The arrival was well organized. A day in advance we had app contact with the owner for key collection. The accommodation was beautiful. Nicely located and equipped with all comforts.

The entire preliminary process was already very pleasant and nice direct contact with the rental star Denisa. Also on arrival we were very warmly welcomed by the manager Viviane. The house is beautiful and very cozy and fully equipped. It was also super clean! The whole area is beautiful; everywhere you look are forests and meadows where you can walk beautifully. Definitely recommended, this house!

Everything was fine, but be careful with the driveway, a nasty hobby where you hit the bottom of the car.

Good transfer of the key plus instructions from the equipment. The house is super spacious and is immensely beautiful between the hills with a great view. Swimming pool + pool bar is great for enjoying the tranquility.

Nice welcome by the owners themselves! Friendly people and a wonderful week after the tour. Nice and large swimming pool, fully equipped. Nice garden with everything in bloom. Everything clean, enough rooms. Nice house for children. You immediately feel at home in this house. We will definitely go again!

We had a great stay in a spacious house. The grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool. The facilities were also fine, although the interior at some points began to show signs of use but that did not hinder the fun. There are plenty of opportunities for walking, and for us you have to go a little further away. Cycling on normal main roads is less enjoyable. We have cycled on the so-called ravels (is a website of). For that we went to Trois Ponts, about half an hour away.

It is a great accommodation good contact with owner, beautiful surroundings and wonderfully quiet. Too bad it was still a little cold, we could not use the pool, but the sauna that was delicious. Everything else was neat. Gr. Toon and Diny

The house is well liked, easily accessible and easy to find. Located in a nice area with plenty to do. Contact with landlord was good. House was clean and fully equipped. Only remark is that it does not smell fresh on the first floor. Origin could not be traced. Despite that annoying inconvenience, we had a wonderful weekend.

Very nice environment where we have made beautiful walks, even in rainy weather. The house was well equipped to receive a large group. Just because it was rainy weather we unfortunately did not enjoy the corresponding beautiful large garden and pool, but luckily we could enjoy the sauna and the fireplace. Definitely a plus in the winter!

Beautiful house in even better location .... View phenomenal! As a family with children between se 16 and 9 enjoyed the pool, the garden and everything the house had to offer. The interior of the house seems somewhat corny but gives a typical Ardennes feeling. Beautiful surroundings with the ninlingspo walk around the corner ... Enjoyed !!!!!

The environment was beautiful, there is nothing to say! But the villa has disappointed us enormously. It is a very dark house, very outdated and badly maintained. But the worst of all was that the villa was not clean. The swimming pool is not, the bbq is not, the counter not. The villa is quite high above the pool and the outdoor bar, so I do not recommend the villa for the elderly or people badly at all. The villa is for 9 people, but there are actually only 8 adult beds, and 4 of them are fitted with a flut system, so we have chosen to sleep with the mattresses on the floor.

Beautiful house in a quiet location, lovely large garden with large pool and nice outdoor facilities. The beds are lovely, adequate sleep present. The kitchen is large enough and equipped with all kinds of equipment. The living room has enough entertainment.

Nice view. Cozy. Cozy pool bar and swimming pool. Pool reasonably school. Pool bar is clean. Old house so no matter how much it was cleaned, there is dust and spiderweb everywhere. Yellow sweat patches on pillows and mattress. So be sure to bring bed cover. It was pretty good.

The house was large and cozy. Very neat and therefore great for a weekend away. We were with a group of 8 people and enjoyed this weekend very much. The landlord was friendly and offered her help where necessary. To be repeated!

We found a beautiful generous house in a beautiful area. The view from the house about the private garden and the surrounding area is exquisite. The children were able to enjoy themselves outdoors on the huge grounds. Nonceveux is a little outside of aywaille (where all amenities such as supermarket, cafe etc.), on the other hand, many hiking and atb routes start in Nonceveux (and we went to the Ardennes). We have a nice weekend to enjoy this holiday home, the owners and the people for the key transfer were very hospitable. We would love to come back again!

A real Ardennes house. In addition, also clean. Reception was very friendly hospitable owners. Always available when there is something wrong. Thought it was very thoughtful that we received a message to collect the waste. The beds were great and certainly big enough because of the 2 meter length of one of us. We had a great holiday. Worth repeating.

Specially searched for a holiday home with a heated swimming pool for which you pay the price, but then the pool turns out to be barely 20 degrees. You may not call this heated or honestly state the degrees. Netflix is also mentioned, but after a phone call with the owner it appears that you must have a subscription. We feel a bit ripped off to be honest. We believe the house has been beautiful but is in desperate need of a makeover. Oven and cooker hood in the kitchen are very dirty, not maintained. Electricity has been built up everywhere and electricity cabinets no longer close. Not really safe for the kids. Nice playground outside but again not maintained. Stairs must have a step and nails are still exposed where the step once was. Certainly does not want to completely demolish the house, but in this price range you can expect something more, a real holiday feeling, and unfortunately we did not have that here. A little happy painting alone would work wonders.

It is a nice house, with all amenities. With 7 people we thought it was great that there are 3 toilets! The garden has lots of privacy and is beautifully landscaped with many different plants and flowers. The presence of a private pool was great!

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The house had already been decorated for Christmas by the owners!

We had a pleasant stay with unfortunately less weather.

So we were not able to use the beautifully situated swimming pool and bar. But we can certainly imagine that it is a good place to stay here in the summer!

But the house made up for the bad weather. Inside by the fireplace or in the sauna.
The living room had a nice dining table and sitting area to play games.
The kitchen was also fully equipped.

The driveway to the garage is steep, but you can also park upstairs.

All in all highly recommended!

Very nice location and quiet area. The pool and pool house is certainly fun in good weather and with children. The water temperature was a bit on the cold side. So maybe that can be raised a bit, especially in cooler weather. The house itself offers everything you need. Kitchen and carpet a bit outdated.

Charming house in the Ardennes. The decor is a bit old-fashioned, but cozy and cosy. Good beds with thick mattresses (some beds are even electrically adjustable!). The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware, everything you could wish for is available: from meat hammer to garlic press. Eating utensils also sufficiently available. The second freezer is also very handy in warm weather! Pool is lovely, and the bar next to the pool tops it off. Nice view too. As can be seen in the photos, there is a lot of difference in level, climbing stairs is inevitable if you want to go from the ground floor to the pool.

We are very satisfied! The place, the environment, nature everything is right. Denisa was also very friendly. Definitely recommend!
