very large garden that you can enjoy (especially when it is warmer). The house is nice and tidy and the owner is happy to help you with more information about hiking routes, villages to visit ... Highly recommended!

Bioroslura is a very nice comfortable apartment with all amenities. The cottage is situated in a beautiful garden, which offers all the possibilities for complete privacy to enjoy.
