Nice little house with a beautiful fireplace in a perfect location, the furniture is outdated but you can also read that as cozy. Great for dogs, just be careful of ticks in the woods during the season! The garden is not fenced, so keep an eye on the dogs. The sanitary facilities were not clean, I discussed it afterwards with the (by the way very nice) owner, but they indicated that they had cleaned everything well. They missed the edges under the toilet seat and hair in the bath/sink, so I cleaned it myself with Dettol. Despite this point of concern, I had a pleasant stay.

The house is beautifully large, the location is very nice. However, the house is really in poor condition. The kitchen is very old and the cabinets are loose. Outside on the terrace, there was glass everywhere while our 3 kids and dog were walking around barefoot. Inside was cleaned before arrival, but there was still a lot of dust and spider webs. There is no shower, only a bath with a showerhead. Very beautiful location and super nice people. But very old, broken house.

Atmospheric, large house in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the area and perfect for nature lovers. Shops not very close but easy to reach by car. It is quite a nice house in a nice location, but it has never been maintained and it is terribly dirty and paid €400 in extra costs for 2 weeks in the summer, hardly showered. The least bad: broken TV and no wifi. Everything is broken, dusty, sticky. you can't shower there: you can't hang the shower, have to hold it at navel height, then almost no water comes out, you have to stand in the bath to shower, there was grease in it from previous people. Cobwebs everywhere. Benches and chairs sagged, dirty worn rugs everywhere with stains in them. Owner is a narcissist. She made me send photos for the insurance of trees and made us water the plants. Now that I find out that she charges €400 for 2 weeks where we hardly used anything in that house I am very angry and am going to file a complaint.

We are a company of 10 people in this house and have been old and new celebrated. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von den anderen Gebäuden. Bei nassem Wetter ist ein 4x4 nicht ganz überflüssig. Das Haus ist groß und hat vier geräumige Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten (mit Ausnahme von einem Schlafzimmer .....). Die Einrichtung ist veraltet (1980), aber komplett und in gutem Zustand. Der Kamin ist groß. Schade, dass der Eigentümer nicht zur Verfügung genug Holz /. In dem Dorf hat das Glück, Holz zu verkaufen. Auf der Straße ist eine Aktivität im Freien Organisation in einem kleinen Café. Bep Besitzer ist Holländer und lebt seit über 20 Jahren in den Ardennen. Sie kennt die Gegend, hat große (essen) Tipps, ein schönes Café und organisierte Outdoor-Aktivitäten für jedermann (Kanu zu steigen). Unverschämt ist die Kaution, die in bar bezahlt werden muss und ist höher als die gesamte Miete für das Wochenende .... nach 4 Wochen von dieser, haben wir nicht wieder hin!

We have visited this house in winter with 7 adults. On arrival it was very cold inside, and we had to increase the heating (heating and fireplace) to the cozy living room high heat. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The bedrooms were super spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent our evenings by the fireplace, which was just perfect. What a delightful stay! The chalet in Stavelot was a perfect getaway for our family. We loved the cozy fireplace, especially in the evening after a day of biking in the beautiful Coo region. The children enjoyed the spacious garden where they could run freely, and we made the most of the barbecue area. Everything was clean and well-equipped, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. It is also conveniently located near the Plopsa Coo theme park, which the kids really enjoyed. Highly recommended for a peaceful escape!

We have visited this house in winter with 7 adults. On arrival it was very cold inside, and we had to increase the heating (heating and fireplace) to the cozy living room high heat. The bedrooms are attractively decorated, though the mattresses wisselend.De entrance to the house is via a staircase to enter, so no home path. Das Haus ist groß und hat vier geräumige Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten (mit Ausnahme von einem Schlafzimmer .....). Die Einrichtung ist veraltet (1980), aber komplett und in gutem Zustand. Der Kamin ist groß. Schade, dass der Eigentümer nicht zur Verfügung genug Holz /. In dem Dorf hat das Glück, Holz zu verkaufen. Auf der Straße ist eine Aktivität im Freien Organisation in einem kleinen Café. Bep Besitzer ist Holländer und lebt seit über 20 Jahren in den Ardennen. Sie kennt die Gegend, hat große (essen) Tipps, ein schönes Café und organisierte Outdoor-Aktivitäten für jedermann (Kanu zu steigen). Unverschämt ist die Kaution, die in bar bezahlt werden muss und ist höher als die gesamte Miete für das Wochenende .... nach 4 Wochen von dieser, haben wir nicht wieder hin!

Everything is very outdated, worn out and absolutely out of date.
