It's beautiful nature all around in this 5-bedroom mansion in Spa, in the Belgian Ardennes region. You can enjoy barbecue evenings and linger with a glass of wine. A group of 9 or families with children can stay here comfortably.
Enjoy the springs and spas, especially the thermal baths, and also the beautiful nature of the Ardennes. During winter, you can try langlauf or skiing and access the ski lift at 5 km. The town center is only 1 km away. Excellent restaurants, supermarket, and nightlife pubs are also available at 1 km. There is a public swimming pool at 3 km to take a cool dip.
The spacious private garden is furnished and has wonderful views on the adjacent protected nature area. Kids will be engaged with the play equipment. There is also a playpen and high chair for the kids. During night, you can watch TV in the living room with stove. Parking and space for 1 pet are also provided.

Unfortunately only one complete bathroom. Although according to the description there should be 4 bathrooms!!!
But there was only one bathroom and then twice only a sink and once a shower cubicle.
In one bedroom the mattress was extremely dirty / had a huge blood stain.
which is absolutely not acceptable!!!
Otherwise it should be noted about the house that everything else was there.

The contact with the house owner was neat and good. However, the layout of the house in comparison with what was on the website was disappointing in terms of the description of the presence of toilets and bathrooms. Like * Tussenetage, bedroom with bathroom and sink and toilet ....... There was NO bathroom and sink in this bedroom, the toilet was a common toilet in the hallway. * On the first floor, bedroom with bathroom, sink and toilet ..... In one bedroom was a sink NO bathroom, in the opposite bedroom was NO bathroom. On the first floor was a general bathroom with toilet. On the second floor was NO bathroom a sink in the bedroom ..... * In the attic was a rain shower cabin and a sink near the bedroom ....... We were 8 people and found it very unfortunate that the bathrooms were missing.According to the description there are 4 bedrooms, there are 5! Unfortunately we found it not so clean, tis annoying to write also because the owner is such a nice man but a few guests kept coughing and sneezing, after we the house had plenty to ventilate for the stuffy among us to do better ...... The house itself is really nice with its old stairs and many rooms.Wat we found less suitable was the size of the living / dining room. For example, we could not all sit comfortably. The dining table was fantastic, nice and big! The garden is ideal. The kitchen is fine even without oven mitts and sharp chef's knives .... The location is beautiful and the outdoors blissful. We had the luck that the sun broke through.Friendly greetings and for those who are still going, happy holiday!

We really appreciated the welcome, everything is in itself tips and information about restaurants, there are hiking maps and ltijdschriften, we have made use of it though. Teweinig comfortable in ikeuken, only large jar bags beperklt number of bags and plates and glasses cracked the stairs ensures that everyone wakes up at night when get up on arrival the containers were crowded so we could not use it and the coffee was still a strainer bag from the previous visitors. Sufficient for us but definitely not recommended

A pleasant stay, with nice weather. During the weekend of arrival It was great to relax in the large garden. For the children's swings and football on the beautiful lawn. Then cold again, the stove came in handy. The Internet was all right. The beds were fine, we have often experienced differently. Also a cot and high chair were present but the box that there would be standing, there was not. R nThe was also nice cooking in the spacious kitchen. Around many large supermarkets. R nIn the Wellness Spa is in a lovely large warm pool and also a pool, even if it is very cold, there is the fine swimming. We had a nice and relaxing week.

A very charming house. Close to the center and in the countryside. a kitchen with all the amenities toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. included. It had been a little more comfortable with an extra bathroom and more space in the living room.

House is excellent with all amenities and very quiet location on the outskirts of Spa. Key System works great on arrival, as well as the contacts with owner / landlord to ask. The house is very quiet with a nice view. Very comfortable and practical. For young children it is ideal. The house is within walking distance from the lower center. In the neighborhood there are several wildlife parks that you can visit which is also a plus if you go with children on weekends. Both young and old enjoy to the fullest. You can also cultural activities in Banneux terraces where you can do. Besides the quaint shops

Maison Marie is a charming and spacious home in a quiet area (end of a cul-de-sac). Ideally located within walking distance of downtown. Squeaky doors and creaking stairs might belong to the charm of the house, but are less ideal for "morning for the long sleepers among us. Generally happy times I come back here!

We have been in the house with a group of 9 people (friends yearly weekend) weekend. It is a well-kept house, with all the necessities. The service and contact owner is well cared for and comfortable. Spa itself is very nice to visit and in the area there is plenty to do. Highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely holiday home is interestingly laid with staggered floors, a beautiful view, no one has bother you, for the children plenty of space to play, and there is a decent bathroom and kitchen.

Spa was yet unknown to us but has stolen our hearts. The beautiful town is surrounded by beautiful (mostly) deciduous forests with babbling brooks, bridges, waterfalls. Lovely to walk. We had the weather not too bad so we took day hikes and "could afternoon a picnic in the forest.

Our stay at the Maison Mary was excellent. The villa is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view of the countryside. It is equipped with "modern equipment with good wifi. These qualities are properly valued in the rental price.

Beautiful surroundings and the house is in a nice spot just outside the center of Spa. The accommodation is large and has different styles of decoration. Bathroom and kitchen have recently been renewed other parts are still authentic. Modern TV and sound system.

We were allowed to come at 5 pm, but were already there at 4 pm. The cleaners were still busy, so first I did some shopping. Spa is a nice place, with a rich history but with some faded glory. The house exceeded our expectations. Really super fun. It has a lot of stairs (it does squat!), Nice spacious bedrooms. Great beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Lovely garden, which is probably at its best in the summer. But already beautiful. The contact with manager Marc also went very well. And what a beautiful setting! We will gladly come back again.
