May 13 to May 16 2005Het was a nice long weekend. The house is a real winner! The owners are very friendly, helpful, charming people.The house is very comfortable and very neat. A great house fully equipped! We go every year with a club "girls' weekend in the Ardennes, and then search again was another lokatie.Dit for all of us the most beautiful location where we spent the weekend. We looked with amazement what's available was.Daarbij was beautiful weather so we could have brunch at the lovely terrace.Hotel information around noon on the area we did not have the "local tourist" because that was plentiful. In short, for us it was a perfect house where we all had!! Very well to our liking

The house was very well cared for, the beds were made, for us this was the start of a vacation, even a fresh bunch of flowers had been thought. We could all use the herbs for the food and even the tablets for the dishwasher. Even a ping-pong table, Badmintonset was for the children present. The settlement of the deposit and paying the power was immediately verrekend.Geen repayment by bank after checking the house they went off together in good faith. A nice feeling!! Thank you for nice groomed huisje.PS. The Dutch manager even tried to talk and explain things.

It is really incredible, how wonderful this house is! In particular, the establishment and care around it. There were even new plants placed in the garden and fresh flowers in a vase to put our stay! Candles, fragrance lights, air fresheners and unlimited use of firewood complete the atmosphere. As if the resident was present yesterday. (Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, matches ... anything!) Everything is spotless and as good as new and fully equipped with all electrical appliances. Everywhere is thought, from table tennis to 2 BBQ 's with all the trimmings, the managers are extremely friendly and caring The location of the house is fine and the environment prachtig.Kortom, this is definitely the ideal holiday home just a little.. 3 hours drive from Utrecht!

What a wonderful stay .... all the elements for a relaxing trip away present. We had super warm temperatures and the owners had to provide our receipt ice in the freezer and a cold bottle of water ... super !! Cosily furnished cottage, spread over several levels. Nice pleasant garden and terrace. Terrace meanwhile planting around it, so you can relax even more .... for late evenings and table wines out great. Cottage certainly accommodate 6 people (8 people go, but then the rooms will share)). Cool trips were recommended. Only small downside was that we were with our baby in the buggy could not immediately embark on walks from the house. But only 1 to 2 minutes in Anseremme you already have many nice features arrival Lesse kayak, walk on the river, .... Cool trips around Dinant (and vicinity), Park Furfooz, Brasserie Caracole, in July and August have mid-month the possibility to take part in a torchlight with telling evening (in French) in Bouvignes (village next to Dinant) .... super fun. Overall, we are definitely back, but then a few days out longer)

We have a fantastic weekend at Les Matins Clair. A very attractive house with all the trimmings. The very friendly owner even had a welcome bouquet on the kitchen stand. The weather was fantastic, with a temperature of around 20 degrees in October hear us complaining of course not. The table tennis and mountain bikes in the garage of course to beat the sports enthusiasts among us ..... Beautiful cruise on the Lesse by kayak. Five hours with a kayak is delicious and easy to do by the stops to make his move. "In the evening the cozy fireplace with a Fall Bokje ..... what does a man want more ..... A real must! We had a wonderful holiday week in Les Clairs Matin. A particularly attractive house with all the trimmings. Nice cozy rooms, a well equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace with a large garden. From the busy road at the front, you have few problems. Have nice walks (you imagine yourself alone in the world) through the beautiful nature and have 21 km from Houyet to Anseremme traveled by kayak. Nice restaurants nearby where you can eat well. And the weather was excellent, the whole week of sunshine with an average temperature of 22-25 degrees and the beginning of May! In a word, a great vakantie.Fam Sturkenboom and Fam Kleinjan

Very friendly people, and the house is very nice with. Shame about the noisy weg.Overal was thought, even tea lights and dishwasher tablets were aanwezig.Er was a bunch roses, there was plenty of crockery and there are two bathrooms, so 2 families can be very finely verblijven.Wij have been due to our 35 years of marriage and have been a total of 7 people, along with our three sons and their partners, there is room enough, we had a nice gegourmet and once home cooked, fine furnace etc aanwezig.Kortom highly commended. We have this house with seven adult subjects (3x2, 1x1 average age 40 years) visited. We really enjoyed. Everything was available and we have the house used as a base for various activities. The owner will receive outstanding. The house is fully equipped and attractively ingericht.Met as "a group that is convenient downstairs shower + toilet and that there is also a shower + toilet available is.Het on the next floor was beautiful weather and therefore have to s "late, mostly in the secluded garden may BBQen.Er be ridden pretty hard on the road to as" n is 15 meters from the cabin. We have spent a weekend with 7 girls and we liked very well. Basically, it really is all in the house, even salt and pepper and brush and detergent. Just a tip for tea drinkers take a teapot it, because there is one, but that's really a kleintje.En the bikes that are in the barn are okay, but not for long trips (our estimate) Kayak rental, bakery , supermarket and restaurants are all within a reasonable distance, and with the bike you within 20 minutes at the Citadel and all kinds of nice shops

We had a wonderful week in Les Matins Clairs. The house is truly "formidable". The tig pans we have maybe four uses. Mr. and Mrs. Defossez were very cordial and gentleman tried to speak Dutch. The house was fully equipped, games (or in French), books (also Dutch), coffee filters, dishwasher cubes, tea towels, table cloth, grill, microwave, fridge freezer (with ice!), Fine oven and ceramic hob. The beds were quite good. The only downside was the boar on the floor (but you can also lay elsewhere) and the lack of a coat rack (no drama, there's plenty of room). The television was very small, but even that did not spoil the fun to the children. Lovely garden furniture and table tennis was a great success! Overall, we had a fine time. We will definitely go again. In the neighborhood was to visit a lot and things to do. The kayak trip on the Lesse was very special. Luckily it was beautiful weather that day, because we were wet .. z! Way we have done about five hours (from Sweeter meeer. Many files) and return it took us three hours over.Merci family Defossez! We also had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house, which really can be called. Where all amenities and facilities in terms almost completely known It is warm and cozy, you'll feel right at home. Only slight downside is the fairly busy road at the front of the cottage, but it will not do any real nuisance. Very friendly welcome by the owner, or entirely in French, so for some people that would be a problem to form, but there is a whole lap walked through the house and it's still all clear. Borg we got right back on departure. In short, highly recommended and definitely a place to come again! Fam back. Willems

A lovely house where we immediately felt at home. The house was an adventure for both of our daughters with such exciting loft their own "vacation living." Greatly expanded kitchen! We have regularly rented homes, but this kitchen beats everything. There's everything (and lots) present into the highly attractive dining room that connects with the kitchen. A great meal on the table Everything has been thought, even candles and tea lights belong to the kitchen stock. During our week it rained three days and other days it was sunny or dry. The three rainy days, however, we can bring to many castles and other activities nearby. By without any problem Highly recommended and for us a reason to come to this very cozy cottage back.

30-9-2005 to 2-10-2005Mijn mother has won a weekend away with a puzzle girlfriend. We would first get another cottage in the Ardennes, but because no dogs were allowed, we got this house replacement offered. This we found absolutely no problem. Once we got inside, we did not want to leave. You feel equally at home in the prevailing atmosphere and cozy interior. It really is a top house. We were amazed when we went to see the kitchen. So over completely, we have never seen anywhere. A deep fryer up to 8 pans to all the smaller things all around. There is, in this house really thought of everything. It is a house for about 6 people, but I think there is enough crockery for 30 people. There are also two nice bathrooms, one with a bath, toilet and sink. The other with shower, washbasin and WC. Also a big advantage is that you have two bedrooms with a double bed and upstairs on the mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed. The owners are very friendly people, and indeed, when we came in there was also a fresh bunch of flowers. So we have a really short but still had a great weekend.

A wonderful cottage, complete tremendously, especially the kitchen. Besides modern facilities (two bathrooms, new kitchen, heating) is also a beautiful fireplace in the dining room and fireplace in living room. Enough crockery etc not wash off for four days, but anyway did not wash: dishwasher. Very well received and seen off by the gastvrouw.Enige real drawback is a road which runs along the front of the cottage. Nevertheless gives some noise. Apart from that, perfect!! House is also from outside even nicer than the picture above! And the garden is beautifully maintained.

It's a beautiful home, including a well equipped kitchen with all appliances and dishes that you might have for extensive cooking required. The separate layout of the house with the kitchen, dining room and large bathroom downstairs and the living room, bedrooms and small upstairs bathroom is not disruptive. The garden is well sealed and very beautiful. Unfortunately, the house is on a busy road that the walk from the house makes it very difficult, especially with a dog or small children. Inside you otherwise do not suffer from road noise. The owner is very friendly.

We had not read any reviews beforehand, because they showed all the residence is situated on a busy road. This is particularly unfortunate. The property itself has an unusual layout but that does not bother. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are available in abundance. The tables inside and outside, however, are only equipped for 6 people. The high premium for hire linen (56 euros for 7 persons), not ordered yet charged 7 euros for wood, 2 euros / night Wifi ... we found excessive, this should certainly be included in the price.

We (two guitars friends) wanted for long weekend a comfortable house with garden to retrieve childhood memories and play guitar (and eat french cheese pate, salads blabla and gazomaardoor) .Welnu the house is very comfortable, even though it is equally used the ground floor has moved to the first floor because of level - if you know what I mean - the actual ground floor is a (well-equipped) kitchen with en-suite dining. There is also a large bathroom (which is somewhat uncomfortable due to the bedrooms on the first floor) .The first floor (ground floor at the small but beautiful garden) houses two lounges (??, the 2nd never used) and bedrooms with truly excellent beds, unique in Wallonia. Again flat screen, DVD recorder, audio and good seating, unique in etc, etc.Ondanks insane bad weather we could under the "tent" to mid 4 "overnight sit outside (no neighbors!) And we -despite The firm experienced a price no more enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed the weekend, this was also tedanken the exceptional good weer.Maar there were also many opportunities for sports tively flat in the buurt.Het house was comfortably furnished and very knus.Alles was tidy, spacious enough for 6 adults. What we also noticed was that there are lots of toys for small children in the house was. The house was also child friendly design possibly stair gate at your disposal and there was even a highchair. (Which we did not need but we noticed it on) What we do as unfortunate have experienced but that's not the house, that there no cycling, walking or sidewalks along the side of the road. This (for your own safety) you are almost obliged to throw in the car after to proceed.

Truly a beautifully restored house where you feel instantly at home. Both the house and the gardens were very well maintained. It was wonderful to "the evening in the garden to sit after a day out. There is plenty to do in the area. Enjoyed hiking, kayaking, cycling (in the house) or a visit to the caves, castles and museums., but also fun and animal parks in the vicinity. too many to mention, both young and old will not be disappointed.
