Beautiful house, large garden, stunning surroundings. We stayed there for four days with four adults and four children between 2 and 9. They had plenty of space to play, both inside in the attic and the living room, and outside in the garden and in the river! We found everything we needed, from eating and cooking utensils to BBQ supplies. The mapped walks were very useful. A few points for improvement: - It wasn't very clean. Dust in some bedrooms, still traces of peanuts in the attic, . . . - Quite a bit of clutter in the kitchen cabinets and dining room furniture.
- The playground equipment in the garden should be checked.
- The doors to the terrace did not close properly.
But those are details. If we get the chance, we will definitely come back!

What a fantastic weekend! The villa was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. We particularly enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace after a day of hiking in the nearby woods. The views from the balcony were a nice bonus, making each morning special.

The layout of the house was as described, we really liked the living room with the large fireplace and the stairs, the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the bedrooms weren't clean, the bed linen wasn't available or the ones we brought didn't fit on the large blankets. So either bring bedding for 180x200cm or distribute more duvets with normal dimensions. Overall, there were often mold stains on the walls and ceilings in the lower rooms due to the high level of humidity. That's a real shame, because the house is actually quite good due to its location and layout, it needs to be renovated.

The house is neat. There are many walks that you can take from the house without having to take the car. It is a pity that we did not have access to the internet during our stay of 6 days / 5 nights. In addition, there is also no 3G or 4G coverage in the house. In the middle of the hunting season and with short days, however, we do not consider it appropriate to walk unprepared and for that preparation we needed the internet. And the internet was one of the reasons for us to choose this house. Not only to prepare our walks during the long evenings, but also because we had promised our 4 teenagers that, if they would walk without a murmur, "they could hang out in front of Netflix at night ...

On arrival the house was very clean, inviting and well heated. The property was consistent with the specified description. The contemporary and comfortable interior are a plus but the absolute plus is certainly the view of the immense garden and the forest. The sun and the beautiful fall colors completed the picture!

We were pleasantly surprised! Very spacious house, nice and warm upon arrival and provided with everything needed. The covered part of the garden is great for a winter BBQ.
If I have to give a negative point, the pillows on the bed are past their prime and the mattress protectors need to be replaced. But this is really nitpicking.

Nice house in a beautiful location. Very nice view at the back. Plot borders directly on the river Our. Lots of nature and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

The house was immaculate, spacious and light. Everything you can think of is there. The garden is beautiful, huge and ends at the river and the forest. You can make really nice walks, starting from the house. All shops are available in Sankt-Vith, 8 km away.

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay. We were there with 9 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining room and large yard were where we spent most of our time. There was a bit of a mold problem in the bunk bed room which should be looked into and the BBQ was left dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and a nice location!

The day before our departure we were informed that we could not collect the key from the manager of the house, but that it was in a yellow box in the window frame. Very attentive that we were phoned and fine that that still can. We have had problems with the heating, it would charge in the night so it would be nice and warm during the day. The previous occupants had not turned the heating down so that we were in the cold in the living room the first evening. Well lit the fire and luckily we had plaids taken to finally have it warm. The administrator had also been around after we had called her about this. Furthermore, we have had a very good time. The beds were fine, the bedrooms were equipped with sufficient cupboard space. The kitchen was also very equipped. And because we were old / new there was a Christmas tree that made the room cozy. We had to get used to the fact that the living room and dining room were on two different floors, we were sorry that it was not 1 room. But that is how the construction of the house is.

The arrival was warm, we were an hour early but we were immediately shown around the house. The house was even nice and warm, the week from Christmas 2017 to New Year's Eve .. The house is spacious, cozy, (there was already a Christmas tree) and you can all sit together at the fireplace on the couch. Bedrooms are spacious, ample closet space and the beds are fine, as are the pillows and duvets. (A tricky size of 2 beds of which the Dutch bottom sheets do not really fit grrrr) In the kitchen it lacks nothing like the dining room. A nice big table and good chairs. We were traced on a thick pack of snow during the week that we were there and fortunately there was a sledge in the shed that we enjoyed using. in the summer the stay will certainly be more pleasant because of the enormous garden, roof and the river at the back of the site. Above and below are a shower / bath / toilet and all look new and clean. There is even a washing machine, which is always handy. We have certainly not experienced the fact that you live above and below as a disadvantage. We are very satisfied and find this house a real winner !!!

Reception was very friendly. Surroundings are beautiful and there are nice excursions in the area. However, the house at night, the inner walls have a severe degree of fungus, a room full of smelly waste bags adjoins a bedroom, lots of glass on the terrace that had to be cleaned up first with fear that the children would walk or fall. In our case we had a non-functioning television which was not resolved in the two weeks we were there. We expected that we would get quality because we had booked at Belvilla, this was unfortunately not the case for us.

Very nicely situated house, the huge meadow with the brook in the end, the children loved it. The layout is very good, we were with 3 families and the grandparents there, has worked great. The kitchen is also very well equipped, the welcome and instruction was very friendly.

Mega garden with backwards nice stream, which the kids feel amazing, because you can walk across the road (if it's not too deep after rain). Nice place to make a campfire. Everything (nice forest walks for children 2km / shops) can be reached within 30 minutes by car, we found it good (7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8). !

This is a well cared for home. It is neat and clean. The furniture is modern and comfortable. We have not had such good beds in the last 5 years! No problems with creaky floors and creaking doors, as in many homes is the case. Inventory is full and complete. Each room has its own heating. Huge garden. Enjoyed staying in this house with nine people, including five children. Beautiful house, beautiful environment. The house is spacious and everything is available. In case of problems, the caretaker of the house is always willing to take similar action. However, there were some hiccups. There is no confortable garden furniture, bbq is far too small for a house that is rented to groups up to 12 people and there was no wifi and no tv during our stay.

Goedemorgen, mooi huisje , maar… Een ZEER penetrante geur in heel het huis.. zeker onder de aanrecht is het bijzonder erg.. Ook de schimmel in de badkamer boven is niet aangenaam voor mijn gasten.. De overgave van de sleutel is zeker voor verbetering vatbaar Begrijp dat u niets kan veranderen aan wat gebeurt is, maar hoop dat er aan de geur wat te doen is.. Communicatie met bellvila was niet mogelijk omdat we buiten kantooruren gebeld hebben (vrijdag 4 febr 2023) om 17:30 voor de sleutel van het huisje. Al met al een slechte ervaring… jammmer !!!

Nice that it was arranged so that we could be in the house, despite the owner could not be present. Beautiful house, with a complete interior, especially in the kitchen. The only thing we missed was a dryer. House was spacious and cool. Lovely beds. Lovely spacious garden with river in the back, where children could cool off with the warm weather. Veranda we found a bit old and sober. Environment very nice, but also very quiet. Maybe a little too quiet for family with young people.

The house was spotless, lovely furniture and very warm with the fireplace in the living room. The location for us geweldig.Rust and nice walk in the natuur.De hosts were extremely friendly and behulpzaam.Echt recommended.

Because we arrived a day later than expected, the key was in a jar on the windowsill. Well arranged. Very well equipped house. Nice hostess. The forest and the Our are blissful.

Very nicely situated house, the huge meadow with the brook in the end, the children loved it. The layout is very good, we were with 3 families and the grandparents there, has worked great. The kitchen is also very well equipped, the welcome and instruction was very friendly.

Lovely clean house, great beds, everything present! Cozy "evening at the fireplace on the lovely couch (please bring wood). Mega garden with backwards nice stream, which the kids feel amazing, because you can walk across the road (if it's not too deep after rain). Nice place to make a campfire. Everything (nice forest walks for children 2km / shops) can be reached within 30 minutes by car, we found it good (7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8). !

On arrival the house was very clean, inviting and well heated. The property was consistent with the specified description. The contemporary and comfortable interior are a plus but the absolute plus is certainly the view of the immense garden and the forest. The sun and the beautiful fall colors completed the picture!

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay. We were there with 9 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining room and large yard were where we spent most of our time. There was a bit of a mold problem in the bunk bed room which should be looked into and the BBQ was left dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and a nice location!

We had a nice holiday, the house was in three floors so not really for people with mobility zijn.Enkel heat accumulation will not be enough in very cold weather. A home to come back.

Enjoyed staying in this house with nine people, including five children. Beautiful house, beautiful environment. The house is spacious and everything is available. In case of problems, the caretaker of the house is always willing to take similar action. However, there were some hiccups. There is no confortable garden furniture, bbq is far too small for a house that is rented to groups up to 12 people and there was no wifi and no tv during our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised! Very spacious house, nice and warm upon arrival and everything provided that was needed. The covered part in the garden is very nice for a winter BBQ.
If I have to give a small negative point, the pillows on the bed have seen better days and the mattress protectors need to be replaced. But this is really nitpicking.
Definitely recommended!

Super big house. Enjoy the large garden with a wide view.

Cover is very nice when it rains.

Sufficient bucket seats and picnic tables available. Have brought comfortable garden chairs from home

The road in front of the house is a bit busy during the day. But not disturbing. The house is far enough from the road.

Enjoy the many birds flying over the lawn every morning.

Absolutely recommended if you like space.

Nice that it was arranged so that we could be in the house, despite the owner could not be present. Beautiful house, with a complete interior, especially in the kitchen. The only thing we missed was a dryer. House was spacious and cool. Lovely beds. Lovely spacious garden with river in the back, where children could cool off with the warm weather. Veranda we found a bit old and sober. Environment very nice, but also very quiet. Maybe a little too quiet for family with young people.

The arrival was warm, we were an hour early but we were immediately shown around the house. The house was even nice and warm, the week from Christmas 2017 to New Year's Eve .. The house is spacious, cozy, (there was already a Christmas tree) and you can all sit together at the fireplace on the couch. Bedrooms are spacious, ample closet space and the beds are fine, as are the pillows and duvets. (A tricky size of 2 beds of which the Dutch bottom sheets do not really fit grrrr) In the kitchen it lacks nothing like the dining room. A nice big table and good chairs. We were traced on a thick pack of snow during the week that we were there and fortunately there was a sledge in the shed that we enjoyed using. in the summer the stay will certainly be more pleasant because of the enormous garden, roof and the river at the back of the site. Above and below are a shower / bath / toilet and all look new and clean. There is even a washing machine, which is always handy. We have certainly not experienced the fact that you live above and below as a disadvantage. We are very satisfied and find this house a real winner !!!

The day before our departure we were informed that we could not collect the key from the manager of the house, but that it was in a yellow box in the window frame. Very attentive that we were phoned and fine that that still can. We have had problems with the heating, it would charge in the night so it would be nice and warm during the day. The previous occupants had not turned the heating down so that we were in the cold in the living room the first evening. Well lit the fire and luckily we had plaids taken to finally have it warm. The administrator had also been around after we had called her about this. Furthermore, we have had a very good time. The beds were fine, the bedrooms were equipped with sufficient cupboard space. The kitchen was also very equipped. And because we were old / new there was a Christmas tree that made the room cozy. We had to get used to the fact that the living room and dining room were on two different floors, we were sorry that it was not 1 room. But that is how the construction of the house is.

The house was immaculate, spacious and light. Everything you can think of is there. The garden is beautiful, huge and ends at the river and the forest. You can make really nice walks, starting from the house. All shops are available in Sankt-Vith, 8 km away.

We have had a wonderful family holiday here. Beautiful setting with a fantastic garden, where you could spot the deer during your breakfast. Wonderful walks. The house is fully furnished. A cook/baker can go his own way. Highly recommended!

Reception was very friendly. Surroundings are beautiful and there are nice excursions in the area. However, the house at night, the inner walls have a severe degree of fungus, a room full of smelly waste bags adjoins a bedroom, lots of glass on the terrace that had to be cleaned up first with fear that the children would walk or fall. In our case we had a non-functioning television which was not resolved in the two weeks we were there. We expected that we would get quality because we had booked at Belvilla, this was unfortunately not the case for us.

Great house and nice and big. With 10 people you have enough space in the home. We did not really have reception but the key was ready at the house. This worked great, by the way. The key was left there again. Housing was clean and tidy.

The driveway was hard to see. The house is nice, big and well furnished. The property is very large and located in beautiful nature. It should be mentioned that you should bring 200x 200cm sheets and there is no heating in 2 bedrooms.

The house is well located and has plenty of space to relax. You can start beautiful walks from the house. The beds are very good as are the two bathrooms. It is a pity that you can not get wood for the fireplace in the area. Would be nice if that could also be offered as an option with the house. The kitchen is comfortable and in very good order. Sharp knives galore = always good. Pans may be replaced because they are hollow and that is not convenient with an induction plate.

The asset is the very large garden. The disadvantages are: - the unpleasant smell from the boiler room + the location of the living room, which is one floor higher than the kitchen and the dining room, so not practical. Very sorry . The kitchen is well equipped for convenience.

The house is neat. There are many walks that you can take from the house without having to take the car. It is a pity that we did not have access to the internet during our stay of 6 days / 5 nights. In addition, there is also no 3G or 4G coverage in the house. In the middle of the hunting season and with short days, however, we do not consider it appropriate to walk unprepared and for that preparation we needed the internet. And the internet was one of the reasons for us to choose this house. Not only to prepare our walks during the long evenings, but also because we had promised our 4 teenagers that, if they would walk without a murmur, "they could hang out in front of Netflix at night ...

The layout of the house was as described, we really liked the living room with the large fireplace and the stairs, the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the bedrooms weren't clean, the bed linen wasn't available or the ones we brought didn't fit on the large blankets. So either bring bedding for 180x200cm or distribute more duvets with normal dimensions. Overall, there were often mold stains on the walls and ceilings in the lower rooms due to the high level of humidity. That's a real shame, because the house is actually quite good due to its location and layout, it needs to be renovated.

Very nicely situated house, the huge meadow with the brook in the end, the children loved it. The layout is very good, we were with 3 families and the grandparents there, has worked great. The kitchen is also very well equipped, the welcome and instruction was very friendly.

This is a well cared for home. It is neat and clean. The furniture is modern and comfortable. We have not had such good beds in the last 5 years! No problems with creaky floors and creaking doors, as in many homes is the case. Inventory is full and complete. Each room has its own heating. Huge garden. A downside living room and dining room are not on the same floor.

Good reception, clean atmospheric (Christmas) decorated. Very nice environment huge garden with river. For large groups of possibilities to sit together and separate spaces so as not to disturb each other, for example, children playing and people who want to read. In the garden there is plenty of activities for river, playing field, campfire, bbq, in such a way, under an attractive gazebo. Really recommended. Very suitable for us. had a wonderful holiday. The kids enjoyed the large garden, lots of football. The stream had a lot of appeal to the children. The house is well equipped. Good beds made enough sleep. A disadvantage doors would sometimes hang askew, because the hinges release came from the doorway.

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay. We were there with 9 adults and had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining room and large yard were where we spent most of our time. There was a bit of a mold problem in the bunk bed room which should be looked into and the BBQ was left dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and a nice location!

Lovely clean house, great beds, everything present! Cozy "evening at the fireplace on the lovely couch (please bring wood). Mega garden with backwards nice stream, which the kids feel amazing, because you can walk across the road (if it's not too deep after rain). Nice place to make a campfire. Everything (nice forest walks for children 2km / shops) can be reached within 30 minutes by car, we found it good (7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8). !

On arrival the house was very clean, inviting and well heated. The property was consistent with the specified description. The contemporary and comfortable interior are a plus but the absolute plus is certainly the view of the immense garden and the forest. The sun and the beautiful fall colors completed the picture!

Enjoyed staying in this house with nine people, including five children. Beautiful house, beautiful environment. The house is spacious and everything is available. In case of problems, the caretaker of the house is always willing to take similar action. However, there were some hiccups. There is no confortable garden furniture, bbq is far too small for a house that is rented to groups up to 12 people and there was no wifi and no tv during our stay.

House itself is well equipped with many bedrooms and cozy living room and kitchen.

8 adults and 3 children stayed at the cottage. Had a lovely time, the kids could despite the bad weather outside still play in the huge garden. Inside it is a nice place, nice big couch, nice fireplace and good beds. Downside the kitchen is downstairs and upstairs living room, lots of stairs. From living room and kitchen you have a huge beautiful view of the mountains.
