This very beautiful holiday home awaits you in Francorchamps, a pretty village in the municipality of Stavelot. With a sauna and 6 bedrooms in place, this home can host a group of 15 people with ease.
Spa-Francorchamps motor racing track is only 10 minutes away, as are the towns of Malmedy, Spa, and Stavelot. Situated on the edge of the forest, this home gives various opportunities to explore through the woods. Try out some local delicacies at the nearest restaurant, 3 km away.
Recently built, this villa has a number of advantages in addition to its excellent geographical location in the heart of the Ardennes. It has a modern layout combining wood and design, top of the range equipment, and games room both for adults and children. There are plenty of leisure facilities in the garden, among which a trampoline, and a barbecue. A pellet stove and central heating are provided to maintain a cosy atmosphere inside. Parking is also available on the premises.
Note that it is not allowed to bring and install your own inflatable pool and you cannot bring your pets also.

We have a nice holiday behind Le Ravel. Terrible, nice interior, comfort and warm house with good location in a beautiful area with beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails. We will be back!

What a warm welcome by the owner with a drink in the fridge and burning candles. The house is suitable for all ages, complete with an equipped play area for children and a room with table tennis and pool table for the bigger ones. The house was just completely renovated and everything was new. We have had a fantastic week and would definitely choose it again.

We spent a weekend on site to enjoy the high plateau of the fens not too far. The cottage is fully renovated and has modern rooms and very pleasant public areas. The downstairs rooms are great to relax (sauna, bbq, patio) or play (table tennis, billiards, darts). The garden was still being "moving but" environment is very green and clear. A place to recommend for a stay!

The property was immediately a good indruk.Alles was neat clean, nicely furnished rooms, spacious kitchen, the kids a fun playroom in the basement enough entertainment for the elderly and as icing on the cake two bottles of Champagne as welkom.De location the cottage is nice, a great view of the upstairs terrace achterkant.NegatiefHet could have been free of snow, then you had better enjoy the sun.

Late April 4 large snowmen in the garden ... we had our the May holidays else suggested but despite the snow beautiful walks in the area, the riders encouraged in a snowstorm during Liège-Bastogne-Liège and our good time in the spacious house with table tennis, billiards and toys for the children.

Very nice and comfortable villa. On arrival, guided by very friendly owner. Everything was immaculate and the beds were perfectly made. The house offers many possibilities. Due to the corona measures, getting out was not possible, but the playroom with its many attributes, games and puzzles were great fun for the youngest children. The adults could enjoy themselves in the basement with table tennis, billiards, table football, darts, .... The fitness room was also appealing, as was the separate TV room (with Playstation). The only drawbacks are: the dangerous spiral staircase to the basement, the too tight cooking fire when cooking for a larger group, a limited supply of beer glasses, and the heating that cannot be controlled itself and that is turned off quite early in the evening. The latter is partly compensated for by the pellet stove, which provides sufficient Pellets are provided.It is a pity that on the day of arrival you can only enter the villa from 5 pm And on the day of departure you have to leave the villa at 10 am which is not easy if you are with a smaller group. 11.00 am But none of this outweighs all the positive things that make it likely that we will come to the villa again in the future.

Despite the increasing corona outbreak and measures, we have decided to continue our holiday that we had already booked last summer. Naturally, we have followed and complied with all measures on site as much as possible. Thanks to this FANTASTIC holiday home, we never had to get bored. Plenty to do in and around the house for children and adults. Furthermore, of course enjoyed some walks in the area at Cascade du Bayehon and Lake Butchenbach. The house itself was perfectly clean and the bottle of Cava in the fridge was a warm welcome! Thanks for the fantastic midweek, and maybe see you next year !!

A beautiful house with a beautiful view. A friendly owner with a welcome bottle of cava. The area is very suitable for beautiful walks. We had beautiful weather and the only downside was that it was already busy on the walks. The house has nice separate areas, something for everyone such as TV room, games room, fitness, billiards. All rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Terrace and living room are large enough for a large family, which creates peace. The grandchildren had a wonderful time with all the toys and the big trampoline outside. A small practical point, it is a pity that there are no stairs from the beautiful terrace to the garden because the spiral staircase inside is dangerous. Depending on the wind you will hear the highway. But it remains a very nice house that we definitely recommend.

The house is amazing. If welcome, 2 bottles of wine. Sufficient towels and made beds upon arrival. Beautiful surroundings for walking, biking or just driving around. Unfortunately, no mention was fantastic because you could not open a window because of the nearby highway and on the other hand local traffic. To sit on the terrace on the beautiful days was just as if you were in the middle of town. But if you do a lot of outdoor things do not have to be an objection, because you are not.

The house is not very clean, there are a lot of flies and the extractor hood has never been cleaned. I think I paid a ridiculous amount of money! Water at the sink does not drain. Bedroom nothing to note, nor bathrooms. Playroom great, but the chairs outside are all full of bird shit. I really think it could be done differently if you ask so much money for what you say is a weekend, but you can only get in on Friday evening. I would like to hear from you what you are going to do with it, otherwise I will publish this in a different way with a photo of reality.

We have been going for six years with the family on Easter weekend in the Ardennes. It is for us all houses all the best better than expected! Beautifully decorated, great beds, beautifully finished throughout, very clean everywhere, also in the relaxation room warm. The kids loved the trampoline to the max! The table tennis and pool appealed to young and old. We liked it that TV and living room were separated, we not seen the family go on holiday to watch- television together) The pellet stove in the living room, we felt very comfortable and cozy! The only downside is the steep and surely our dangerous staircase to the entertainment room. For our children 9 and 10 was not a problem, but younger children may nevertheless a disadvantage zijn.Verder very friendly owners! A great weekend!

The house is very large with a separate TV room, so do not disturb the pleasant conversations with large groups in the living room. A very good idea! The house is very cozy terms inrichting.Verbeterpunten that house better make- There was promised us that we could to 16.00 in the house but was only able to 16.30uur. The ladies were still busy cleaning. This was, however, quick to forgive the ladies because the house was cleaned really well. Few can detect dust! Compliments for the cleaning even though it took a little langer.- Shower (1 of 3) above the water does not run in the direction of the well through which the water flows into the space. Not really handig.- Stair gate on the upper floor- better adjustment springs cellar doors and stairs, it hits very hard close. Dangerous for children and makes a noise "at night and" night when all the children are sleeping. Now solved by a towel in between to doen.- kettle with more power. Heating of water took a long time. We need something to whine he.Concluderend we had the very good time in this house and we recommend the place wholeheartedly!

We were kindly received by Valerie, the homeowner, who immediately gave us a clear explanation of the huis.We enjoyed the beautiful holiday with the whole family (6 adults and 4 children). The children (aged between 5 and 7 years) could enjoy themselves in the nice playroom and the beautiful large garden. The large play basement was also very popular for young and old. A point of negative feedback is that the garden furniture with the cushions (on top of the terrace) needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, we had to end our holiday early because of the flooding. This has been well resolved by Valerie and Belvilla, for which Thanks 👍🙃🙃 For 3 years now, with the family, booked at Bellvilla and we are always very satisfied with the house, the information and the contact with Bellvilla

The house is on a main road, in a very quiet village and is very easy to reach. It is very comfortable and really well equipped. We were with a group of 14 people, everyone was enthusiastic about the house lots of space, great cellar with table tennis, billiard, dartboard and bar. Fun for evening entertainment with young and old! A large terrace and garden where we had a lot of fun because it was beautiful weather. Enough bathrooms not to get in each other's way. A lovely house for a weekend away with a group. We enjoyed!

We had a wonderful family weekend at Le Ravel accommodation in Hockai. Omtvangst with champagne as a surprise. Spacious home with something for everyone. The playroom for small children was top. In addition to toys, there were all kinds of DVD 's for children. The room downstairs in the house with table tennis and billiards was super. Very welcoming owners who responded quickly when we had some need or what wanted to know. We would recommend this accommodation certainly recommend to others!

The ladies were still busy cleaning. This was, however, quick to forgive the ladies because the house was cleaned really well. Few can detect dust! Compliments for the cleaning even though it took a little langer.- Shower (1 of 3) above the water does not run in the direction of the well through which the water flows into the space. Not really handig.- Stair gate on the upper floor- better adjustment springs cellar doors and stairs, it hits very hard close. The property was immediately a good indruk.Alles was neat clean, nicely furnished rooms, spacious kitchen, the kids a fun playroom in the basement enough entertainment for the elderly and as icing on the cake two bottles of Champagne as welkom.De location the cottage is nice, a great view of the upstairs terrace achterkant.NegatiefHet could have been free of snow, then you had better enjoy the sun.

We have been going for six years with the family on Easter weekend in the Ardennes. It is for us all houses all the best better than expected! Beautifully decorated, great beds, beautifully finished throughout, very clean everywhere, also in the relaxation room warm. The kids loved the trampoline to the max! The table tennis and pool appealed to young and old. We liked it that TV and living room were separated, we not seen the family go on holiday to watch- television together) The pellet stove in the living room, we felt very comfortable and cozy! The only downside is the steep and surely our dangerous staircase to the entertainment room. For our children 9 and 10 was not a problem, but younger children may nevertheless a disadvantage zijn.Verder very friendly owners! A great weekend!

The house is amazing. If welcome, 2 bottles of wine. Sufficient towels and made beds upon arrival. Beautiful surroundings for walking, biking or just driving around. Unfortunately, no mention was fantastic because you could not open a window because of the nearby highway and on the other hand local traffic. To sit on the terrace on the beautiful days was just as if you were in the middle of town. But if you do a lot of outdoor things do not have to be an objection, because you are not.

The family-famous in this beautiful stay and beautiful surroundings has been more than successful. Great accommodation for young and old, natural surroundings (Hautes Fagnes) .Many zoo close by. We were 100% satisfied and plan to return here several times.

We thought it was a nice holiday. Ideal for families. Downstairs there was a lot of fun for the youth. And a nice playroom for children. One thing was the TV room far too small with 15 people and not really cozy .The owners were very welcoming people and nothing was too much their .9
