This quiet 4-bedroom holiday home has an indoor pool, sauna, and roof terrace. Ideal for large families travelling with children. The house is located in Profondeville Ardennes.
Lots of walking trails are available, most of which start from this place, with some leading to the forest 500 m away. You can visit Dinant on the Meuse 22 km away, the valley of the Molignée, Maredsous Abbey 15 km away, the villages of Falaën and Sosoye, and the Namur, capital of Wallonia. The town centre is 500 m away, and restaurants and general supplies can be found 500 m away. The house is on the private estate of the owner, who lives in the adjacent house.
The house has a terrace and a barbecue for your enjoyment. The garden has furniture as well. Children's beds are also available. There is a playroom, and the garden also has a swing and slide.

Very nice big house. The owners are very cordial.
There are many toys for small children. The garden with a fence around it is ideal. And of course the swimming pool with accompanying sauna is excellent
One point to note is that the hot and cold water pipes have been switched. It would also be nice if the grass was a little shorter.

Een hele fijne villa voor 9 personen in een prachtige omgeving. Een zeer ruime inventaris, slaapkamers met goede bedden en ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijk binnenzwembad waar we elke dag van hebben genoten! In de zomer is het wel een nadeel dat de slaapkamers boven het zwembad liggen, daardoor was het erg warm tijdens de nacht. Er waren wel een paar ventilatoren (helaas 1 defect), maar dat was niet voldoende om het goed af te koelen. Ook was de sauna toen wij er waren helaas defect. Dat was toch erg jammer!

We went with 3 families of 9 kids and a baby to spend the night in this beautiful villa. The area is magnificent and plenty to do for the walker and the Burgundian. All necessities are in the villa and there is enough space. The pool and sauna are really the highlight. Location is also wonderful and quiet. Catherine welcomed us kindly and really helped us excellently. We will definitely come back here!

Very nice and beautifully finished villa. By far the most beautiful house we have rented so far. Everything is as described but the photos do not do the villa justice. When entering the property our mouth fell open in surprise at the luxury it exuded. The owners have welcomed us warmly but also respect our tranquility. environment is exactly what we hoped.Rusty but still within 15 minutes of the busier life.Echt highly recommended and we will definitely come back again

The house was great to find. The location is very quiet, great for relaxing and relaxing. The pool is great. We as a family of 7 had a great and relaxing week in this house. Everyone had enough space to withdraw from time to time. Unfortunately we have to complain about something and that is the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust everywhere, a lot of cobwebs and the bathrooms were unfortunately not cleaned thoroughly. But by and large we would visit this accommodation again and recommend it to others.

We were received very friendly and received a good tour with the necessary information. Accommodation was very nice, complete and spacious. The environment wb the location of the house was very rural and quiet. We absolutely loved that. There was a lot of space around the house, including: a playground for children, a pergula and a garden table with chairs.

We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and received a clear explanation about the accommodation. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and Easter with the children and grandchildren in a beautiful holiday home, everything was great the holiday home, the swimming pool that we used a lot and the garden. We also had the best weather to spend the whole day outside. It was a weekend with a ruby edge (married for 40 years). To be repeated.

Fully equipped (enough crockery, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, hand blender, high chairs, children's beds, cheese slicer, everything is there!). Super swimming pool and nice garden. We were received on arrival by the owner who led us around. All our children were excited about seeing the big house with beautiful kitchen. Each one has its own bedroom with bathroom. Even our two and a half year old grandson has had a great time. Indoor and outdoor playground. The pool was lovely and not to mention the sauna as well. Due to the bad weather, we went out to Han's Caves. And on Sunday we cycled on a train station nearby. Highly recommended. What I missed was a dishwasher, but you could not think so much if it was present. From coffee to tea, salt spices wc paper etc. We look forward to being together in this beautiful house.

Large bedrooms each with a well-appointed and well-kept bathroom. Large and well maintained indoor pool and sauna. Outside large and beautifully maintained lawn, kiosk with plenty of shade, ... And all in a quiet environment: no obstacles from neighbors, no traffic noise, ... In short, reality was better than on the website.

Everything for young and old for a pleasant stay in our case around Easter long weekend. Nice places to visit nearby, recommended Annevoie. Owner present in adjacent house, always approachable for any questions during your stay. All bedrooms feature en suite bathroom including toilet. Large, clean pool for lots of family fun. Large kitchen, ideal for cooking delicious dishes. Supermarkets within striking distance by car. In other words, we had very pleasant stay in this house.
