Het vakantieverblijf op zich voldoet aan alle wensen qua inrichting en zeker qua faciliteiten (jacuzzi en infraroodsauna). De ligging is voor ons een groot pluspunt. Het is een zeer rustige, doodlopende straat en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het centrum van Aywaille ligt op slechts enkele minuten met de wagen. Wat ik vreemd vond, is dat bij aankomst één van de twee slaapkamers afgesloten was. Ik was er welisaar alleen met mijn zoon van 11 jaar, maar deze slaapt thuis ook in zijn eigen kamer. De dag erna werd de kamer op mijn vraag wel geopend door de eigenares. De hygiëne kon iets beter, tenslotte betaal je 120,- Euro voor de eindschoonmaak (en met hond, zoals ons, zelfs 135,- Euro). Er waren enkele spinnen in de kamers, er staken vuile handdoeken en schoonmaakdoeken in de wasmachine. De eigenares zou in het midden van de week nog langskomen om de jacuzzi na te kijken en te behandelen, maar zij heeft niets meer laten weten. Wij vonden de jacuzzi niet proper. Conclusie: wij hebben een fijne week gehad, maar volgende keer gaan we toch een ander huisje proberen.

This place exceeded our expectations! The views of the Ardennes are breathtaking, and we spent hours in the garden. The infrared sauna was fantastic - we used it every evening. The host was very friendly and made us feel at home. A truly refreshing short vacation.

Clean and spacious, the garden was perfect for relaxation. We took bikes for a ride and it was great! Just a warning, the wifi was a bit unstable, but overall it was a beautiful stay. I can't wait to come back!

This house has such an atmosphere! The outdoor hot tub with bubbles was perfect for relaxing after a long hike in the Ardennes. The sauna is exceptional, especially after a day of sightseeing. I definitely recommend it for a cozy getaway with friends.

We have been here for the 2nd time and there will be more to come, homesickness is already present. Very satisfied with the cottage, the view and the jacuzzi. The village is also close for the shops and a great bakery. There are walking routes from the door and also a little further. The Ninglinspo river walk is a MUST to have done. Durbuy is also a 30-minute drive and nice to have something to eat/drink.
Ps. Even the small (not obvious) things have been thought of, there is pepper/salt, detergent/sponge, dish tablets, toilet paper, blankets, Netflix, ... the owners have thought of a lot.
Very surprised when I see that the cottage is not continuously booked.

Cosy, clean villa cottage. Friendly hostess! Breakfast for an additional fee was neat and sufficient. The mattresses were too hard for us back sufferers, a topper would have made sleeping more pleasant.
Heating could not be turned on, it was already a bit chilly in the evening. Since we paid for the entire cottage
that could be occupied by four people and we were only two, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom were closed. Cleaning costs expensive since we left it tidy.
Beautiful view of the valley, donkeys and nice relaxing in the large jacuzzi, great!

The view was beautiful and the jacuzzi was wonderful, but the house was not very clean, many spiders and cobwebs and you are not allowed to adjust the heating yourself, so it sometimes became very warm in the house. We wouldn't come back here anytime soon.

Bedroom with good spacious beds and a blackout roller blind, spacious shower with hand shower and rain shower and space to store and put your own things, very complete and spacious kitchen, as a Dutchman I only miss a cheese slicer😜 is also not for sale here, garden has very nice view and has several seating areas, Jacuzzi is really lovely and clean.

Warm welcome by the hostess. Very nice house (the owners live in the other part of the house) with jacuzzi and sauna (2 persons). 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet. We stayed in this apartment for a week in October. The location and the view from the garden are beautiful. The time in the hot tub was very relaxing. You can drive to the nearby town in 10 minutes, where you will find everything you need to live. The apartment was clean and adequately equipped. Unfortunately, the e-bikes advertised on the internet were not available. We were really looking forward to bike tours, which we unfortunately couldn't do. When asked about possible solutions, the landlord unfortunately did not answer - that is unfortunate and gives a deduction. We couldn't find any bike rentals nearby, help would have been good here.

It is a nice house to stay. We have been for a week and then you have enough time to view the house in detail. The house turned out not to be that clean after all. Lots of cobwebs and dust. The cleaning costs are then really exceptionally high. The finish also left something to be desired. Furthermore, the house offers all comforts such as a dishwasher, washing machine and several bathrooms. The sauna and jacuzzi are a nice addition to relax. The jacuzzi could use a little more maintenance as it was very slippery in the water.

Beautiful location, clean house and quiet location! Close to the city where you can eat well. It is at the top of a hill, not recommended to do this on foot and arranging a taxi is very difficult in this area. Unfortunately, the owner only speaks French, so communication was difficult.Enige downside was that you had to pay 90 euros for the cleaning costs on the spot. This was very unclear and was much too much for the house and the cleaning that went with it!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. Many walks are possible in the area (Ninglingspo and Hoegne are definitely worth the effort). The interior is spacious, well-kept, clean and cosy. Everything you need for a good stay is available in the house. A full kitchen with all appliances, all utensils, dining area separated from the sitting room. There is a separate hall for coats / shoes, including a washing machine. you know in advance with a divided house.

An overall reasonable experience in the holiday home, the house itself was very good, double bathroom was a very big plus! Just a few comments about the cleanliness of the house + jacuzzi.In every room were several cobwebs, a lot of flies! in the jacuzzi was dirt that came up during the use. The final cleaning price of € 90 is therefore much too high!

Beautiful cottage. Clean and everything in order. Only the cot had no mattress, which was sad for our baby. Especially because we have had contact with the landlord about this in advance. There was also 90 euros in cleaning costs to be paid on site. This was mentioned somewhere at Belvilla (in fine print) but I thought it was a lot of money and still a setback.

Points forts: - jolie situation, beaux paysages - bien décoré, moderne - jolies salle de bains privées - bonne literie - jacuzzi très agréable - sauna fonctionne bien - jeux de sociétés, très sympathiques en famille - 3 toilettes Points faibles: - intérieur humide, grosses difficultés à faire sécher les peignoirs, serviettes, chaque jour. De plus, la salle de bain dans la chambre donne une impression d'humidité constante. - manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner tous les jours (assiettes, verres, essoreuse à salade, ...) - très petit frigo, pour une famille de 4 personnes. - wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres, mais la 4G passe. - manque un vrai divan confortable pour une location de ce standing, uniquement un canapé lit trois places assez inconfortable. - dans les chambres, assez bruyant si propriétaires sont à l'étage, peut déranger le matin si on se lève plus tard. En résumé, joli gîte en général, aménagé correctement, quelques petits soucis qui peuvent être réglés sans problème.

Very pleasant reception by the owner on site. Spacious attractively furnished holiday home among the owners. Very good beds and 2 beautiful separate bathrooms. Nice spacious view with a wonderful jacuzzi in the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher and 4-burner electric hob. In a separate room the washing machine and wardrobe. Private entrance and exit to the property. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked in the kitchen, but that would be solved. No noise at all from the owners who live above. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful house, with lots of space 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms both with a beautiful bathroom with beautiful shower. Jacuzzi with beautiful view and an infrared sauna. Kitchen complete only hung a pretty musty air (moisture) in the cupboards. Environment is beautiful, hiking in the immediate vicinity of it is somewhat limited, but that is more than made up for a few kilometers away.

Arrival was a bit chaotic, sms "did not arrive and in French. Also when guided around it was explained in French (spoke no English or Flemish). House was very neat and clean. Even bathrobes were present only no towels Was a BBQ that you could use and jacuzzi was very nice and clean. Village you always had to take the car. The mountain road was not safe to walk in.
