This cottage is on a Farm in Barvaux-Condroz region of Belgium, it has 2 bedrooms that accommodate 5 people. This is a 17th-century farmhouse and it has breeding stables for racehorses.There are many walking paths that start from the house which you can use to explore the beauty of the countryside. It has wooded Hillside, Green Meadows and Plains full of crops, there are small lakes nearby and it has many old farms that you can explore. You can even plan excursions to the neighbouring regions of Ardennes, Namur, Namur-Huy-Condroz and surroundings.It has a courtyard and a garden that are shared with the other guests on the property. You can use the garden furniture to relax and have a picturesque view of the rural landscape while using the barbecue area.The forest is 500 m away, the general supplies and restaurants are 5 km away. The nearest airport is 50 km away and it is known as the Liege Airport.

We have never been able to cancel our stay because of belvilla never been able to be reimbursed. They never wanted to hear that because of the covid we can not move. Since March 2020 I have only been postponed because we have to to come to 7 people for an event which made only this shifted. I lost 430 euros in the history quite unnecessarily and then the best thing is that nobody answers you now. Very unhappy, I hope that the owners will see this message and if we could not come it is not our responsibility, we would have liked to come but we were not able to come. It would be nice to make a gesture towards us and reimburse us. Because the fact that if it is me who cancels or postpones my reservations it costs me each time, especially because of covid, and well for me it is theft

Kindly welcomed by the manager. The accommodation is literally located above the horse stables. Nice location in a very quiet street. Beautiful region with countless opportunities for hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, nature lovers ... Spacious accommodation. However, the large room is difficult to heat up during the cold months (two radiators and 1 large fireplace). Sleeping comfort in the large room could be better (mattresses to be replaced, old beds that creaked and squeaked).

Everything looked very promising on arrival, until we got to the accommodation. The outside door was / could not be locked because the vet had to be able to access his medication. Making the bedrooms accessible to anyone who wanted to enter !!! Furthermore, it was not clean and despite the fireplace burning, it was also cold inside. So we left here immediately, our holiday fell into the water and we could not expect much support from Belvilla, scandalous !!!

Authentic house with typical Ardennes elements. Great fire, was necessary because the large hall is difficult to heat. Everything else was satisfactory. Well for people who do not attach great importance to luxury.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and his daughter. The cottage is partly above the stables of the horse breeding. The living room is huge and is furnished with a cozy sitting area around a beautiful fireplace a dining table for 12 people and an interesting collection of paintings. The kitchen is small, but adequate and the bedroom is generous, although the beds may be replaced! Also the bathroom needs to be replaced. It must be mentioned that it is only a two star accommodation. The location is beautiful, quiet, near a village where there is really nothing to do. Tip screens for the windows in the living room above the barn and in the kitchen .... that will greatly care in the nuisance of flies, because that is unfortunate and in my opinion partly to tackle.

Are you or your child a horse lover, then this house is a must. You are literally above the stable. Keep in mind the hundreds of flies. There are plenty of negatives to mention. The house is far from clean, sagging beds and mattresses with stains, dust, food particles in dishwasher. The door to the sleeping area from the inside out to exit. If you 'm Doing so close, you're trapped! Wifi only outside, in front of the owner. DVD, no VCR. For a few other issues did come easy solution. Setting is quiet, the house is good base for trips .
