Mr. was already waiting for us. Very friendly welcome and good explanation about the house. Easy to agree with, also for collecting the key. You notice that he does everything to make the house feel like a home. minor repairs were still made. We thought it was a pleasant stay and nice to be on the top floor. Furthermore, the house was right in the center, making everything easily accessible on foot.

Upon arrival, mr. Soon with us to welcome us. Communication is very easy and a lot is possible. We were first given a tour of the big house. There is indeed a moisture problem, but due to equipment in the bedroom, this was easy to do. In the nursery there was almost nothing to notice. Our bed was not good, we have reported this to the owner. In the evening we returned and a completely new mattress was arranged. All this in good consultation. The house is equipped with all conveniences. PC, TV with internet, several toilets and luxury kitchen. The bath has been renewed (jacuzzi) very nice. The location of this house is perfect. Everything within walking distance. The Hamburger restaurant around the corner is definitely recommended.

The apartment is located in the center of Spa so that everything can be reached within walking distance. We were there with seven girls and it is a very cozy apartment with many luxury gadgets in it. Consider massage chair, mac pc, jacuzzi, and so on. Owner also very welcoming and everything is arranged to perfection. The complete kitchen and detailed interior made everything.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the house. The cottage was neat and clean. Especially the massage chair is ideal! It is located right in the center of Spa, so is very nice walk to restaurants and cafes.We also have very nice running routes in the neighborhood, start from the cottage is ideal. The only sad thing is that the only outdoor space in an alley is, what extra outdoor space would complete the whole.

The week between Christmas and New Year a week in Spa. Ideal. With the train to Spa, the owner has even come pick us at the station, the cottage is really well centrally and you're right in the forest! The cottage also offers all the comforts, even getting used anything to have bedrooms without windows (though with ventilation!)

Paul, the owner, could not be more welcoming or helpful even texting mid-way though our stay to make sure everything was ok. The holiday home itself is very, very well decorated and has lots of luxurious touches - my husband especially loved the massage chair. Everything you could possibly need is included with the house. Parking can be tight to get into but as it's right outside your door there are no worries about the safety of your vehicle, you can see it from your window. The house is very quiet despite being right in the heart of the town and surrounded by bars and restaurants so there is always somewhere to eat. Neighbours are all lovely and always nod and say bonjour. The only downside was a lack of any real outdoor space for our little boy to run around in but this wasn't that much of a problem as we were out almost all day every day anyway. All in all an excellent experience and we will not hesitate to book again if available.

Beautiful 3 room apartment. 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 bunk beds, bathroom and extra toilet on the ground floor. A bit dark because there are no windows. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and with all modern thought. A massage chair, Jacuzzi, large kitchen, nice sofa. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the cottage thoughtfully designed. By small details such as slippers, blankets on the sofa and a standard home equipment with basic necessities like shower you feel very welcome.

During the New Year we have been in Spa "Part with friends. The house is perfect, location is very central. Both to walk in as the city or to take a stroll to the Ardennes. The owner is super hospitable and always ready for you.

The accommodation is heavily polluted, the jacuzzi is not working, due to poor maintenance, the water of the jacuzzi is black, the entire ground floor is struggling with mold, moisture, certainly not healthy for sleeping with small children, the only plus is the upper floor with massage chair and decent TV corner, otherwise very poorly maintained here .... we will certainly never come back here

Paul's home is a great base for exploring Spa and the surrounding area. It is centrally located in the town and well maintained. Lots of space, nice living room with many facilities. When the WiFi faltered, Paul immediately installed a new router. Upon arrival, he first drove us through the city and the surrounding area to show the interesting places.
