Overall a solid choice for a group vacation, The proximity to the lake and the forest made it easy to enjoy nature, We had an unforgettable stay and would consider returning,

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We really appreciated the pet-friendly policy, Our dogs loved the garden space, and it was nice to have them with us on our holiday, The staff were friendly and helpful too,

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

It is a bit cramped at the table when you are with 20 people, the kitchen also fills up quickly, but it just works. Nice covered seating area outside in a spacious garden: Spacious bedrooms. If it doesn't matter that everything is a bit outdated, it is a very nice house. The final billing process was a bit strange. While we hadn't turned on the heating, the night bill was higher than during the day when we used the ovens quite a bit. When I mentioned something about it, an amount was deducted while they had noted the meter reading (which I wasn't present for). Given the circumstances, I let it go.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Bad experience with the owner. After the stay, suddenly came with all extra costs that were not agreed upon. Poor communication, and everything was quite old and of poor quality.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Super nice house. Meets expectations. Super beautiful and large garden where you can do a lot. The interior is also great, comfortable beds and a nice attic to gather together. All in all, a recommendation.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We were very satisfied with the outdoor space, but the indoor space is quite outdated and in need of renovation. Two bathrooms are also too few for the number of people... upon arrival, we did a thorough cleaning ourselves because it was not clean, cobwebs everywhere, etc... it did have a good location... you could do a lot within walking distance...

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Large house with eight spacious bedrooms, each quite well insulated. Beautiful garden, suitable for children of all ages. Sauna and hot tub worked perfectly, we made endless use of them. There is no swimming pool, even though it is still mentioned. The dishwasher smelled terrible, just like the trash bins, which could definitely be much better. Keeping the trash bins closed and washing dishes by hand provided a solution. Nevertheless, thanks to the wonderful spring weather, we had a truly delightful weekend.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

we had issue with heating in few rooms, gas for cooking was empty few times, two toilets were closed.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Beautiful garden and surroundings. Friendly landlords.
The house itself is outdated and very dirty.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Fantastic house. 8 bedrooms. 2, 3 and 4/5 person room. 2 small living rooms. Nice adults in one, the other was for the young kids who watched movies, chatted and so on... beautiful play attic but little use. Very large enclosed garden which was amazing. Sanitary facilities very outdated, we had already read. It is not a luxury, but we did not need that with 15 people and 3 dogs. Shane and hot tub fired up. Was a great experience for the kids. During the day, go all day to the Spa Francorchamps Run circuit. So the weekend was over in no time. Restaurants within walking distance. Had a great pizza there on Saturday. Cooked 1 evening.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Top location! Hot tub not so clean, sauna was very good. Slept well.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house is rather old, but equipped with everything that needs to be to make it a nice weekend. The rooms are spacious, the garden is big. Only the dining room could have been bigger. We will definitely return again!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Although the house is dated, it is a great base for the many activities that you can do within a 3-minute walk. The area is also perfect for longer walks.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

the house is very dated, but ideally located and the outside of the house is fantastic in 1 word. environment very nice, close to nice terraces and waterfalls. You can do plenty of outdoor activities such as mountain biking and quad biking.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The accommodation was extremely dirty, bathrooms and kitchen inside and outside had to be cleaned, as well as the rooms. Very annoying if you spend the first two days only with clean, so you feel comfortable. Some could be renewed, dishwasher, oven, washing machine only ever run individually, otherwise the fuse flies out. Plus point was the pool, where also in between the water was green, but then was fixed. A very nice area, gladly again, but not this house!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Very friendly but slightly more special lady who received us.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The owner speaks only French.the accommodation was outdated and dirty.the area is beautiful was only the garden adjacent to the terrible rubbish in the owner's garden for small children very dangerous

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

It is a bit outdated but otherwise fine for that money

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Beautiful surroundings, you can walk beautifully. Waterfalls at a short distance. Large house, but very poorly maintained. Is rented for a large party but there are only 2 small sitting rooms, so you can not all sit together. Furthermore everything is very old and dated. Fronts of kitchen drawers that fall off when you normally open the drawer. Old plumbing, toilet doors that can not be locked. Dishwasher that makes such a noise that hearing and seeing perishes (is fast).

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The arrival was easy, the accommodation very basic, beds but ok. The surrounding area was very nice

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Not so clean huis.Wel lovely enclosed garden, swimming pool available was superb and well afgesloten.Spijtig that there was only a large room in the attic. dining room was too small.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Setting is lovely. Accommodation very poor lighting (no atmosphere- or reading lamps plumbing absolutely insufficient for large groups. House is moderately clean. Lots of high energy costs.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Beautiful surroundings and beautiful base for walks. Also advantage is the spacious garden and playroom for children. Reception fine. However, it should urgently happen to the comfort of the home. Only one fridge that worked and two small bathrooms for 18 people. We could sit down nowhere with zn 18 unless the dining tables. Just a little more space, a little more basic comforts, and some more kitchen utensils were made even more enjoyable. The house is authentic and great but the comfort remains what omitted.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

excellent location / setting big house and garden, adequately equipped

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house was superb, located on a 100m Coo Plopsa Coo.De concierge was friendly dame.De condition of the house was out of order, dirty and filthy, is offered with a pool but this could not be used by algae and dirty water (it was even close), was clogged the drain in the kitchen (we have repaired itself and the caretaker does have brought two bottles of wine) and everything smelled musty and stale.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We had a fantastic time at the Charming Holiday Home in Coo! The children loved the play equipment and the sandpit, while the adults relaxed in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the beautiful Ardennes. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our large family gathering. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in nature!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Loved being so near to the woods, ideal for short nature walks!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day outdoors.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Lots of beds and plenty of space made for a simple and comfortable stay.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Quiet spot with enough room for two. Easy to relax without fuss.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The play area kept the kids happily busy, evenings inside were very calming.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The large space accommodated our group easily. We played table tennis and foosball often while others prepared meals on the BBQ outside. The fenced garden allowed safe supervision of children, and an indoor sauna added extra comfort after nearby hikes.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Loved the location! So many places to explore nearby, and the kids had a blast with the foosball and table tennis, The hosts were chill and super helpful, Perfect for a group getaway!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

This vacation home is a gem! Although the decor seemed a bit outdated, it was clean and practical. We enjoyed the ample space for our group of 10. The location is ideal for outdoor activities.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The location of this vacation home is simply magnificent, Surrounded by peaceful forest and just a few steps from the lake, we couldn't have asked for a better setting, The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms, It was an excellent base for our biking adventures in the area, We would return without hesitation!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Very nice house, the sanitary is a bit less, everything nearby, nice garden for children, very pleasantly received, cool owners.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Great value for such a spacious house near local shops and restaurants. Plenty to enjoy without leaving the property often.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We saw children playing in the garden while we enjoyed a peaceful time indoors. Very calm with pleasant sounds from nature.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

I would tell friends traveling through the Ardennes that this place is easy for families or groups to stay overnight. Clean rooms and useful amenities like dishwasher and washing machine made our visit more enjoyable.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Big house, cozy vibes, Great for a family trip with 21 people, no joke, Everything you need is here, even a washing machine, Just a short walk to the lake for some fun in the sun, Would definitely come back!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Just the right thing for a class trip!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Fantastic house, beautiful surroundings, and very child-friendly garden. Everything is somewhat dated, but that doesn't take away from the fun and actually made it very child-friendly (minor downside: no locks on the toilet). The commercial dishwasher is super!!! The garden is fenced, the children and the dog had the area to themselves. No busy road and the price is more than worth it.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Entering the spacious area was easy to navigate alone. Check-in was smooth, and the kitchen had everything needed. It is also close to the train station, which is convenient for solo travelers.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

A straightforward experience, The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities, We made good use of the grill and enjoyed meals outside in the garden,

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house is well maintained and offered everything we needed for our stay. The high chair and the crib were great for our little ones. The fenced garden provided a reassuring feeling while they played outside.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Perfect for large groups! We had 21 people and there was more than enough space, The foosball and table tennis kept everyone entertained during the evenings, Highly recommend for a fun getaway,

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

A very comfortable stay! The sauna and spa facilities were a delightful treat after a day of exploring, The location is also quite convenient, with restaurants just a short drive away,

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Beautiful holiday home with a cozy atmosphere, The television was a nice addition for movie nights, and the coffee machine was popular with everyone in the mornings, We felt at home,

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Near Plopsa Coo which is a benefit for families with small children (who still can play in a large garden) One should not be too picky on cleanliness and comfort for pulling it together with a large group, you are obligated to the attic and there are many warning signs and what does not magVoor itinerant groups of youths possibly a fine base (a bit on the expensive side in Eq other locations with Belvilla

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Simple house with no surprises ... except its excessive price does not include heating electricity or taxes ...

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Nice weekend had in Coo. The house may well improve some things but then the price will also rise. For this money you just can not expect more. For people who like to basic on weekend and their luxury home leave destination.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The location of the house is fine, the cleaning and the condition of the house left much to be desired. The house was not clean (there were still crumbs on the table, hair on the floor, the refrigerator was broken) and toilet doors were not locked and showed other doors between holes. Unfortunately, there is nothing the owners gedaan.Kortom absolutely not recommended.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Prima house but to the price. The toilet was not shut down. Dishwasher only worked half.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We were very disappointed. Upon arrival we had to ventilate the entire house. The pots were burnt, dirty glasses and cups. Dirty sponges under the sink, the dirt still in the trash. We did not use the kitchen because he was so dirty. Dirty duvets, in every corner of the room cobwebs. The wallpaper loose etc. In the garden everywhere dog poo dog of the residents. In short, a filthy mess. In order not to disappoint the kids we stayed here anyway. Pity our money.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We have enjoyed our holiday with all the activities there omheen.Het house is pretty outdated and the furniture too. These are all smaller rooms n ot suitable for 21 people to be equal in hebben.Gastvrijheid was fine and the huge lawn (garden) was perfect for our group.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The group consisted of eight adults and eight children between two and 14 jaar.De large garden and use of the pool are a plus in fine weer.In the kitchen would not have a mixer ontbreken.De dining room is a little small for such a group .and the two separate lounges are also not as praktisch.in the beautiful surroundings sentence wandelingen.en opportunities to practice sports.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The weather did not cooperate. rain every day and could not buiten.vooral for children who spend all day at home waren.wij liked the surroundings really nice and had beautiful moments.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Enjoyed the room, inside and buiten.Prima BBQ and campfire shame that the pool was not in use, disappointment

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We had a very nice stay in COO. The environment was very suitable for families with small children. We like to walk and the presence of PlopsaCoo and the waterfalls were certainly a major plus.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Large house but very simply furnished. Home and decor are very outdated and not clean. Garden is large and very nice for children. The same applies to the environment and the place.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We were 10 adults and 10 children (from 0 to 5 years) and it is particularly expected. Nice, large and child-friendly garden and within walking distance of Plopsacoo. Interior finish (toilet 's and bathrooms) could be better, but is sufficient. Regrettably, there is no WiFi and you have to pay extra to use Dishwasher.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The cottage n "was not properly cleaned, especially the kitchen that" we had to completely clean when we arrived.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

it was (relatively) cozy

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Place enough and certainly no small ruimtes. In central Coo and short at the amusement parks do not suffer from the noise sufficiently close to a choice of walks and other attractions (but then charge) close to the deur.Vooral for people who do not really want luxurious go to the Ardennes, but just want to be happy with what they have ...

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Pleasant stay in a quiet environment. The owners are friendly and service people. A advisor for this group ... Very good stay in Coo.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Fully equipped and entertainment in and around the house and in the area.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Despite the fact that this house is on the "back" of the tourist artificial Coo, you could enjoy the peace in and around the house. The house features a pleasant garden, the children also equipped with trampoline and swimming pool. For the pool you should normally pay extra but the owner invited us for a free swim. In the garden there are garden tables, there is a large barbecue provided and also a "stookton" a fire "in the evening when temperatures get cooler. Timber is available free of charge to the owner. Rooms are spacious and bright. Shame enough left the cleaning to be desired. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the dishwasher that is ready in 5 minutes. Two mini-suite particles is also a bit on the tight side for this type of house. Price quality is this home on the high side. We paid 1038 euros Belvilla and the owner had to even give more than 100 euros for energy, accommodation and waste costs. If you know this house posted by Belvilla "is from 735 euro" then fear you have. some time later if you spent 400 euros appears more

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house is like on the site stated simply. Nevertheless, if the weather is a bit of luck, it is nice to stay there. The garden is large and enclosed with various toys for children and there is plenty of parking .. The room in the house is fine and the beds are good. The interior of the house is a bit dated, but that is more than offset by the location. The Coo amusement park is just a stone's throw away (which by the way you are not affected by sub) also lie and nature such as forests and fields at your doorstep. For not too picky vacationers vwb the house a good place.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Big house where everyone finds his place. Many walks nearby. Fortunately c "was the low season, otherwise there should be really crowded. Children enjoyed games on the garden and those in the games room (when" it was raining). This allowed for both adults and children to "be idle when" we returned to our activities. C "is a good thing that" there is several lounges. It "s may not be very suitable for those who love interior tastefully arranged but it" is quite handy. We had a very enjoyable weekend even in the rain.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

had fine days in coo. . Garden and pool were lovely. Recommended for families with children who want to visit PLOPSA COO

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We had a very nice weekend with friends 10 adults, 7 children and 1 dog. The house is a little tired and a substantial facelift. Quite ouwbollig furnished but everything was in order. Downstairs were two separate seating areas, both for 8 to about 10 people, which is a bit of a disadvantage when you are with a large group because not everyone could be in one room. For families with very small children are many, not lockable stairs in the house is not really interesting. The final statement of costs occurred immediately, was correct but on the high side, given the not so well insulated condition of the house and therefore high heating costs. There is a very nice, cozy attic with lots of seating and play area. The house is also in a very nice area, near the center of Coo.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Big house, lots of space, primitive furnishings, becoming cold showers, heating malfunction.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The property is dirty and poorly maintained. The interior is outdated which is no problem if it is clean. Everything was very dirty, dishwasher polished very bad. Some kitchen doors hung askew, windows terribly dirty. Railing simply, stuck Really not recommended for that price! Internet cable of home owner hanging by air and window inserted into one space. This cable was also laid only after we are going to ask this owner. The location is very good, close to center but still very quiet

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

See www.MazdaMx-3.nl

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house can be a revamp but, ideal location and un garden plenty of space for kids.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We have a long weekend in this house stayed with 8 adults and 9 children. There was more than enough to sleep, and there were plenty of glasses, plates, etc. House was very shabby inside (wallpaper is in some places eg with fixed pins) and three toilets and two tiny little bathroom - 1 with bath and 1 with Shower is a bit much to so many people. Also, there is only one toilet lock. If you want to take. Fine pillow itself Nice spacious attic also (with table tennis), though the downside is that it is far from the kitchen so you if the weather is bad, as a group of adults do not sit there. Yet so fast Beautiful large garden with huge trampoline. Pool if necessary. fee. Nice environment, many walks. If you have kids and do not want to Plopsaland Coo, you'd better not go to, because it is so "a little around the corner. In the house and garden, unhindered by the park. There is a good bakery and good supermarket (Carrefour) in Trois Points.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We have used this house during a weekend in the fall and generally is the house we liked it. The waterfalls of Coo are obviously worth a visit and can be walked well, even on asphalt roads around the water (useful with strollers) in the area. In the hallway of the house hangs a map showing various routes are indicated. Other good points of the house are the large garden with playground and trampoline, the different seating areas with plenty of seats, huge attic with ping pong table and seats. Also nice is the industrial dishwasher so you have everything clean again within fifteen minutes. Moreover, there are several refrigerators present, which is also very useful with larger groepen.Minder good points we have for the cleaners of this house. It felt to us like it was not cleaned properly in this house after the previous visitors. The bathroom did not look clean and the stairs were full of dust. In the hall way, is a note that the house should be at completion, cleaned but however the cleaning is included in the booking and would therefore have to be. Governed by the landlords themselves Something's not quite so. Furthermore, many rules were made on arrival, zoa

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

A weekend doing nothing but trampoline, swimming, walking in the gigantic garden to sit outside and eat at long tables and large campfire every night. Perfect home for outdoor activities. Huge garden (grass) neatly mowed. The pool is completely new, lockable and well fenced with also an easy sliding hood that the heat from the water retention and also nice not let pollute the water with leaves, etc.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

A home to definitely come to come back. Ideal for a large family.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

We have our group of friends enjoyed the stay, the room, the location and the possibility of late night burning wood may, downside was that the hostess is pure and only spoke French.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house is perfect for parties, bedrooms are large and well distributed. the house is not very noisy fine with various age groups. Kitchen, nice and large, however, the devices can not simultaneously jump over the stoppen.Min points: house rooms are small, smelling the oil and it was dirty upon arrival at, in the oven on the baking trays were the remnants of previous tenants . We had a lot to pay extra fees, water, electricity and heating costs.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

In our family we have both fantastic walks in the immediate vicinity of the house thanks to our sister on special pedestrian maps the roads manages to find so we do not get lost. Nature is very beautiful in the fall with her broad-leaved forest and winding rivers under your feet or along your pad.De other group cycling trips can make the old railway line from Stavelot to Malmedi. They have visited the museum what they have very gewaardeerd.Later the two groups perched on the terrace in Stavelot, and again later in Petit Coo, very cozy.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

the house was perfect for the group. There were a lot of rules set, for example ban on moving furniture etc.de reception in the house was friendly, although the hostess was speaking in French and also very quickly did. She could do speak Dutch, but it did not really retries.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Great cottage for large groepen.Met 16 people from 24 June 2011 familiweekend gevierd.Troffen the house to clean. Nice sized bedrooms with almost all eenpersoonsbedden.Eetkamer for large group actually too small. Was also quite noisy (hollow sounding). Outside until late at night around fire stood. Use wood was free. Prima! Would perhaps consider same lo0catie gaan.Moesten or after the rental spot another € 88, = checkout (tax, gas, elec / water) and waste disposal

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

February 2011 with a hockey team in total 19 people stayed in this house. Accommodation is fine, adequate facilities exist. may be some tidying up, the landlord also doing. The area is great, lots of activities available and a beautiful nature. We really enjoyed our stay!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Week old year 2010-2011 doorgebracht.Sneeuw to 50cm in the beautiful surrounding mogelijkheden.Ruime bedrooms, downstairs living space rather limited (max 15 people!) Is compensated by large, cozy speelzolder.Problemen (heating, constipation, ...) were quickly and decisively addressed by the owners / neighbors! Highly recommended for non-luxury holiday!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Beautiful location, with many hiking and excursions.

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

Great stay with lots of opportunities both inside and outside the youth. Simple but all necessary appliances (kitchen) are present and working goed.Living and dining room are spacious small but with a little creativity, this works well. We were also lucky that the weather was super nice and we could spend a lot outside in the beautiful garden with enough BBQ 's and garden furniture. Certainly register: owners are very correct!

3,8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8 3.8

The house is beautifully situated on the outskirts. The landlady gave us a very friendly reception. We spent a few lovely days in Coo. The house was very clean and has complied with all requirements. Especially nice is the outside plant. There was something for everyone.

Beautiful holiday home with a cozy atmosphere. The television was a nice addition for movie nights, and the coffee machine was popular in the mornings. We felt at home.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

This place is spacious and well-equipped. We loved having a kitchen to prepare meals, and the washing machine was a lifesaver with so many people. The nearby lake was a nice spot for an outing.

We had an amazing time at this holiday home! The garden was perfect for our kids, with plenty of play equipment and a sandpit, The adults enjoyed grilling while the kids played, It was a great setup for our family reunion,

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Great location! The forest is just a stone's throw away, and we enjoyed hiking during our stay, The nearby town had all the supplies we needed, making it easy to settle in,

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Overall a solid choice for a group vacation, The proximity to the lake and the forest made it easy to enjoy nature, We had an unforgettable stay and would consider returning,

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We really appreciated the pet-friendly policy, Our dogs loved the garden space, and it was nice to have them with us on our holiday, The staff were friendly and helpful too,

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

It is a bit cramped at the table when you are with 20 people, the kitchen also fills up quickly, but it just works. Nice covered seating area outside in a spacious garden: Spacious bedrooms. If it doesn't matter that everything is a bit outdated, it is a very nice house. The final billing process was a bit strange. While we hadn't turned on the heating, the night bill was higher than during the day when we used the ovens quite a bit. When I mentioned something about it, an amount was deducted while they had noted the meter reading (which I wasn't present for). Given the circumstances, I let it go.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Bad experience with the owner. After the stay, suddenly came with all extra costs that were not agreed upon. Poor communication, and everything was quite old and of poor quality.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Super nice house. Meets expectations. Super beautiful and large garden where you can do a lot. The interior is also great, comfortable beds and a nice attic to gather together. All in all, a recommendation.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We were very satisfied with the outdoor space, but the indoor space is quite outdated and in need of renovation. Two bathrooms are also too few for the number of people... upon arrival, we did a thorough cleaning ourselves because it was not clean, cobwebs everywhere, etc... it did have a good location... you could do a lot within walking distance...

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Large house with eight spacious bedrooms, each quite well insulated. Beautiful garden, suitable for children of all ages. Sauna and hot tub worked perfectly, we made endless use of them. There is no swimming pool, even though it is still mentioned. The dishwasher smelled terrible, just like the trash bins, which could definitely be much better. Keeping the trash bins closed and washing dishes by hand provided a solution. Nevertheless, thanks to the wonderful spring weather, we had a truly delightful weekend.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

we had issue with heating in few rooms, gas for cooking was empty few times, two toilets were closed.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Beautiful garden and surroundings. Friendly landlords.
The house itself is outdated and very dirty.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Top location! Hot tub not so clean, sauna was very good. Slept well.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The house is rather old, but equipped with everything that needs to be to make it a nice weekend. The rooms are spacious, the garden is big. Only the dining room could have been bigger. We will definitely return again!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Although the house is dated, it is a great base for the many activities that you can do within a 3-minute walk. The area is also perfect for longer walks.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

the house is very dated, but ideally located and the outside of the house is fantastic in 1 word. environment very nice, close to nice terraces and waterfalls. You can do plenty of outdoor activities such as mountain biking and quad biking.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The accommodation was extremely dirty, bathrooms and kitchen inside and outside had to be cleaned, as well as the rooms. Very annoying if you spend the first two days only with clean, so you feel comfortable. Some could be renewed, dishwasher, oven, washing machine only ever run individually, otherwise the fuse flies out. Plus point was the pool, where also in between the water was green, but then was fixed. A very nice area, gladly again, but not this house!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Very friendly but slightly more special lady who received us.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The owner speaks only French.the accommodation was outdated and dirty.the area is beautiful was only the garden adjacent to the terrible rubbish in the owner's garden for small children very dangerous

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

It is a bit outdated but otherwise fine for that money

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Beautiful surroundings, you can walk beautifully. Waterfalls at a short distance. Large house, but very poorly maintained. Is rented for a large party but there are only 2 small sitting rooms, so you can not all sit together. Furthermore everything is very old and dated. Fronts of kitchen drawers that fall off when you normally open the drawer. Old plumbing, toilet doors that can not be locked. Dishwasher that makes such a noise that hearing and seeing perishes (is fast).

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The arrival was easy, the accommodation very basic, beds but ok. The surrounding area was very nice

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Not so clean huis.Wel lovely enclosed garden, swimming pool available was superb and well afgesloten.Spijtig that there was only a large room in the attic. dining room was too small.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Setting is lovely. Accommodation very poor lighting (no atmosphere- or reading lamps plumbing absolutely insufficient for large groups. House is moderately clean. Lots of high energy costs.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Beautiful surroundings and beautiful base for walks. Also advantage is the spacious garden and playroom for children. Reception fine. However, it should urgently happen to the comfort of the home. Only one fridge that worked and two small bathrooms for 18 people. We could sit down nowhere with zn 18 unless the dining tables. Just a little more space, a little more basic comforts, and some more kitchen utensils were made even more enjoyable. The house is authentic and great but the comfort remains what omitted.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

excellent location / setting big house and garden, adequately equipped

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The house was superb, located on a 100m Coo Plopsa Coo.De concierge was friendly dame.De condition of the house was out of order, dirty and filthy, is offered with a pool but this could not be used by algae and dirty water (it was even close), was clogged the drain in the kitchen (we have repaired itself and the caretaker does have brought two bottles of wine) and everything smelled musty and stale.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Near Plopsa Coo which is a benefit for families with small children (who still can play in a large garden) One should not be too picky on cleanliness and comfort for pulling it together with a large group, you are obligated to the attic and there are many warning signs and what does not magVoor itinerant groups of youths possibly a fine base (a bit on the expensive side in Eq other locations with Belvilla

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Simple house with no surprises ... except its excessive price does not include heating electricity or taxes ...

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Nice weekend had in Coo. The house may well improve some things but then the price will also rise. For this money you just can not expect more. For people who like to basic on weekend and their luxury home leave destination.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The location of the house is fine, the cleaning and the condition of the house left much to be desired. The house was not clean (there were still crumbs on the table, hair on the floor, the refrigerator was broken) and toilet doors were not locked and showed other doors between holes. Unfortunately, there is nothing the owners gedaan.Kortom absolutely not recommended.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Prima house but to the price. The toilet was not shut down. Dishwasher only worked half.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We were very disappointed. Upon arrival we had to ventilate the entire house. The pots were burnt, dirty glasses and cups. Dirty sponges under the sink, the dirt still in the trash. We did not use the kitchen because he was so dirty. Dirty duvets, in every corner of the room cobwebs. The wallpaper loose etc. In the garden everywhere dog poo dog of the residents. In short, a filthy mess. In order not to disappoint the kids we stayed here anyway. Pity our money.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We have enjoyed our holiday with all the activities there omheen.Het house is pretty outdated and the furniture too. These are all smaller rooms n ot suitable for 21 people to be equal in hebben.Gastvrijheid was fine and the huge lawn (garden) was perfect for our group.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The group consisted of eight adults and eight children between two and 14 jaar.De large garden and use of the pool are a plus in fine weer.In the kitchen would not have a mixer ontbreken.De dining room is a little small for such a group .and the two separate lounges are also not as praktisch.in the beautiful surroundings sentence wandelingen.en opportunities to practice sports.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The weather did not cooperate. rain every day and could not buiten.vooral for children who spend all day at home waren.wij liked the surroundings really nice and had beautiful moments.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Enjoyed the room, inside and buiten.Prima BBQ and campfire shame that the pool was not in use, disappointment

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We had a very nice stay in COO. The environment was very suitable for families with small children. We like to walk and the presence of PlopsaCoo and the waterfalls were certainly a major plus.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Large house but very simply furnished. Home and decor are very outdated and not clean. Garden is large and very nice for children. The same applies to the environment and the place.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We were 10 adults and 10 children (from 0 to 5 years) and it is particularly expected. Nice, large and child-friendly garden and within walking distance of Plopsacoo. Interior finish (toilet 's and bathrooms) could be better, but is sufficient. Regrettably, there is no WiFi and you have to pay extra to use Dishwasher.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The cottage n "was not properly cleaned, especially the kitchen that" we had to completely clean when we arrived.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

it was (relatively) cozy

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Place enough and certainly no small ruimtes. In central Coo and short at the amusement parks do not suffer from the noise sufficiently close to a choice of walks and other attractions (but then charge) close to the deur.Vooral for people who do not really want luxurious go to the Ardennes, but just want to be happy with what they have ...

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Pleasant stay in a quiet environment. The owners are friendly and service people. A advisor for this group ... Very good stay in Coo.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Fully equipped and entertainment in and around the house and in the area.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The house is like on the site stated simply. Nevertheless, if the weather is a bit of luck, it is nice to stay there. The garden is large and enclosed with various toys for children and there is plenty of parking .. The room in the house is fine and the beds are good. The interior of the house is a bit dated, but that is more than offset by the location. The Coo amusement park is just a stone's throw away (which by the way you are not affected by sub) also lie and nature such as forests and fields at your doorstep. For not too picky vacationers vwb the house a good place.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Big house where everyone finds his place. Many walks nearby. Fortunately c "was the low season, otherwise there should be really crowded. Children enjoyed games on the garden and those in the games room (when" it was raining). This allowed for both adults and children to "be idle when" we returned to our activities. C "is a good thing that" there is several lounges. It "s may not be very suitable for those who love interior tastefully arranged but it" is quite handy. We had a very enjoyable weekend even in the rain.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

had fine days in coo. . Garden and pool were lovely. Recommended for families with children who want to visit PLOPSA COO

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Big house, lots of space, primitive furnishings, becoming cold showers, heating malfunction.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The property is dirty and poorly maintained. The interior is outdated which is no problem if it is clean. Everything was very dirty, dishwasher polished very bad. Some kitchen doors hung askew, windows terribly dirty. Railing simply, stuck Really not recommended for that price! Internet cable of home owner hanging by air and window inserted into one space. This cable was also laid only after we are going to ask this owner. The location is very good, close to center but still very quiet

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The house can be a revamp but, ideal location and un garden plenty of space for kids.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

A weekend doing nothing but trampoline, swimming, walking in the gigantic garden to sit outside and eat at long tables and large campfire every night. Perfect home for outdoor activities. Huge garden (grass) neatly mowed. The pool is completely new, lockable and well fenced with also an easy sliding hood that the heat from the water retention and also nice not let pollute the water with leaves, etc.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

A home to definitely come to come back. Ideal for a large family.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We have our group of friends enjoyed the stay, the room, the location and the possibility of late night burning wood may, downside was that the hostess is pure and only spoke French.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The house is perfect for parties, bedrooms are large and well distributed. the house is not very noisy fine with various age groups. Kitchen, nice and large, however, the devices can not simultaneously jump over the stoppen.Min points: house rooms are small, smelling the oil and it was dirty upon arrival at, in the oven on the baking trays were the remnants of previous tenants . We had a lot to pay extra fees, water, electricity and heating costs.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

In our family we have both fantastic walks in the immediate vicinity of the house thanks to our sister on special pedestrian maps the roads manages to find so we do not get lost. Nature is very beautiful in the fall with her broad-leaved forest and winding rivers under your feet or along your pad.De other group cycling trips can make the old railway line from Stavelot to Malmedi. They have visited the museum what they have very gewaardeerd.Later the two groups perched on the terrace in Stavelot, and again later in Petit Coo, very cozy.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

the house was perfect for the group. There were a lot of rules set, for example ban on moving furniture etc.de reception in the house was friendly, although the hostess was speaking in French and also very quickly did. She could do speak Dutch, but it did not really retries.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

We had a fantastic time in the Charming Holiday Home in Coo! The children loved the play equipment and the sandpit, while the adults relaxed in the hot tub after a long day exploring the beautiful Ardennes. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our large family gathering. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in nature!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Great cottage for large groepen.Met 16 people from 24 June 2011 familiweekend gevierd.Troffen the house to clean. Nice sized bedrooms with almost all eenpersoonsbedden.Eetkamer for large group actually too small. Was also quite noisy (hollow sounding). Outside until late at night around fire stood. Use wood was free. Prima! Would perhaps consider same lo0catie gaan.Moesten or after the rental spot another € 88, = checkout (tax, gas, elec / water) and waste disposal

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

February 2011 with a hockey team in total 19 people stayed in this house. Accommodation is fine, adequate facilities exist. may be some tidying up, the landlord also doing. The area is great, lots of activities available and a beautiful nature. We really enjoyed our stay!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Week old year 2010-2011 doorgebracht.Sneeuw to 50cm in the beautiful surrounding mogelijkheden.Ruime bedrooms, downstairs living space rather limited (max 15 people!) Is compensated by large, cozy speelzolder.Problemen (heating, constipation, ...) were quickly and decisively addressed by the owners / neighbors! Highly recommended for non-luxury holiday!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Beautiful location, with many hiking and excursions.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Great stay with lots of opportunities both inside and outside the youth. Simple but all necessary appliances (kitchen) are present and working goed.Living and dining room are spacious small but with a little creativity, this works well. We were also lucky that the weather was super nice and we could spend a lot outside in the beautiful garden with enough BBQ 's and garden furniture. Certainly register: owners are very correct!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The house is beautifully situated on the outskirts. The landlady gave us a very friendly reception. We spent a few lovely days in Coo. The house was very clean and has complied with all requirements. Especially nice is the outside plant. There was something for everyone.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Loved the location! So many places to explore nearby, and the kids had a blast with the foosball and table tennis, The hosts were chill and super helpful, Perfect for a group getaway!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

This vacation home is a gem! Although the decor seemed a bit outdated, it was clean and practical. We enjoyed the ample space for our group of 10. The location is ideal for outdoor activities.

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

The location of this vacation home is simply magnificent, Surrounded by peaceful forest and just a few steps from the lake, we couldn't have asked for a better setting, The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms, It was an excellent base for our biking adventures in the area, We would return without hesitation!

3,7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7 3.7

Large house, cozy vibes, Great for a family trip with 21 people, no joke, Everything you need is here, even a washing machine, Just a short walk to the lake for some fun in the sun, Would definitely come back!

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

It is a bit cramped at the table when you are with 20 people, the kitchen also fills up quickly, but it just works. Nice covered seating area outside in a spacious garden: Spacious bedrooms. If it doesn't matter that everything is a bit outdated, it is a very nice house. The final billing process was a bit strange. While we hadn't turned on the heating, the night bill was higher than during the day when we used the ovens quite a bit. When I mentioned something about it, an amount was deducted while they had noted the meter reading (which I wasn't present for). Given the circumstances, I let it go.

Very friendly but slightly more special lady who received us.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The owner speaks only French.the accommodation was outdated and dirty.the area is beautiful was only the garden adjacent to the terrible rubbish in the owner's garden for small children very dangerous

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

It is a bit outdated but otherwise fine for that money

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Beautiful surroundings, you can walk beautifully. Waterfalls at a short distance. Large house, but very poorly maintained. Is rented for a large party but there are only 2 small sitting rooms, so you can not all sit together. Furthermore everything is very old and dated. Fronts of kitchen drawers that fall off when you normally open the drawer. Old plumbing, toilet doors that can not be locked. Dishwasher that makes such a noise that hearing and seeing perishes (is fast).

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The arrival was easy, the accommodation very basic, beds but ok. The surrounding area was very nice

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Not so clean huis.Wel lovely enclosed garden, swimming pool available was superb and well afgesloten.Spijtig that there was only a large room in the attic. dining room was too small.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Setting is lovely. Accommodation very poor lighting (no atmosphere- or reading lamps plumbing absolutely insufficient for large groups. House is moderately clean. Lots of high energy costs.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Beautiful surroundings and beautiful base for walks. Also advantage is the spacious garden and playroom for children. Reception fine. However, it should urgently happen to the comfort of the home. Only one fridge that worked and two small bathrooms for 18 people. We could sit down nowhere with zn 18 unless the dining tables. Just a little more space, a little more basic comforts, and some more kitchen utensils were made even more enjoyable. The house is authentic and great but the comfort remains what omitted.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

excellent location / setting big house and garden, adequately equipped

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The house was superb, located on a 100m Coo Plopsa Coo.De concierge was friendly dame.De condition of the house was out of order, dirty and filthy, is offered with a pool but this could not be used by algae and dirty water (it was even close), was clogged the drain in the kitchen (we have repaired itself and the caretaker does have brought two bottles of wine) and everything smelled musty and stale.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Near Plopsa Coo which is a benefit for families with small children (who still can play in a large garden) One should not be too picky on cleanliness and comfort for pulling it together with a large group, you are obligated to the attic and there are many warning signs and what does not magVoor itinerant groups of youths possibly a fine base (a bit on the expensive side in Eq other locations with Belvilla

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Simple house with no surprises ... except its excessive price does not include heating electricity or taxes ...

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Nice weekend had in Coo. The house may well improve some things but then the price will also rise. For this money you just can not expect more. For people who like to basic on weekend and their luxury home leave destination.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The location of the house is fine, the cleaning and the condition of the house left much to be desired. The house was not clean (there were still crumbs on the table, hair on the floor, the refrigerator was broken) and toilet doors were not locked and showed other doors between holes. Unfortunately, there is nothing the owners gedaan.Kortom absolutely not recommended.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Prima house but to the price. The toilet was not shut down. Dishwasher only worked half.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We were very disappointed. Upon arrival we had to ventilate the entire house. The pots were burnt, dirty glasses and cups. Dirty sponges under the sink, the dirt still in the trash. We did not use the kitchen because he was so dirty. Dirty duvets, in every corner of the room cobwebs. The wallpaper loose etc. In the garden everywhere dog poo dog of the residents. In short, a filthy mess. In order not to disappoint the kids we stayed here anyway. Pity our money.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We have enjoyed our holiday with all the activities there omheen.Het house is pretty outdated and the furniture too. These are all smaller rooms n ot suitable for 21 people to be equal in hebben.Gastvrijheid was fine and the huge lawn (garden) was perfect for our group.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The group consisted of eight adults and eight children between two and 14 jaar.De large garden and use of the pool are a plus in fine weer.In the kitchen would not have a mixer ontbreken.De dining room is a little small for such a group .and the two separate lounges are also not as praktisch.in the beautiful surroundings sentence wandelingen.en opportunities to practice sports.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We had a very nice stay in COO. The environment was very suitable for families with small children. We like to walk and the presence of PlopsaCoo and the waterfalls were certainly a major plus.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Large house but very simply furnished. Home and decor are very outdated and not clean. Garden is large and very nice for children. The same applies to the environment and the place.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We were 10 adults and 10 children (from 0 to 5 years) and it is particularly expected. Nice, large and child-friendly garden and within walking distance of Plopsacoo. Interior finish (toilet 's and bathrooms) could be better, but is sufficient. Regrettably, there is no WiFi and you have to pay extra to use Dishwasher.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The cottage n "was not properly cleaned, especially the kitchen that" we had to completely clean when we arrived.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

it was (relatively) cozy

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Place enough and certainly no small ruimtes. In central Coo and short at the amusement parks do not suffer from the noise sufficiently close to a choice of walks and other attractions (but then charge) close to the deur.Vooral for people who do not really want luxurious go to the Ardennes, but just want to be happy with what they have ...

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Pleasant stay in a quiet environment. The owners are friendly and service people. A advisor for this group ... Very good stay in Coo.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Fully equipped and entertainment in and around the house and in the area.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The house is like on the site stated simply. Nevertheless, if the weather is a bit of luck, it is nice to stay there. The garden is large and enclosed with various toys for children and there is plenty of parking .. The room in the house is fine and the beds are good. The interior of the house is a bit dated, but that is more than offset by the location. The Coo amusement park is just a stone's throw away (which by the way you are not affected by sub) also lie and nature such as forests and fields at your doorstep. For not too picky vacationers vwb the house a good place.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Big house where everyone finds his place. Many walks nearby. Fortunately c "was the low season, otherwise there should be really crowded. Children enjoyed games on the garden and those in the games room (when" it was raining). This allowed for both adults and children to "be idle when" we returned to our activities. C "is a good thing that" there is several lounges. It "s may not be very suitable for those who love interior tastefully arranged but it" is quite handy. We had a very enjoyable weekend even in the rain.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

had fine days in coo. . Garden and pool were lovely. Recommended for families with children who want to visit PLOPSA COO

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Big house, lots of space, primitive furnishings, becoming cold showers, heating malfunction.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The property is dirty and poorly maintained. The interior is outdated which is no problem if it is clean. Everything was very dirty, dishwasher polished very bad. Some kitchen doors hung askew, windows terribly dirty. Railing simply, stuck Really not recommended for that price! Internet cable of home owner hanging by air and window inserted into one space. This cable was also laid only after we are going to ask this owner. The location is very good, close to center but still very quiet

The house can be a revamp but, ideal location and un garden plenty of space for kids.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

A weekend doing nothing but trampoline, swimming, walking in the gigantic garden to sit outside and eat at long tables and large campfire every night. Perfect home for outdoor activities. Huge garden (grass) neatly mowed. The pool is completely new, lockable and well fenced with also an easy sliding hood that the heat from the water retention and also nice not let pollute the water with leaves, etc.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

A home to definitely come to come back. Ideal for a large family.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We have our group of friends enjoyed the stay, the room, the location and the possibility of late night burning wood may, downside was that the hostess is pure and only spoke French.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The house is perfect for parties, bedrooms are large and well distributed. the house is not very noisy fine with various age groups. Kitchen, nice and large, however, the devices can not simultaneously jump over the stoppen.Min points: house rooms are small, smelling the oil and it was dirty upon arrival at, in the oven on the baking trays were the remnants of previous tenants . We had a lot to pay extra fees, water, electricity and heating costs.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

In our family we have both fantastic walks in the immediate vicinity of the house thanks to our sister on special pedestrian maps the roads manages to find so we do not get lost. Nature is very beautiful in the fall with her broad-leaved forest and winding rivers under your feet or along your pad.De other group cycling trips can make the old railway line from Stavelot to Malmedi. They have visited the museum what they have very gewaardeerd.Later the two groups perched on the terrace in Stavelot, and again later in Petit Coo, very cozy.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

the house was perfect for the group. There were a lot of rules set, for example ban on moving furniture etc.de reception in the house was friendly, although the hostess was speaking in French and also very quickly did. She could do speak Dutch, but it did not really retries.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We had a fantastic time in the Charming Holiday Home in Coo! The children loved the play equipment and the sandbox, while the adults relaxed in the hot tub after a long day exploring the beautiful Ardennes. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our large family gathering. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in nature!

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Great cottage for large groepen.Met 16 people from 24 June 2011 familiweekend gevierd.Troffen the house to clean. Nice sized bedrooms with almost all eenpersoonsbedden.Eetkamer for large group actually too small. Was also quite noisy (hollow sounding). Outside until late at night around fire stood. Use wood was free. Prima! Would perhaps consider same lo0catie gaan.Moesten or after the rental spot another € 88, = checkout (tax, gas, elec / water) and waste disposal

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

February 2011 with a hockey team in total 19 people stayed in this house. Accommodation is fine, adequate facilities exist. may be some tidying up, the landlord also doing. The area is great, lots of activities available and a beautiful nature. We really enjoyed our stay!

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Week old year 2010-2011 doorgebracht.Sneeuw to 50cm in the beautiful surrounding mogelijkheden.Ruime bedrooms, downstairs living space rather limited (max 15 people!) Is compensated by large, cozy speelzolder.Problemen (heating, constipation, ...) were quickly and decisively addressed by the owners / neighbors! Highly recommended for non-luxury holiday!

Beautiful location, with many hiking and excursions.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Great stay with lots of opportunities both inside and outside the youth. Simple but all necessary appliances (kitchen) are present and working goed.Living and dining room are spacious small but with a little creativity, this works well. We were also lucky that the weather was super nice and we could spend a lot outside in the beautiful garden with enough BBQ 's and garden furniture. Certainly register: owners are very correct!

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

The house is beautifully situated on the outskirts. The landlady gave us a very friendly reception. We spent a few lovely days in Coo. The house was very clean and has complied with all requirements. Especially nice is the outside plant. There was something for everyone.

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

We were very satisfied with the outdoor space, the indoor space is quite outdated and in need of renewal. 2 bathrooms is also too few for the number of people... upon arrival, we did a big clean-up ourselves because it was not clean, spider webs everywhere, etc... it did have a good location... you could do a lot within walking distance...

3,6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6 3.6

Large house with eight spacious bedrooms, each quite well insulated. Beautiful garden, suitable for children of all ages. Sauna and hot tub worked perfectly, made endless use of them. There is no swimming pool, even though this is still mentioned. The dishwasher smelled terrible, just like the trash bins, which could definitely be much better. Keeping the trash bins closed and washing dishes by hand provided a solution. Nevertheless, thanks to the splendid spring weather, had a truly wonderful weekend.
