Excellent quiet spot with a nice terrace with a view. Sufficient privacy and a friendly host. Many beautiful walks nearby. Highlight: Les Fonds De Quarreux. La Redoute within cycling distance. The cottage was equipped with all conveniences. The sofa bed has seen better days, but a brought air mattress solved that.

We had a very nice time in this cabin! The space was super comfortable and had cool details, like a coffee maker, which was a lifesaver in the morning. The location is also perfect, with beautiful nature right outside the door and a few good restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit slow, but honestly, it didn't bother us too much since we were there to relax. We would definitely stay again!

What a nice house! Everything you needed was there. There is a supermarket 3 km away. Close to many tourist attractions: the caves of Remouchamps, Plopsacoo, Spa, le monde sauvage, ... . One of us is almost 2 meters tall and that was a problem in the bathroom and shower room, because those areas are quite low. Especially in the shower room it was not possible to stand upright.

Furthermore, the living / dining room only has a window on one side, so it gets dark inside quite quickly, especially when the sun is not shining.

But the positives far outweigh these practical "problems".

The host/landlord was absent for 1.5 weeks out of the 2 that we were there, but turned out to be very friendly when we returned home. Contacted him through text messages during his absence.

With a baby you are also very dependent on naps. Because of this we sometimes found the house a bit small. If you can go outside often, do things, it's definitely ok! It actually worked out perfectly for us too, it wasn't a big problem. Nice that there was a washing machine! However, drying options are limited (luxury problem). Nice terrace, but also on the small side. We had our own gas BBQ, BBQ is not present.
