The house was fantastic and equipped with all conveniences. No complaints. However, the reception by the management organization was not pleasant. All kinds of conditions and threats. It's logical that nothing may be damaged and logical that you should not be noisy at night. But it's not proper to threaten your customers in writing in advance with police and eviction, etc. That's not how you treat customers.

Upon entering the house, we were greeted by dozens of flies. The ground floor was reasonably clean, but unfortunately, there was dirty cutlery (still under the food residues) in the cutlery drawer, and most of the coffee cups and plates were still dirty as well. The dishwasher is of poor quality, which may explain the dirty dishes and cutlery, but for a house for which you pay a considerable amount, you should expect this to be in order. Lamp shades of the large lamp above the dining table completely covered in dust, just like the air vents of the ovens. For the terrace furniture, cushions are missing, making the loungers very uncomfortable. Sliding doors of the pool completely covered in lime stains, I can't imagine they were cleaned recently. The upper floor was clean, bathrooms too. No toilet paper provided, so bring a few rolls from home. The surroundings are nice, there is a lot to do, and there are also plenty of good restaurants in the area. Do check the opening hours and especially the opening days.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, spacious and clean, with enough room for everyone. We enjoyed our evenings by the pool and had some great family games in the living room. The location was quiet, yet convenient for exploring the area.

Our family had a wonderful time in this cozy vacation home in Somme-Leuze! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of eight, and the private pool delighted the children. We have been coming to the Ardennes with the whole family for 15 years. This is the least house for a relatively high price. The cleaning could have been better as well. Everything is just not quite right. The cleaning, dishes for so many people, broken garden chairs.

The smell of chlorine was pretty strong in the entire house, you pay a lot for the weekend but you have to clean / dispose of everything yourself / no service for anything. There is decibel measurement outside after 22:00 and they will
Kick you out of the house if you exceed 75 dB for more than 10 mins. If you laugh, that’s already above. We had a good stay but it was nothing extraordinary. The sauna was in pretty bad shape. Same as many other parts of the house. I think it is pretty overpriced for the quality to be honest.

It is a beautiful house, but really too expensive compared to the quality. For that money we expected more perfection and more luxury. We would not have chosen this if we had not been forced to choose an alternative due to a cancellation on Belvilla's part. Despite the discount we received, we found the price-quality ratio to be skewed.
For example, one of the rooms is a room with only bunk beds (so 5 of the 12 beds are bunk beds)
One bathroom had a leak so you couldn't use the shower
The air hockey table had no air, so you couldn't do anything with it.
You already pay a lot and then you also have to pay extra for gas and electricity. In addition, you cannot regulate the high temperature (and therefore heating costs) in the swimming pool area.
You must pick up your rented bedding and return it to another location. Normally you can simply leave the used bedding in the accommodation.
The toilets downstairs cannot be locked, which is also a bit inconvenient.
The WiFi / internet connection is often moderate to poor.

Nevertheless, it is a beautiful large house, with a beautiful panoramic view. The kitchen is absolutely fine and an extra refrigerator and freezer in the utility room is also nice. The pool table in the living room has been used a lot.

Nice and tidy house, plenty to do to entertain you. Swimming pool nicely heated even for the children 31 degrees. We didn't really miss anything. We have rarely seen it so complete.

There was less for the smallest children, but they had a great time.

Had a nice reception and explanation about the house. The house and reception were easy to find and we were delighted with the spacious layout of all the rooms. On arrival the stove was already nice. In our opinion, much too warm, but good. All windows and doors opened and it took 48 hours before the temperature was "bearable" in the house. The pool is really great, just like the sauna! Kitchen utensils: we missed large serving spoons and a gravy / soup ladle ... For 1 large pan there was no suitable lid, solved by placing another lid inverted. Temperature of the pool was 28 degrees, ideal! Sauna also works well! Swimming pool door (in living room) refused regularly and went very hard. Fortunately, we had our handy grandfather with us, a little WD40 and hoppa, like new again. (they could also have solved this themselves) The fireplace was on, only the fan did not work. Felt some heat through the glass. Cleaning items: we missed a dustpan and dustpan, so everything was swept outside through the front door. Tried to use the vacuum cleaner, but the bag was full and therefore did not work properly. The horses of the neighboring neighbors were a highlight for our daughter of 4 years. Beds were a bit soft, but slept well. Very nice that each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Ideal for groups. We are considering booking the villa again for next year!

A beautiful villa with all facilities, everything can be found on the ground floor and that was the biggest plus of the villa for us as a group of friends. An open kitchen, large dining table, spacious sitting area, a billiards table and through 1 door and you were in the swimming pool / sauna! The area was fine, a spacious garden again with enough space for everyone, only the main road past the house could be experienced as disturbing.

Upon arrival, a lot of flies (as many as 100 per day) arrive at home. Had a lot of problems. House was large and everything sufficiently present. On arrival the pool was very dirty. Have been the same afternoon but have not seen anyone else. After a few days again dirty also due to extremely hot weather. Due to the lack of sun blinds and windows that cannot be opened sufficiently in bedrooms (tilt) not recommended in warm weather. View is beautiful. Slot was changed halfway through so that we could not enter. According to the landlord we had already received this key but this was not the case. Someone came to let us in, but the next day we received the correct key.

Beautiful luxury holiday home. Beautifully situated with a view of the hilly landscape. Lovely swimming pool and nice sauna. In the attic, Wii, Air Hockey and table football were a huge success. The billiards in the living room is also used with pleasure. If the weather is less nice, stay in the house. Kitchen well equipped. There was now a kettle present. Having linen returned by guests would not be necessary, this must be arranged differently. But definitely worth repeating. Durbuy, visited caves of Hotton and chateau in Modave, all very beautiful.

Everything was tiptop in the house, large enough for three families, children had lots of fun at pool table, air hockey, table soccer. Tip pingpong table? Pool water was 2-3 degrees too cold, but they did take this into account. Garden very suitable for football, boules provided, very spacious terrace! Perhaps gate still provided on ramp to get garden completely closed for small children. Stairs playroom better protect qua banister, so small children can crawl under here. Just a PRACHT of a house.
