A large and very spacious Ardennes farmhouse decorated with great care so that our guests feel "just like home".
The house is ideally located in the small and quiet hamlet of "Desnié" between Spa (6 km) and Stoumont (5 km).
In winter, the large living room with its open fire will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.
In summer, the south-facing garden has a magnificent private terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet, as well as a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m available from mid-May to mid-September.
The swimming pool is shared with the owner who occupies the part adjacent to the main part, but he remains very discreet and gives you priority with schedules to agree.
You are on the edge of the forest and have access from the house to great walks and mountain bike rides with superb views.
Note: The use of the fireplace is only allowed with the available wood in the house and minimum cover charge of 20€ depending on the wood consumption.

Deliciously enjoyed, beautiful weather, perfect house for us. The beautiful swimming pool was certainly a very big plus in this weather. There is plenty to do in the area, certainly worth repeating.

Well received, spacious house in Ardennes style. (large living room and new seats and dining table + chairs) Kitchen (separate) with lots of cooking equipment. On the 1st floor: 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets, and 4 bedrooms, each for 2 persons, of which 1 with a cot. On the 2nd floor, spacious room with sleeping accommodation for 4 persons. Large garden, children's toys, petanque court, swimming pool , private terrace, barbecue. Quiet area. Parking in front of the house, for 3 cars.

Beautiful surroundings to stay. It is a short drive to the supermarket, but that makes the peace and quiet completely good. The owner lives next to the house, and was super friendly. The pool was also ok. There are also many kitchen items available (coffee maker, juicer, kettle, oven dishes, ...).

Pleasant house with beautiful garden and very friendly owner. The kitchen and living room are very good and offer every comfort. The interior of the upper floor (bedrooms and bathrooms) is a bit outdated. Lovely terrace and pool in the garden, perfect for long summer days and evenings. Very nice environment for forest walks, and also not far from Spa.

Walks should be given better or certainly be checked whether all signs still exist in the green walk missing a few so you off the path goes .Beautiful region and multiple opportunities in center Spa for each.

Just had a wonderful stay in the house Tolifaz. Located on a quiet road, where almost no traffic passing by, but also central, 5 min. Drive from Spa and villages of Stavelot and a surprisingly beautiful Banneux (near Sprimont) are within reach. But that alone! Lovely to wake up to birds singing, have breakfast on the spacious terrace and then explore the region. The region itself also contains also the beautiful Forestia also tipped by the owner and with young children very nice zoo, petting zoo, playground and excellent lunch. These and more tips from the owner who is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English, were very useful. Than the house warm / cozy, fully equipped and two bathrooms these are, however, switched so you can still hear each other. They also had liked cleaner, best some mold on tiles. Final criticism is that the house sometimes a bit ramshackle - this is literally the case for example in the chair.. But that's what makes it fun again and accessible with small children no luxury. Great house, very spacious, Spa is a 7 min drive away, mountain biking in Coo was top. Absolute highlight was the nice landlord (who share t pool), drank some beers together and looked up World. No complaints!

With eight friends being mountain biking in the area. The house fits perfectly with this activity. House is very close to several routes. Too much space in the garden / shed for bikes and even emtions to clean vd bikes. "Lovely evening at the fireplace sat in very rustic and cozy home care. Very friendly owner who thinks.

A very nice quiet area of u200bu200bthe house, which is furnished to our taste. Beautiful area for walking, cycling or whatever else sporty to do. Many sat in the garden and barbecue. also made use of the pool in the garden and trampoline. Great places near Spa, Verviers, Liege, Eupen.

We were here for a bicycle tour in 7 adults. The house can accommodate a larger group. It is peacefully located, has a nice big garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool (when we were there it was still too cold) and privacy. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a good kitchen and a large living room with a great fireplace. The owner is very friendly. Our dogs were welcome.

The house is situated on a quiet road and is homely and cozy. Lots of space in kitchen and living room. Beautiful fireplace. Excellent audiovisual equipment (PC with internet access, flat screen TV, etc). Spacious garden which is shared with the owner. In the sitting room for 5 people. The house was not quite suitable for our daughter of 1.5 years: many stairs, no stair gates, rickety chair and cot fell apart. Furthermore happy little noisy, so she could sleep soundly while we pack evening celebrated. All in all a great house for a weekend with our family to spend.

We are having our family vakanatie been in Tolifaz. A fun week. The owner is nice and helpful. Our expectation was that there would be a little more privacy. You do not see, but hear each other behind the house. The pool is shared with the owner. Hence we then scored slightly lower. This is according to the owner prijs.De processed in the kitchen is very complete. The living room is nice and many bedrooms. The garden is large and Spa is 10 minutes by car. You can walk in the woods and in various places you can go kayaking, to caves, castles etc etc. Very central so. All in all a good value for money
