we were in a nice location with many walking routes friendly owner she only mentioned that it was not house number 19 as Belvilla said but 25B4 but that did not make a difference to our stay we had a great time

Sauberes Appartment mit wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders die oberen Zimmer sind hübsch. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Seebad ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Owner was friendly, due to communication things probably went wrong, which is a shame. House was fine, unfortunately
a sofa that was already broken, not repaired.
Dining area with two benches, not very comfortable.
Too bad there was only one toilet for all of us.

Reasonable apartment, equipped with the basic necessities. Take into account contact noise (eg sliding chairs) from other apartments. The variable costs turned out to be 20% higher than stated in the booking because the landlord used different rates. Apartment was well cleaned, there is good parking and there is a nice beach nearby.

Very nicely furnished apartment. Very clean and tidy. Great terrace with great views of the lake. Despite campsite nearby a very quiet area. Very nice landlord. Everything worked out wonderfully. We will gladly come again.

Nicely decorated. Separate sleeping area. Living space / kitchen on the small side if staying with more than 2 people. Super view. Beautiful balcony. However, consider neighbors. The entrance hall stinks. Problem with water drainage probably.

The communication with the owner was good. The accommodation looked nice and found itself in a very nice area.

Fine stay, had nice weather, nice views and enthusiastic hostess. The furniture is slightly dated, in the vicinity little eatery and a 20-minute drive of the first supermarket (Malmedy). Everything is written and spoken French, Dutch and English is unknown scarce and rarely / poorly spoken. Can be difficult to buy food or anything. Liege and Aachen about 1 hour away.

Quick access to nature trails made hikes fun and easy. Loved that!

Parking right outside the entrance made loading up easy. The beds were comfy and helped us rest well after long days exploring. Kitchen had all we needed for quick meals and we enjoyed mornings on the balcony sipping coffee while taking in the lake views. It all flowed nicely without hassle.

Since the owner was not on site and the security handover took place with her son, something went wrong. The son has said that the deposit is 250 euros. So I have the deposit indicated in the rental agreement + still to be paid extra costs calculated, was approximately 250 euros and I've borrowed money from my friends to be able to pay around 250 euros. In the final account deposit was assumed 170 euros. In the complaint, that the son has told me 250 euros on the phone and I thus missing 80 Euro, I was told that the son knew nothing of. Therefore, necessarily ask for a receipt !!

Cottage smoke upon entering unpleasant. This air is the entire period of stay linger. We suspect that it came from the sink drain. Beautiful surroundings. In the immediate vicinity many marked hiking trails.

We stayed here for a long weekend with 4 people.The apartment is clean and spacious, with a lovely big balcony with amazing uitzicht.Vriendelijke receipt by the owner, who lives around the corner.

It was a nice house and big enough for 4 people. The area is very beautiful, but for the youth there is nothing to do, unfortunately.

beautiful house in a beautiful setting with as the only minuses were the banks that are delicious, but to sit on, it was a lot less and the lack of cutlery brag for the rest highly recommended for people who enjoy walking and / or fietesen houden.wij really enjoyed shame about the weather or we could also delicious from the adjacent lake to enjoy.

Very nice apartment. Spacious, bright and tidy. Robertville is a great base for exploring the High Fens and the Ardennes verkennen.Zeer welcome by the host family. Have a very nice week and this apartment can certainly highly recommend!
