We were kindly received and the cottage had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and was close to the center. This is sometimes to be repeated.

Large garden, nice terrace with barbecue with charcoal.Cooked with everything (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). Kitchen and bathroom recently remodeled.Good wifi present.1 bathroom with additionally a separate toilet. Quiet and safe neighborhood, green surroundings.

We recommend renting the Le Baroudeur gîte. The house is very pleasant, well equipped and ideally located. Very clean. The owner contacted us personally to organize the arrival and take our wishes into account. We are very happy with our stay.

The house is very pleasant to spend a stay. It is very well located on the heights of Spa in a beautiful setting. Everything you need is present as well as a lot of brochures to discover the surroundings. The manager is also very available and naturally friendly. Very nice time spent at Spa.

We were met at the property by the lovely owner and her cousin who both spoke excellent English (I'm embarrassed to say that my French hasn't really progressed past high school level) and were made to feel so welcome. The house is amazing - quirky, fascinating and full of history - and comes complete with anything you could possibly need. The garden is huge with plenty of furniture and even has a trampoline which our 5-year-old loved. Although we were there for the 24h of Spa at the race track there is lots to do nearby. We visited Vielsalm, Dinant, Malmedy, the Falls of Coo and Forestia wildlife park, all just a short drive away. We were so sad to leave but with a bit of luck we'll be back next year!

The welcome was very pleasant. The owner immediately gave us a tour of her house. The house was incredibly beautiful and fully equipped. How wonderful it is to wake up with just birds singing outside. It is a beautiful area and wonderfully quiet but within walking distance of the center.

Beautifully situated house on a rustic avenue with trees. View from the living room and kitchen on the large back garden and the hills of Spa. Ideally located to explore the forests of Spa on foot from this residence and also to visit the compact city center of Spa. 1 extra sun lounger for the garden would be ideal. Furthermore I went to the castle in Reinhardstein, visited Maldemedy and kayaked on the l "ambleve. Had a great midweek holiday.

Well maintained, spacious house. Modern kitchen and bathroom are a plus. Pleasant welcome. Beautiful location near some very nice walks through forests, fens or along rivers. Center nearby with ample shopping possibilities. It is a pity that we could not enjoy the catering industry - due to Corona.

Everything is there for a family with children, plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds, kitchen is completely fine equipped, cozy fireplace, within walking distance of the center of Spa and the forest, ... There are even a lot of fun games for the children including a ping pong table and a toy bowling set in the garage, you will not easily encounter that in other houses.

This cottage is completely furnished and feels very comfortable. The cottage is located on a quiet street with beautiful old trees within walking distance of the center of Spa. cozy living room and kitchen overlooking the backyard. We have a great time here.
