It is a beautiful building with all comfort. Pool for the kids but also for adults, was super. Sufficient space, fully equipped kitchen with all the trimmings. Nice rooms, good matrassen.Zeer cared.

For a large group of 40 people, it is not obvious to a beautiful location. Villa Mosa is a beautiful renovated villa, located right on the banks of the Meuse. All details and decor have retained their distinctive past. The annexe is a lovely indoor pool and sauna. For sports enthusiasts there is the huge garden tennis court located. Kathleen, the woman of the house will give you upon arrival a nice tour of the giant complex. For BBQ enthusiasts, there are 2 BBQ available. For the kids there is a trampoline in the garden and fitted above the pool there is an indoor playground and a mini gym. If your kids are addicted to movies or the WII, do not panic, this is all available.

A wonderful house with many facilities. Spacious rooms, great layout. The only point for improvement could be the temperature of the pool. That was a bit fresh, too fresh for some of the children.

What we enjoyed at Villa Mosa. Enough fun with our family, 28 people. A complete design, lots of spaces to relax with each other. The children loved the trampolines and, as a blow, the swimming pool and sauna were completely amazing. We felt privileged that we were allowed to camp here for a weekend.

Villa Mosa is a very nice house with a nice indoor pool, a tennis court and a large garden with five trampolines. Very suitable for larger groups as we were most of the booked two weeks, with the whole family and some friends, but also for smaller groups. We also spent a number of days with five people and you never feel lost. At most, the terrace is not very cozy with all those chairs and tables. Everything is clean and a few small problems were quickly resolved. The managers are very accessible, friendly and very professional. The indoor pool is very cozy, and practical for some less good weer.Wij also came especially for the tennis court that had become very bad after weeks of hot weather but when I was about complained, they sent maintenance people and solved the problem as well as possible. If you, like us, play a lot of tennis, I would ask if they prepare the course in advance. All facilities are nearby and for example the caves of Han are only 45 minutes away. You can also go canoeing everywhere but unfortunately these were all closed this summer because of the drought.There are all kinds of other activities within an hour and for children up to a year or eight there is a huge playground in Huy / Huy (Mont Mosan, for a fee ).

What a beautiful framework. The authenticity of this house has been preserved and gave its cachet on our positive experience. Upon arrival, warmly received by the owner with a thorough explanation of the building and swimming pool. Highly recommended, even if you do not have children. We were a group of 35 men who go on a weekend every year. Despite the fact that pets are not accepted an exception was made for us as we had a disabled person with his assistance dog on the weekend. Nevertheless, it was not so optimal as there are no rooms on the ground floor, but this was somewhat remedied by the wide stairs and corridors. For a large group there are more than enough bathrooms and toilets.

A beautiful house with all the trimmings and a beautiful garden with football pitch and tennis court. The pool is great and the kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for families with children of all ages. We enjoyed and will definitely come back again in the spring or summer (we might have nicer weather). Despite the rain we have not bored in this great house.

The house was beautiful, large kitchen, complete furnishings. It served in many points. Have children despite the weather, many can enjoy the indoor pool. The beds were hard and pillows really bad, that was a pity. A minus for this complex is overlooked by the neighbors, the train behind the garden and the factory a few steps away. The additional costs for cleaning, gas, water and electricity can add up to a large group.

For our spring meeting, we were looking for a location other than the obligatory hotel. At Villa Mosa we are this very well ended. The welcome was very warm and professional. Both the house itself and the pool house and the beautiful gardens have inspired us.

We have a large group of adults and children a wonderful Christmas week at Villa Mosa spent. A beautiful and spacious home with a great big couch, with place for everyone. A well equipped kitchen, large enough to cook for everyone and plenty of fridge space. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The children were all day at the pool and the sauna is widely used. A house also inde summer once wanting to return!

I quickly run out of superlatives when describing this property. It is stunning from the moment you walk in, and as the main organiser it was great to really impress my guests! The grounds are really extensive, giving lots of space to play games. The pool area and tennis court are just as good as they look in the pictures and perfectly maintained. Every room in the house is finished to the highest specification, and seems to have been very recently finished. We catered for 35 people for 3 days in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. Owners were incredibly helpful throughout the planning stage, and super efficient with check-out and returning deposit. Can not recommend this property highly enough. 5 stars.

In April 2013 we celebrated our wedding in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere in a Villa Mosa. The house was perfect for this occasion. With a total of 37 people (6 children) we enjoyed the space and facilities in and around the house. Certainly the tennis court and pool were popular. What a fantastic big house! It can accommodate many guests. The rooms are spacious, pleasantly laid out (most rooms have 4 sleeping places, ideal for a family), the common areas are spacious and well divided. The garden is the end. Large, well maintained, beautiful tennis court, fully equipped. The pool is also very neat, clean and big enough for several families with children.

The hostess (Kathleen) responds very quickly, is friendly, resolves issues immediately when they are reported. Very pleasant.



A few tips:

- The house is generally in good condition, but you notice that it is a bit older. Creaking floors, noisy. In addition, a new lick of paint can be given here and there.

- The bathrooms are spacious and although not all rooms are en-suite, there are plenty of them. They could use a refresh. Adds and sealant are brown and dirty here and there.

- As far as we are concerned, the biggest flaw was the kitchen. In such a house you hope for a catering kitchen, but that is not the case. The dishwashers (3 pieces) take a long time and are a bit rickety here and there, inconvenient if you have so many dishes. The pans are mediocre and not all seem suitable for the stove (ceramic), especially the frying pans.



All in all a very good house, excellent location and close to amenities, ample parking on site, ideal for a nice holiday!

Top location (great in good weather: large garden), charming old house, well-equipped kitchen / living room, very spacious bedrooms, nice possibilities for activities, very good wellness area (cf. sauna), ... Only downside (which is personally very annoying was for us): there are no stairs in the pool. Erin goes in, but getting out is not at all obvious at a certain age (we had two over 80s, several over 60s and 1 heavily pregnant lady).

It was a lovely place for our family weekend. The children could swim and play safely in the garden. In the evening we all sat in the super large cozy sitting area. The kitchen was very complete and equipped with three ovens and dishwashers! It is an old house but clean and fully furnished. Only downside was that the tennis court was not yet on was in order and the gravel lay like loose sand on the track.It would also be nice if the arrival time could be brought forward.Six o'clock is very late.

the house certainly has charm, an old castle in a beautiful park. There are also a number of negatives that emerge after a while: poor insulation (single glass) and therefore expensive heating costs, almost no toilets in the bedrooms or en-suite bathrooms, it has a boarding school-like feel with bath and shower rooms, as well as toilets in the hallway. The pool is in another building. There is no vacuum cleaner available, but the house is full of rules imposed by the landlord.
