Perfectly furnished villa for 8 people. There is really no shortage of anything. Everything readily available. Plates glass utensils and equipment. Lovely sauna and really good beds. Everything well maintained and clean. Recommended.

We stayed in house "la Colinne in Somme-Leuze. Very clean and well-equipped house. The panorama from the terrace is really great, up to Baraque Fraiture. Near Durbuy that we were able to visit before the flood. Really bad for the people who have suffered as a result and have seen their houses flooded.Hopefully our government will compensate.I will gladly pay taxes for this, maybe cut back a little more in the superfluous expenses because there are also countless.

Arrival and reception at the reception excellent. The home was fantastic and fully equipped. Very clean upon arrival; nothing to complain about. The area is quiet with great views. A tip for the owner: we missed a drying rack.

Nice house, hospitality and helpfulness of the reception to cry. After picking up the key we went into the house. There was a dead bird on the doormat, but that can happen. The cottage is fully equipped and was well clean. We immediately went shopping to fill the fridge. At breakfast the next day it appeared that the fridge was not (good) cold. Because the reception was still closed we could not help but report this on return. When we called back to the reception, he sent a mechanic. The mechanic said that the refrigerator was too full, which of course does not make sense as it can take longer to get cold, but it will not stop cooling a refrigerator. In the meantime, the messages had been around for 24 hours and it can now be quite cool. Mechanic could do nothing, outside it was 36 degrees, the steaks went out of the fridge and a cold wine was not there. We went to the reception but got no other than a lot of smoeter at our head and we would still continue to complain. Well, I think you can expect something more than a non-beating story if you pay 1200 peak for a weekend and drive twice a day to the supermarket to get ice cubes to cool down in a bathtub. We have a very successful weekend with a few nice bike rides through the Ardennes, but that is certainly not due to the non-helpful reception.Please check out there is some extortionate in the booklet for (for example) cleaning out the dishwasher. If you forget / do not, it will cost 20 euros to have it done. Moving a bank 70 euros. Does not feel really welcoming to read this at checkout. The above has also been reported to Belvilla, but until now nothing can be heard. All in all, I will no longer book with this organization if there is a problem you just have bad luck your money has long been written off, 350 euro deposit is overgem

Very Nice arrival The vista from the living room is fantastic. For the cold winter evenings there is a super stove with logs, cozy treasure and heat insured. Also nice is the sauna, used daily! Beautiful landscaped garden, where the children can ravotten with walking distance a playground always welcome.

We were three families (ourselves and our two adult daughters with partners and children) a week at La Colline. The stay was excellent. Very nice and spacious house, excellent reception and a peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It is not cheap accommodation but value for money is more than good.

Overall, a solid stay. The vacation home had everything we needed, and the area was beautiful for hiking and cycling. It was nice to have supermarkets so close for all the essentials we forgot to bring.

I was unpleasantly surprised that they use PENALTY CLAUSES in their house rules that they gave me upon arrival. I was not informed about this during the booking. We are decent people, but I won't tolerate this. (dishwasher not emptied 40 euros, beds not stripped 10 euros per bed, etc.)
