The house is dirty and full of flies. In 1 room, there were all kinds of dead flies on the bed. The wooden planks of the terrace are completely rotten. Someone from our group fell through with their chair leg. Everything in the house is old and needs to be replaced. The price-quality ratio is completely off.

We had rented bed linen, which was not present in the house. So we had to sleep one night without clean bed linen. The house is in need of major maintenance. The wooden floor on the veranda outside is loose or has largely worn out. Many protruding nail heads. You cannot walk safely outside with bare feet there. You can just tell from everything that the house is maintained with little care and attention. A really musty smell upon entering the cottage. Shower drain does not drain properly. An old dirty soap from a previous guest was still stuck in the shower. Now it wasn't dirty, but it certainly wasn't spotless. You just notice it when certain corners and spots haven't been cleaned properly for years.

Beautiful cozy little house, stunning surroundings, pleasant atmosphere. It is indeed very noisy (but we were somewhat expecting that). Furthermore, it is difficult to find the house based on the address information. The indicated address is in the middle of the chalet park and the GPS coordinates are also incorrect (for the correct location, use "Nid d'Houyet" in Google Maps). The baking pans are also ready for the trash as there is no non-stick coating left. Overall, we had a lovely weekend!

The house is not in good condition. Moisture problems, mold, . . . The 2 bedrooms upstairs cannot be called bedrooms. You have to go through one room to get to the other, the highest point is 1.70m in the ridge and they have no doors. 2 showers and 1 bathtub but constant problems with having hot water. You have to pay extra for a crib but then you find that there are 2 worn travel cribs that smell musty and are torn in various places. Double beds are only 1.20m wide. Mattresses of all the beds are a disaster. You lie on a plank. You pay for the cleaning but get a dirty little house. Not recommended, therefore. The positive thing is that there are 2 large fridges.

We stayed in this house with a group of 12 people. Overall, the house was relatively okay and had a good size and it did not feel cramped at all, even with a large group. However, the house is quite old and clearly needs renovation. One of the heaters stopped working on the first day, which was inconvenient. Since it can get very cold at night, a small heater is needed in every room, but there were not enough heaters provided. The house only has 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms, which felt limited for 12 people. The basement bathroom in particular needs attention. The shower requires proper cleaning and renovation, and the basement toilet needs a complete renovation. The walls in that area appeared to have mold and did not feel clean. Guests are required to bring their own bedding and sheets, otherwise an extra charge applies. However, the mattress covers and sheets already on the beds appeared to be dirty, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the kitchen was well equipped. All appliances worked properly, and we found all the utensils we needed for cooking. The sauna also worked perfectly and was a very nice touch. Another downside is that extra charges apply very easily. Be careful to leave everything perfectly clean, as they charge additional fees even for small things like a cup or plate left unwashed. All in all, the house was okay in terms of space and functionality for a large group, but the condition, cleanliness in some areas, lack of sufficient heating, bedding policy, and extra charges should be taken into account before booking. Still waiting for the gas and electricity charge… might be surprised there too.

Not a very comfortable stay: one of the two boilers didn't really work so 2 of the 3 bathrooms were unusable, which is problematic when there are 10 people.
We had not been warned that the water was not drinkable so when we arrived we had to leave urgently to look for containers of water.
The bedding is really passable.
The chalet cannot withstand the humidity of winter: the walls were damp inside.

The place must probably be very nice in summer but in winter it was not an unforgettable experience!

What has disappointed me the most is that the landlord makes you pay gigantic amounts for things that they experience as not in order. For example; - 30 euros for some leftovers from charcoal in the barbecue, dishes in the dishwasher and waste that was not fully sorted. - 20 euros for washing a number of bed linen. Downright ridiculous that you will be ripped off by the landlord with such cost items, not recommended to do business with this landlord.

Arrival and reception very bad. To call endlessly in cold and rain before anyone would struggle to get a key. We have our family weekend this time held in this rustic chalet. The location is very nice, lots of privacy and tranquility. The six were sleeping loft accessible via a loft ladder a bit tight passage, so a few vigorous bumped our heads. But also again funny as "n attic and it sleeps just fine! The basement is pretty modern, luxury shower and sauna were very well received. The kitchen is a bit old, are missing some essential kitchen tools, but we ourselves with brought, the messages. We booked the cottage for 3 days (weekend of November 11). Given the unpredictable weather we don 'have benefited little from the "outside, but the" interior is ideal for a group of "friends with children (we were 9 adults, 5 children and 1 baby). The room in the basement allows the baby to stay calm and do good nights, while adults and children enjoy the large living room. Rooms on the ground are small but adequate. Fortunately that "there are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom, which avoids & quotbouchons" in the morning. Only downside is the lack & quotrelatif "tall at the" floor well for children, limits for teenagers but too low for adults. The estate is quiet and the location provides easy access to surrounding woods (walking tour, mountain biking ...). Close to tourist activities (Caves of Han, Rochefort ...). The holiday house is really gehorig.Op the attic is no door and you with the four 1 bedroom slapen.Mooi spacious balcony terrace, a pity that in our little house on the road was.Schoon park.Mooie quiet nature and beautiful view.

We have our family weekend this time held in this rustic chalet. The location is very nice, lots of privacy and tranquility. The six were sleeping loft accessible via a loft ladder a bit tight passage, so a few vigorous bumped our heads. But also again funny as "n attic and it sleeps just fine! The basement is pretty modern, luxury shower and sauna were very well received. The kitchen is a bit old, are missing some essential kitchen tools, but we ourselves with brought, the messages. All in all a lovely weekend.

We booked the cottage for 3 days (weekend of November 11). Given the unpredictable weather we don 'have benefited little from the "outside, but the" interior is ideal for a group of "friends with children (we were 9 adults, 5 children and 1 baby). The room in the basement allows the baby to stay calm and do good nights, while adults and children enjoy the large living room. Rooms on the ground are small but adequate. Fortunately that "there are 2 shower rooms and a bathroom, which avoids & quotbouchons" in the morning. Only downside is the lack & quotrelatif "tall at the" floor well for children, limits for teenagers but too low for adults. The estate is quiet and the location provides easy access to surrounding woods (walking tour, mountain biking ...). Close to tourist activities (Caves of Han, Rochefort ...). In summary, cottage recommend.

Not a very comfortable stay: one of the two boilers didn't really work so 2 of the 3 bathrooms were unusable, which is problematic when there are 10 people.
We had not been warned that the water was not drinkable so when we arrived we had to leave urgently to look for containers of water.
The bedding is really passable.
The chalet cannot withstand the humidity of winter: the walls were damp inside.

The place must probably be very nice in summer but in winter it was not an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful surroundings, accommodation was fully equipped, old-fashioned and dated but otherwise fine. What has disappointed me the most is that the landlord makes you pay gigantic amounts for things that they experience as not in order. For example; - 30 euros for some leftovers from charcoal in the barbecue, dishes in the dishwasher and waste that was not fully sorted. - 20 euros for washing a number of bed linen. Downright ridiculous that you will be ripped off by the landlord with such cost items, not recommended to do business with this landlord.

Beautiful chalet. Very quiet location. As a nature lover ideally located. Many set meadows and forests. Only in the bedrooms upstairs did you have to be careful for the cams of the roof. But that is just how it is in a chalet. All space has been put to good use.

Arrival and reception very bad. To call endlessly in cold and rain before anyone would struggle to get a key. In the meantime, part of our company at the park had found the house that corresponded to the photos of the website, where we were sent away because the house would not be rented in. Arrival was a little unclear about how to obtain the key, we had no news about the state of affairs.
