The vacation home was clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the separate spaces for the children and adults.

Not a very comfortable stay: one of the two boilers didn't really work so 2 of the 3 bathrooms were unusable, which is problematic when there are 10 people.
We had not been warned that the water was not drinkable so when we arrived we had to leave urgently to look for containers of water.
The bedding is really passable.
The chalet cannot withstand the humidity of winter: the walls were damp inside.

The place must probably be very nice in summer but in winter it was not an unforgettable experience!

Nice house. Clean and well cared for. Only downside is that the neighbors are very strict on noise pollution. Music is not allowed outside even during the day.

Beautiful surroundings, accommodation was fully equipped, old-fashioned and dated but otherwise fine. What has disappointed me the most is that the landlord makes you pay gigantic amounts for things that they experience as not in order. For example; - 30 euros for some leftovers from charcoal in the barbecue, dishes in the dishwasher and waste that was not fully sorted. - 20 euros for washing a number of bed linen. Downright ridiculous that you will be ripped off by the landlord with such cost items, not recommended to do business with this landlord.

Beautiful chalet. Very quiet location. As a nature lover ideally located. Many set meadows and forests. Only in the bedrooms upstairs did you have to be careful for the cams of the roof. But that is just how it is in a chalet. All space has been put to good use.

Arrival and reception very bad. To call endlessly in cold and rain before anyone would struggle to get a key. In the meantime, part of our company at the park had found the house that corresponded to the photos of the website, where we were sent away because the house would not be rented in. It was not until quite some time later that someone from Ourthe Somme visited us. Apologies were not voiced, let alone welcomed. The accommodation was poor, for example, attic floor can only be used crawling, the basement floor is difficult to heat because all the heat is flying upwards, the upper part of the dishwasher does not work, it is view from the house through all the vegetation very moderate (itt the beautiful recommendation of the website) and so even more.That despite all this still had a fantastic holiday is due to the way our children and grandchildren grandpa and grandma have spoiled with care and conviviality.

Arrival was a little unclear about how to obtain the key, we had no news about the state of affairs. Deposit etc. had to be paid for locally, these costs were just simply written on a scrap sheet with pencil and was not really professional, proof of payment was not this. House was also just fine, only the layout of the house how it is presented on the Belvilla website is not over stood with reality and two bathrooms connected to one boiler that we did not get to here which was just cold water was.Ligging nice, good views etc.

The cottage is beautifully situated in a little too quiet area for us. It is very nice. Too bad that the owner is difficult to reach and there is no one present at the reception of the park. Stairs in the cottage are not handy with kids.

We had a wonderful visit to this cozy holiday cottage in Houyet! The spaciousness was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The sauna was a fantastic addition after a day of exploring the nearby Han caves. The views of the royal castle were stunning, especially at sunset. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We have our family weekend this time held in this rustic chalet. The location is very nice, lots of privacy and tranquility. The six were sleeping loft accessible via a loft ladder a bit tight passage, so a few vigorous bumped our heads. But also again funny as "n attic and it sleeps just fine! The basement is pretty modern, luxury shower and sauna were very well received. The kitchen is a bit old, are missing some essential kitchen tools, but we ourselves with brought, the messages. All in all a lovely weekend.

We booked the cottage for 3 days (weekend of November 11). Given the unpredictable weather we don 'have benefited little from the "outside, but the" interior is ideal for a group of "friends with children (we were 9 adults, 5 children and 1 baby). The room in the basement allows the baby to stay calm and do good nights, while adults and children enjoy the large living room. Rooms on the ground are small but adequate. Fortunately that "there are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom, which avoids & quotbouchons" in the morning. Only downside is the lack & quotrelatif "tall at the" floor well for children, limits for teenagers but too low for adults. The estate is quiet and the location provides easy access to surrounding woods (walking tour, mountain biking ...). Close to tourist activities (Caves of Han, Rochefort ...). In summary, cottage recommend.
