A beautiful spacious house with a lovely swimming pool. Large attractive living room with large TV and large sofas.

It needs some maintenance here and there, damage, not disturbing.

The house is quietly located at the end of a road. There is hardly any traffic passing by. Really enjoy for lovers of tranquility.

An absolute must, especially in good weather.



Many steps in the house, so not really suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Very friendly welcome and good explanation on arrival.



Various places of interest in the area such as Dinant (16 km), Abbey of Maredsous (6 minutes), ruin Chateau de Montaigle (6 minutes), Namur (27 km), Caves of Han (53 km).

Large supermarkets in Mettet (12 km).

Very nice house with lots of space and an open atmosphere. Conveniently located right next to picturesque Dinant. Recommended!

Spacious cottage, ideal for a large family. The swimming pool was a delight for children and parents. Total calm reigns there, the surroundings are relaxing. The bedding is of very good quality as well as the linens and towels provided. Only one small downside, we would have had the use of a larger saucepan with a lid. We explored the surrounding area and visited the Lac de Bambois site, the pataphonie museum in Dinant and took the cable car to the citadel. In short, it was a very nice weekend.

The house is spacious, the living room is generous and the fireplace works well. The surroundings are beautiful and it is quiet all around. Unfortunately, the owner did not check anything regarding the functionality of the house. When we arrived the heating was not on at all, it was very cold in the house. For the first two days we did not have any heating on the ground floor. The technician sent by the owner to check had a disrespectful attitude and managed to repair the heating only on the second night. The shower in one of the bathrooms was defective and was repaired 4 days after our arrival. The Internet did not work at all during the stay. The dining room area is small and enough for a maximum of 8 people without any space left around the table. We will not return to this villa.

We think the house is beautiful, large and the surroundings are very beautiful we have been to the river.Some disadvantages of the house was that flapond was a bit not high geneog for tall men and some lamps are broken but otherwise we had a nice and fantastic holiday in this house. Large swimming pool children enjoyed.

Reception and tour by young lady was OK, but only in French. Beautiful house, but many (small) differences in level. Kitchen slightly less practical (eg oven behind the door) Dining room is for max. 10 people. Swimming pool is not heated, but is cleaned every 2 or 3 days. Nice terrace at the pool, but small, but well sheltered. Not the option to eat outside. (at the bbq there are only 4 chairs with a table)

We had an amazing stay at this holiday home! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the heated pool was a hit with the kids. We loved spending evenings grilling in the garden, enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding village. Additionally, the infrared sauna was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions, such as the magnificent Les Jardins d'Annevoie. I highly recommend this place for family vacations!

Fantastic experience overall! The accommodation is beautifully designed and can comfortably host a large group. We especially enjoyed the recreation room with air hockey, which kept the kids busy for hours. The location in Vallée de la Molignée is perfect for biking and hiking. Just a short drive to nearby towns for dining, and we even had a lovely day at the nearby Château d'Annevoie. Definitely a place we would return to!
