For what we paid, it was great value. The location near Vresse-sur-Semois made it easy to explore local shops. The house itself was comfy with ample space for our group and a well-stocked kitchen that met all our needs.

Our stay with 2 small children was very nice. The house and garden are ideal for 8 people and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the large couch in the living room was very saggy and uncomfortable. Tips about the beds: There are 2 large double beds with a continuous thick mattress of about 2x2 m and 1 duvet for 2 people, 2 single beds with a thick mattress of about 1x2 m, and 2 bunk beds side by side of about 0.90x2 m (important for the right bedding). At the other end of the village (about. At the Ferme de la Yauge (800m), in addition to farm products, there is also fresh bread, rolls, baguettes, croissants available by pre-order the day before. A very nice house with pleasant spaces! Also cozy furnished! Disadvantage: the sofa has a very long seat and the mattresses are not all good. Some have a dip, others are hard. The spaces, on the other hand, are really very pleasant! With 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. The children's room was equipped with new beds, which were very nice! Lots of storage space underneath, they were half loft beds. In the kitchen, we did miss a roasting pan/frying pan to roast your meat in or for example. Everything is really well equipped, including a hand blender! We spent a very nice long weekend together and are very satisfied!

It was a nice house in itself, but when the power is out and the woman only wants to speak in French and you don't understand anything of what she wrote, it is very difficult. The cutlery and the pans were very dirty, not very pleasant to eat from. I had to wash the cutlery first before I could use it.

Beautiful house, wonderfully quiet and fully equipped. There was quite a lot of dust under the beds, but otherwise it was very clean. Table tennis table, hot tub, spacious garden / playing field: wonderful.
Point of attention: the large double beds require large bottom sheets.
But all in all: worth repeating!

Super nice, big and clean house. It really was a fantastic house. There is not much in the area, you have to drive about 10 km for restaurants, the bakery, the butcher and a small supermarket.

Double beds are very large, lixemeau, it is useful to take this into account with the bedding you have to bring yourself.

For the rest, the house is equipped with all amenities, (filter) coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettles, hand blender, toaster.

We had a wonderful week there, we will definitely go back!

Had a friendly welcome. Beautiful house, both inside and outside fully equipped. Despite the bad weather, really enjoy it here! Lots to do in the area, we went to the castle of Bouillon, canoeed on the Semois in Vresse, visited the caves of Han and the wildlife park and the town of Dinant. With the help of an app you can also go on nice walks with children in the immediate vicinity, you then walk through the woods and along streams where the children have to carry out assignments in the app at every sign. All very worthwhile. Then come back to the house and relax. (Children 10, 8 and 4 years old)

This is really a very nice house, value for money: spacious, clean, warm and with many amenities. Even when it rains in the Ardennes, it's a good place to be! Perhaps I can best indicate what we didn't like about it to make it clear how good it was: sometimes we couldn't make sense of all the buttons and options, there were few serving spoons, the light above the stove didn't work and the table football game was not a Deutsche Meister! We were there the week of New Years. Looking forward to renting this house once in the summer.

The biggest plus is the terrace with magnificent view! Very comfortable house with, among other things, 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets. Quiet location, right on the woods, good for hours of walking pleasure. The holiday home is located opposite a small well-maintained cemetery. In the village itself you will not find a bakery or butcher, but there is a "ferme de Yauge" where you can buy homemade products, including very tasty ice cream.

Very nice and spacious house. Quietly located in a very beautiful area. How strange that we had to contact the owner to set up the heating in the bathroom. Not all beds were equally comfortable. In one of the bedrooms was laundry from another tenant.

The biggest plus is the terrace with magnificent view! Very comfortable house with, among other things, 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets. Quiet location, right on the woods, good for hours of walking pleasure. The holiday home is located opposite a small well-maintained cemetery. In the village itself you will not find a bakery or butcher, but there is a "ferme de Yauge" where you can buy homemade products, including very tasty ice cream.

Very nicely located, super quiet. Immaculate, well equipped kitchen. Perhaps to provide a separate freezer and a second refrigerator. Soup plates are also lacking, but those are details. Beautiful terrace. A sauna with a relaxation room - for which there is enough space - would complete the picture.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this very spacious holiday home, equipped with every comfort. The environment is also very beautiful. The house is quietly located at the end of a dead end street.
