Very well received by the owner. The house has everything needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. For the Cava you do not have to worry ... that bottle is ready to aankomst.De area is quiet, only a few farmers driving their tractors. Beautiful castle Hodoumont walking distance! Ideal for a holiday with the dog, even in winter. The pool is heated, but chilly if you only go in but knows that the jacuzzi (which is next to the indoor swimming pool) is always at 38 ° C on your guard!

We were well received. The house is well kept and very beautiful. We had a little baby and it felt therefore that the pool water was too cold. On the photo 's is that the jacuzzi is outside, but actually he is inside, next to the pool. This is what we what a pity. To go from the house to the pool you have to the outside. Beautiful old farmhouse in a very quiet area, well away from any store (even a bakery nearby). Extremely kindly received by the owner, but some had little explanation for instance about the operation of appliances in kitchen, TV, DVD ... We were welcomed, the house is very spacious and clean. Nice view from the cozy terrace and hot tub. The pool was lovely, but we were also very hot weather, otherwise it will get used. Our little dog was allowed fortunately the garden as a sign hung forbidden for dogs, big dogs should probably had niet.super week!

Pleasantly received by the owner who did his very best to accommodate us in the Nederlands.Huis is enormous birth, everything you need, super nice! Just a shame you have to go to the pool through the front door (the back of the garden is located), but that was not a downside for us because the weather was fantastic!

We had a great time in Goesnes. Holiday was top pool water we were just too cold. The jacuzzi on the other hand was very fine. The beds were too hard and cracked.

The garden is amazing with jacuzzi, swimming pool, sunbeds, table tennis and a lovely location. A midweek in this house stayed that despite the cold, wet weather was blissful! On arrival pleasantly surprised by the owner with a cot and bottle of bubbles. Kids enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi was great to relax. The house is new and fresh and many amenities. A quiet beautiful green area where plenty to see and do. All in all a top mini vacation

The stay itself was fantastic, the hostess was super friendly. Unfortunately, we had a lot of stress before the time because we suddenly received emails that we had to transfer a deposit instead of on the spot itself and the deposit had also gone from € 200 to € 800. Until a few days before we had the idea that we would not get out and we would not be allowed in and that all the money would have been lost and Belvilla really does nothing about this. They investigate a lot but little happens. In the end we were able to agree that we gave 800 euros instead of transferring it and that we would get it back on Sunday and not only when we get home. The cottage is fantastic and we had a wonderful time, but due to the fairly threatening e-mails of which we still do not know who they really came from because we could not speak English with the hostess, it left a significant mark on the atmosphere, especially at the start and end with the hostess herself.

It was a beautiful and big home. The owner was very friendly. There was a light that didn't work i told him and when we came back from the kayak trip it was already fixt.

we stayed there for 2 weeks as a family of four. the house is well equipped, it lacks very few facilities, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi inside are more than pleasant, especially if the weather is not very suitable. the terrace is large and well equipped with furniture (tables, deckchairs with cushions and umbrellas), the charcoal BBQ works very well. for long evenings, the TV is equipped with a DVD & blue ray player with a choice quite extensive of films. The region is full of elements to visit within 20 km from the house.

Great house for at least 2 family's with small kids, or groups. Beautiful swimming pool, nice ping pong and 2 'bar rooms" to relax, have a drink/talk etcetera. Bathrooms are big, garden as well and perfectly maintained. Bedsare perfect (mattras and sheets).

We have been in this wonderful house for a midweek. Google Maps initially sends you the other way, but we soon found it and we were received super friendly. We were with a baby, but he too could have a great time. The wonderful bathrooms, table tennis table and naturally heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi were big plus points to this house. The garden is also very nice with sun beds, trampoline and a swing and tree house. Despite the bad weather we have never been bored in this lovely house. Recommended!

The house certainly lived up to expectations. We had a delay on arrival but that was not a point, friendly reception. A cozy living room with wood stove. Spacious rooms and a simple but excellent kitchen. Despite the freezing cold outside, the CV provided warm rooms. Only the ping-pong room, also passage to the pool, was without heating and therefore cold. Swimming pool and jakuzi complete the house. In the area some eateries. DaMario in Ohey fine pizzeria. Names also worth a visit, as well as castle in Modave. In Ohey also 3 supermarkets. Area is certainly suitable for walks and bike rides.

De eigenares van het huis was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Spreekt alleen Frans maar begrijpt wel veel van wat je zegt. Het huis is een fijn huis, groot, en het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn heerlijk. We hadden helaas wat slecht weer maar genoten van het zwemmen en ook vaak getafeltennist. De bedden zijn iets aan de harde kant maar evengoed heerlijk kunnen slapen. En de borg van 1000 euro is na thuiskomst binnen drie dagen al terug gestort. In het kort dus eigenlijk een aanrader voor degenen die van rust en ruimte en zwemmen houden

The authentic house was cozy and furnished in country style. It originally consists of two houses, which have been joined. This gives you 2 “wings” and, for example, two kitchens. Very friendly owners who live across the street and respond quickly to messages.
The house is in need of maintenance. For example, the pool stairs are loose, tiles are missing in the pool, as well as the pillows in the jacuzzi. Does one of the showers not work properly and there are no more 8 chairs at the dining table (too small for 8 people). Furthermore, the house meets all the listed facilities and has a beautiful garden with a terrace with 5 sunbeds.
As far as we are concerned, this house is only worth its "award winning" status again after considerable maintenance has been carried out.

Big house, bit remote. The pool was great. The shower upstairs was loose so had to hold it in your hand to shower. Downstairs that was okay, only very little pressure so you only had a thin trickle. The beds were very hard. So this is not recommended for people with back problems. There is 1 room where the bed was ok. You also pay 80 euros for a made bed. Contacted Belvilla in advance that we would bring our own bedding and that was fine. Beds made upon arrival and explanation given that we had our own stuff. Owner crossed out the 80 euros on the bill. Still 80 euros deducted from the deposit and Belvilla now indicates that bed linen was mandatory. Welles nothing so just gave up. All in all had a nice holiday with a top pool.

Had a great week in this very complete holiday home. The house actually has 2 "wings", with private bathrooms, so you can also stay in the house with 2 families. The pool was fantastic for the kids; we thought it was a bit on the cold side, but then warming up in the jacuzzi made up for it. Beautiful surroundings, with a view of a castle from the house. Very nice walks (bridge walk in Ohey, walk at Modave castle). Great supermarkets in Ohey. Good pizza place in Marchin. We did not find Le Petit Parc recommended, which turned out to be a very small and somewhat sad animal park. Afterwards we had delicious crepes and bubble waffles at O Gout Thé in Andenne.

Very quiet neighborhood and nice view of an inverted tree (art project, walking distance +-500m). Several walks nearby, lots of tourist information available. 10/10!
