Charming escape in a quiet village! The terrace was a lovely place for breakfast, and there were many dining options nearby. The hosts were extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy house. The decor was charming and the fireplace made it very inviting. It was also conveniently located near delicious local restaurants for dinner.

Our family had a fantastic stay in this charming house! The fireplace gave it a lovely touch, and we spent many cozy nights by it. The garden was perfect for the kids to play, and we loved the nearby forest trails for our morning walks.

This vacation house exceeded our expectations! It was spacious enough for our group of nine, and we appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen. The location was quiet, and we enjoyed exploring Bièvre and its surroundings.

A pleasant stay overall! The house was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Although we had no problems, the hosts were very responsive and seemed dedicated to ensuring a good experience for their guests.

The location is ideal for nature lovers. We spent our days cycling and kayaking at the nearby water sports center. The house itself was well maintained, and a BBQ grill was a nice bonus!

The upper bedroom is very beautiful but has a steep and difficult staircase; the bedroom above the living room is also very beautiful, but here too a steep staircase with narrow steps; not a problem for younger people. The master bedroom is beautiful and easily accessible. The terrace with pond is great but a fence (with a gate if necessary) to the neighboring apartment would be useful if everyone has a dog. We had to clean up the turd of the neighbor dog twice, but apparently our Beagle also used to pee on the other terrace; however, the neighbors were friendly and understanding, so we didn't say anything more about their dog. No problem . All in all, a must for, for example, 2 couples with children. We were 2 adults and 3 young adults with 2 dogs and everyone loved it.

It was a nice cozy and fresh house. The beds were really wonderful. To get anywhere you really need a car and when it is electric, you have a challenge because charging stations are scarce in the Ardennes.

Our experience with this vacation rental was very disappointing. Belvilla changed our booking twice, despite a confirmed reservation. In the end, we were given a house far from the planned activities, and it lacked important facilities that we had paid for in the original booking.

The house was old, with creaking floors and doors. Although we paid €1,300 for 3 nights, including cleaning fees, we were later wrongly accused of not separating waste, moving furniture, and even having more people than allowed. This last claim was incorrect, as our original booking was for 9 people, but Belvilla gave us an 8-person house. Additionally, the house manager entered the property several times without notifying us, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Despite leaving the house clean and in good order, we were hit with extra charges and faced poor communication. Given the price and these negative experiences, I cannot recommend this stay.

Fridge didn't work properly but another one was installed on Monday. We arrived on Friday.
Microwave was broken
Upon arrival there were about 40 dead flies in the attic on the floor and on the beds.
So I don't understand what you pay cleaning fees for

Nice that we got in with a code because we arrived late, driver and cozy lights immediately gave us a nice feeling in a charming house. Neat bedrooms and bathrooms, only the kitchen (oven, coffee pot) can perhaps be a bit cleaner and perhaps still provide some coffee pads for the first evening. The area is nothing short of beautiful!

Beautiful surroundings, hostess and gentleman warmly and exceptionally helpful. Accommodation seems fine from the outside. Inside there is something to improve. Upon entering it smells of smoke. Probably because of the adjacent house where the owners smoke. The WC on the ground floor is covered with plain glass. You stand / are in the spotlight ... very special. Cupboard space on the ground floor is insufficient. Almost all cupboards are filled with things from the owner and there is little room to store your own things such as a game of books or ordinary groceries. It seems more like a storage place for old things than a holiday home. The two bedrooms on the first floor are fine. That looks beautiful. Nice to stay. Sleeping quarters in the attic are in sharp contrast. It is low in the attic. And the rough stones on the inside dusty.

Beautiful characteristic accommodation with lots of atmosphere and details. Friendly welcome by the landlady. Property delivered very neat and clean. In the area much to do such as kayaking on the river Semois in Alle, castle Sedan, Bouillon (castle with bird of prey show and zoo), caves Han sur Lesse, slate quarry in Alle and many hiking and cycling trips in the area.
