We had a wonderful time in this holiday home, The living room was cozy, and the fireplace added a nice touch, The children had a great time outside, The only downside was the distance to the nearest grocery store, but it was not a big problem.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The layout of the house was fantastic, which allowed everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the garden, and we all enjoyed the sauna. There are so many outdoor activities to discover nearby. Unforgettable stay!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice experience! The house was much bigger than expected, soundproofing was really okay. A bit outdated in terms of bathrooms, but everything you need is there. Quite a few flies and wasps, related to the season. Very nice that we had our own playground for the little kids. Also many things to do in the area.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A lot of noise from the neighbors. The house was fine, but we had rules for noise after ten o'clock and were awake until 4:00 AM because of the neighbors. Other than that, it was a great house with plenty of play space, utensils, stove. Nice outside with good furniture.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Great setup for families! The children enjoyed playing outside, and we appreciated the large living room with a fireplace for cozy evenings together.

Very spacious and well-maintained holiday home, The decor is charming, and everything was clean and tidy, We had a small problem with the Wi-Fi, but the host was very responsive and resolved it quickly, All in all a pleasant stay!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A perfect place for a family outing! The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the separate dining area for meals. The private sauna was a highlight, especially after our kayaking adventures on the river Lesse. All in all, a great experience!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Cottage in accordance with the description on the internet. It was very clean upon our arrival. Negative point: poorly insulated cottage and very energy-consuming.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A pleasant and comfortable house in a beautiful environment.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Day

Just like last year, we spent our weekend here with the diving club. House has almost everything you need. It is a bit outdated, but this is in line with the price.

regards

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Good day. The house itself was equipped with everything you needed. There was only a rather musty smell and the shower also had to be spread out a bit. Until next time! Lieven Vandevenne

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

They were still cleaning the house at the time we were supposed to check in. It was clean, but the curtains were really dirty. In one room, there was even mold on the curtains. The kitchen was well equipped, with two dishwashers and a lot of plates and cutlery.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Beautiful spacious holiday home for a weekend away with the family! Large sitting and dining area with a cozy fireplace in between. Adequate rooms/bathrooms. Two minor issues: 1 shower almost didn't work + 1 non-functioning oven.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A lovely stay! The garden was a peaceful spot to relax, and we made good use of the BBQ, The living room with the fireplace was cozy, especially during the evenings, Would recommend to families looking for a getaway,

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

This holiday home is located in a quiet area, perfect for those who enjoy nature walks. The nearby Lesse River offered great kayaking opportunities, which we fully utilized. Overall, a practical and comfortable place to stay.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house was perfect for our group of 18 friends. We enjoyed gathering around the dining table and having meals together in the open kitchen. The parking lot was a bonus since we were driving from far away.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Great house, well cleaned. Somewhat dated interior and in some places the house is somewhat "affected" by the ravages of time. Facilities top present, double dishwasher and double oven. Not all rooms that you want to be able to lock, can actually be locked.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Great place for a family vacation! The terrace was a highlight for us, especially for evening barbecues. The sauna was a nice addition and added a bit of luxury to our stay. We felt at home.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very nice accommodation! Especially in the summer with a nice garden. Only a few toilets. 2 separate where 1 could not lock the door and 1 in a bathroom. Also plenty of refrigerators available, and washing machine.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

When might contain the following entries from other guests that they must les chalets follow the road ... totop the end, is a key hulpmiddel.De no problem to this vinden.De sublime surroundings and ideal for walking, especially with children and especially SAFE !!!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice location. Spacious living space. A small kitchen, on the other hand, many materials are available. The bedrooms were small but fine. Only the bunk beds were really no longer ok. The irons were sticking out. Very dangerous!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for our group of friends. We really appreciated the open kitchen and the separate dining area. It was great to have everything we needed on hand.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy holiday home in Houyet! The spacious living room with the fireplace was perfect for family gatherings in the evenings. Our children loved the backyard and the play equipment that was provided—definitely a hit! The sauna was a great addition, allowing adults to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is peaceful, and we enjoyed biking along the nearby paths. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The place was a little hard to find, it took a little more than twenty minutes but in the end we did well. The accommodation very clean, equipped kitchen, nothing to say. The place was very quiet, it's nice to rest even if the weather was not at the appointment.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Le refuge du trappeur. The house is practically furnished, with enough furniture and kitchen utensils. The garden is large enough, nice for the children and the dog. Unfortunately, the garden was not enclosed to keep the dog inside. And a few beds had a somewhat worn mattress. Nice walking paths directly in the area. A recommendation for families with children.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a pleasant experience here. The location is quiet, making it a great base to explore the area. The living room was spacious, and we enjoyed watching movies on the DVD player after a day full of adventure.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A straightforward stay with all the necessary amenities, The washing machine and tumble dryer were particularly helpful for our large group, The location is also convenient for grocery shopping and dining out,

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We had a lovely family reunion here! The children enjoyed the play equipment outside, and we appreciated the high chair and children's bed, The spacious living room was perfect for our evenings together,

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Nice house to spend time with family. The house was practically laid out with enough bathrooms and a spacious living area. The garden was very pleasant and fun for the children to play in. The barbecue (the real one was many times smaller) and play equipment were not the same as in the photo. However, when we arrived, there was a large fly infestation inside... There were at least 30 dead flies on the floor and many more flying around... I don't know what happened here, but it's not appetizing. The toilet also still had remnants. Other than that, it was clean outside but had a musty smell. All in all, a decent house! Too bad about the flies.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

House: Kitchen and livingroom amazing Bedrooms a bit humid but probably if we would have turn on the heating in the bedrooms it would have been ok but we didnt do that. Sauna not used as was in the room next to the kitchen where the bins were and the fridge and another shower. A bit odd location but it is there. Most important negative things was communication with ardenn.com (not with bell villa): I asked multiple times what kind of bedlinnen i needed to bring (you could also rent it but expensive) and in the end wrong answer was given so we ended up with have linnen for two single beds instead of for one kingsize bed and duvet Also, i am now baco for a week and had bo communication about how much of my 1000 euro deposit i get back . You have to pay separately for the. Gas and electro (we left on sunday instead of monday) and have not got any overview of how much that was and also the deposit was properly taken from the creditcard and not left as deposit and hopefully will be paid back now via iban nr into my bank account. Very annoying all and not very reassuring. I hope i get it back and they can show me what i had to pay extra. In future, i wont book again via ardenn.com . The house and location however were amazing. Specifically for big groups perfect.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A simple and pleasant stay, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning, the garden furniture was nice for relaxing outdoors,

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Our family had a fantastic time at this holiday home! The private sauna was a real treat after a long day of cycling, The kids loved playing outside, and we enjoyed some lovely BBQ evenings on the terrace, Perfect for large groups!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Well maintained chalet in a lovely quiet area. Certainly suitable for large groups (we were 8 adults and 8 children). Only in the kitchen there is not much werkruimte.Wij did not realize beforehand that this chalet owned Ourthe Somme. So there was no owner who was waiting for us and gave a tour of the house. It cost us about 30 minutes to first find the house (address is hard to find), and then to get the key. There was not notified in advance us that the key would be in a safe. The code for the safe, I only got until after I had telephoned ourselves because we chalet was not vonden.Eens in the chalet first figure out where everything (including heating). On arrival it was cold in the chalet. It seems a little hard to put on the heating arrive a few hours before the guests. That gives a much more pleasant arrival. lighting the heater was not an option. The wood was buying myself in the supermarket a few kilometers away. This, too, we did not know in advance. It also seems to me a little trouble here a few bags of firewood ready to lay that can offset them afterwards worden.Ook is unfortunate that your "Sunday the chalet all to leave befor 10.00am. You pay so much for a whole weekend but the second day is not even half a day. The chances are very small that we rebook again this chalet.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Everything was clean. The light above the sink did not work. The seats were very poor, more than half an hour you could not sit. The rest of the property was fine. The surroundings were beautiful. Cordial greetings

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Get key via safe worked perfectly, we stepped into a clean house with well equipped kitchen spacious living room, bathroom and toilet facilities fine and decent beds large garden play area for children

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

It was a very enjoyable weekend, especially because it is so "was a nice weather. Everyone enjoyed it and if all that bad with the guarantee we will be back. It is also the first time that we have booked with Belvilla.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

was a lovely weekend, a recomme for other associations, beautiful quarry with lots of fish in it to dive.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

we wanted to make some time with the children and grandchildren once together in a large family

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Family friendly but serious hazards eg stairs to the bedrooms is dangerous for young children. It is not a normal height and sharp finish. For me serious flaw. In addition, the terrace also not built for young children. It is natural to see what you mean by child-friendly and what age is in your target market but for boy children over 5 years, I find this cottage unsuitable. Also the toys in the garden is oplapping far, the slide is worn down with torn pants one of the youngest result.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

very well kept chalet - spacious living room

Very complete and practical house nice garden for children

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A beautiful spacious house, goog for shared by a few families worden.nadelen Address not found by GPS There is no reception on site, and the designation of the cottages is onduidelijk.Drie Cots were ordered, but this had no mattresses.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

It was a very spacious chalet for our family of 14, but our fear that this would happen to some cold and cheerless was onterecht.Ook the lawn, as big as a football field was made full use.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We enjoyed our weekend with the children and grandchildren. Plenty of space to let the kids romp and play, beautiful surroundings and a chalet which is perfectly fine.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

very pleasant weekend had with children and grandchildren andthe weather was also brilliant for us

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

House is large and well laid out. Everyone had when you needed it, the space to be alone. Only the seats were less cushions slid off the couch so you had to get up every time to drive back cushions

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Ideal to vertoeven. We socializing liked the long table and seating area ideal for a large gezin.De grandchildren enjoyed the extra large room with bunk beds.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very nice and spacious chalet located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Good layout and well maintained.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house is situated on the edge of a park where you have a wide view over the countryside. The house has a big garden, so there can be a ball easily. Kicked in nice weather Houyet is on a 5 km away, from there you can Canoeing or hiking or just climbing on a mountain bike. Pay attention to when you go with us, (autumn) were closed due to some woods hunting. Nice spacious terrace with BBQ. The sauna in the cottage is approximately suitable for 3 adults ...

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

had a wonderful weekend with children and grandchildren, and this for the second time. We will definitely go back next year

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A nice week in a beautiful, spacious and well-kept house. The spacious terrace invites you to sit outside and eat. It was a little cold for a barbecue, but there is one ready. One downside was the seats in the salon. Plenty of seating, but not comfortable because the loose cushions always shifting. However, there is all the modern comforts, such as dishwashers, washer and dryer, television and wifi. Ample crockery and cutlery and cooking pots are big enough for more than 10 people. Grandparents, children and grandchildren enjoyed it.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We are very pleased with our stay. The chalet offers ample space for a large group with kids and is fully equipped with modern appliances. Repeating!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Everything went as planned.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Chalet De La Lesse is a nice big house with spacious garden and a nice playground. This makes it very suitable for people with children. However, the height difference between terrace and garden something to watch. The area is nice and quiet.

The place was a little hard to find, it took a little more than twenty minutes but in the end we did well. The accommodation very clean, equipped kitchen, nothing to say. The place was very quiet, it's nice to rest even if the weather was not at the appointment.

Everything was clean. The light above the sink did not work. The seats were very poor, more than half an hour you could not sit. The rest of the property was fine. The surroundings were beautiful. Cordial greetings

Day

Just like last year, we spent our weekend here with the diving club. House has almost everything you need. It is a bit outdated, but this is in line with the price.

Clean house with a spacious living space. Nothing to complain about.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Nice location. Spacious living space. A small kitchen, on the other hand, many materials are available. The bedrooms were small but fine. Only the bunk beds were really no longer ok. The irons were sticking out. Very dangerous!

A beautiful spacious house, goog for shared by a few families worden.nadelen Address not found by GPS There is no reception on site, and the designation of the cottages is onduidelijk.Drie Cots were ordered, but this had no mattresses.

It was a very spacious chalet for our family of 14, but our fear that this would happen to some cold and cheerless was onterecht.Ook the lawn, as big as a football field was made full use.

We enjoyed our weekend with the children and grandchildren. Plenty of space to let the kids romp and play, beautiful surroundings and a chalet which is perfectly fine.

House is large and well laid out. Everyone had when you needed it, the space to be alone. Only the seats were less cushions slid off the couch so you had to get up every time to drive back cushions

Very nice and spacious chalet located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Good layout and well maintained.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

The house is situated on the edge of a park where you have a wide view over the countryside. The house has a big garden, so there can be a ball easily. Kicked in nice weather Houyet is on a 5 km away, from there you can Canoeing or hiking or just climbing on a mountain bike. Pay attention to when you go with us, (autumn) were closed due to some woods hunting. Nice spacious terrace with BBQ. The sauna in the cottage is approximately suitable for 3 adults ...

had a wonderful weekend with children and grandchildren, and this for the second time. We will definitely go back next year

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

A nice week in a beautiful, spacious and well-kept house. The spacious terrace invites you to sit outside and eat. It was a little cold for a barbecue, but there is one ready. One downside was the seats in the salon. Plenty of seating, but not comfortable because the loose cushions always shifting. However, there is all the modern comforts, such as dishwashers, washer and dryer, television and wifi. Ample crockery and cutlery and cooking pots are big enough for more than 10 people. Grandparents, children and grandchildren enjoyed it.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

We are very pleased with our stay. The chalet offers ample space for a large group with kids and is fully equipped with modern appliances. Repeating!

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Chalet De La Lesse is a nice big house with spacious garden and a nice playground. This makes it very suitable for people with children. However, the height difference between terrace and garden something to watch. The area is nice and quiet.

It was a very enjoyable weekend, especially because it is so "was a nice weather. Everyone enjoyed it and if all that bad with the guarantee we will be back. It is also the first time that we have booked with Belvilla.

was a lovely weekend, a recomme for other associations, beautiful quarry with lots of fish in it to dive.

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

we wanted to make some time with the children and grandchildren once together in a large family

4,1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1 4.1

Family friendly but serious hazards eg stairs to the bedrooms is dangerous for young children. It is not a normal height and sharp finish. For me serious flaw. In addition, the terrace also not built for young children. It is natural to see what you mean by child-friendly and what age is in your target market but for boy children over 5 years, I find this cottage unsuitable. Also the toys in the garden is oplapping far, the slide is worn down with torn pants one of the youngest result.
