Top area with the beautiful cafe modern within walking distance. House itself beautiful atmosphere, as if you are staying on a farm. Rooms and beds and plumbing ok, we slept well. Only downside for us was the small kitchen facility ... difficult to coal for 24 people extensively ... for small bite fine .. luckily there was a mega BBQ. Outside .... in short, enjoyed top spot!

Lovely renovated barn, large living area and ample room in the bedrooms. Some things are dated, like the beds and shower facilities. Shelving in one of the bedrooms practically fell off the wall.

The one thing that was a real nuisance were the flies - they were everywhere, all the time, in large numbers. Even with all doors and windows closed. Installing insect screens would be a massive improvement and would allow people to open doors and windows for some fresh air.

Area is really nice, great walks and an ice cream automat within walking distance, as well as a pub and two fine restaurants at a few minutes" walking distance.

This 3 story barn conversion is Located in one of the Most Beautiful parts of Belgium. 15-40mins from Liege, Maastricht or Aachen, Teuven is a peaceful county town, small in size only goal A Few mins from a larger town with the supermarket etc. The barn is hand of a working dairy farm, the family Were accommodating to our 11 teenage girls, DESPITE Their not speaking the Sami language, They Were Invited into the dairy barn, allowed to pet the cows, bikes Were Provided and the family tolerated the nosily girls playing soccer in the farm yard.This farm aussi Produces icts own dairy products and jams qui We Were Given a gift of arrival.A upon short jog down a winding county road leads to a gelato farm ... great for teenage girls! However, there was a dead goat lying uncovered in the courtyard where the children played the whole weekend.

We had a very nice family weekend. Beautiful walks in the area, a little rain didn't stop us. Some points of interest for critical guests:
- there was no WiFi during our stay (but we did not ask about this, perhaps this could be easily solved)
- the kitchen is on the small side to cook for 23 guests, especially if there are several of you in the kitchen
- the stairs leading to the top end in the living room, so you have to be careful that the smallest members of the group do not attempt to crawl up unattended
- there were road works during our stay, we arrived on Friday evening, so you could drive past the works by car, but I don't know if this is possible on a working day/other phase of the works, of course the owner cannot do anything about this . According to Aquafin's website, the works are scheduled to be completed on March 1, 2024.

We stayed with 20 people and enjoyed the house perfectly. The children have enjoyed themselves well. The reception was alright. It's a pity that sometimes the water pressure drops because the cows have to drink too. If we were informed about this, we could take that into account.

Very charming holiday home, ideal for groups with children. Our children could not be beaten away by the calves and kids, they were even allowed to feed the animals with the bottle! The choice for a square dining table instead of a long one has ensured that we could chat comfortably and with all together every night. The TV has only risen for the children. A short walk left next to the house, so ideal to let the dog out in the morning and in the evening. A larger walk we have done a few kilometers further, namely the "Bronnenwandeling" (+ -9km), a very nice, varied walk. Now done in February, but in our opinion also especially beautiful in the spring. This holiday is highly recommended!

We had a very nice family weekend. Beautiful walks in the area, a little rain didn't stop us. Some points of interest for critical guests:
- there was no WiFi during our stay (but we did not ask about this, perhaps this could be easily solved)
- the kitchen is on the small side to cook for 23 guests, especially if there are several of you in the kitchen
- the stairs leading to the top end in the living room, so you have to be careful that the smallest members of the group do not attempt to crawl up unattended
- there were road works during our stay, we arrived on Friday evening, so you could drive past the works by car, but I don't know if this is possible on a working day/other phase of the works, of course the owner cannot do anything about this . According to Aquafin's website, the works are scheduled to be completed on March 1, 2024.

Alles was ruimschoots ok bij aankomst. We werden letterlijk met 'open deuren' ontvangen. Je voelde er zich onmiddellijk thuis, omdat je niet werd gewezen op afspraken of dergelijke. De accommodatie was ruim voldoende en het was een schitterende landelijke omgeving.

Lovely renovated barn, large living area and ample room in the bedrooms. Some things are dated, like the beds and shower facilities. Shelving in one of the bedrooms practically fell off the wall.

The one thing that was a real nuisance were the flies - they were everywhere, all the time, in large numbers. Even with all doors and windows closed. Installing insect screens would be a massive improvement and would allow people to open doors and windows for some fresh air.

Area is really nice, great walks and an ice cream automat within walking distance, as well as a pub and two fine restaurants at a few minutes" walking distance.

pleasant stay in "the barn", everything was there and it was like home. Nice to just on the farm with the children to take a look at the cows. Both indoor and outdoor space to play, ideal with children.

The farm was great for the kids. The farmer was very friendly and invited gastbrij.De large play area for cycling, football ... We had better weather expected. But it was a successful weekend.

We have 23 adults and two children had great fun in the barn. We found it a very cozy house. However, We love to cook, and lacked a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. On the bedrooms, there is little place for clothes etc. The internet is spotty and slow to get. An additional bathroom would be nice. Again, nice home in beautiful surroundings.

Everything was proper! Lots of space and lots of stuff in the kitchen! Lots of space to park! Centrally located in Teuven (you can do everything on foot) Some lamps did not work, but the distribution of the sheets had to be done, but this happened without problems. Friendly and helpful home owner!

Very charming holiday home, ideal for groups with children. Our children could not be beaten away by the calves and kids, they were even allowed to feed the animals with the bottle! The choice for a square dining table instead of a long one has ensured that we could chat comfortably and with all together every night. The TV has only risen for the children. A short walk left next to the house, so ideal to let the dog out in the morning and in the evening. A larger walk we have done a few kilometers further, namely the "Bronnenwandeling" (+ -9km), a very nice, varied walk. Now done in February, but in our opinion also especially beautiful in the spring. This holiday is highly recommended!

Warm welcome, very nice farmhouse.Despite listed, there was no kitchen linen aanwezig.De owners were very welcoming. We were lucky that just 2 kids were born that we were allowed to help milk. The Voer region is a beautiful region for long walks.

Top area with the beautiful cafe modern within walking distance. House itself beautiful atmosphere, as if you are staying on a farm. Rooms and beds and plumbing ok, we slept well. Only downside for us was the small kitchen facility ... difficult to coal for 24 people extensively ... for small bite fine .. luckily there was a mega BBQ. Outside .... in short, enjoyed top spot!

We stayed with 20 people and enjoyed the house perfectly. The children have enjoyed themselves well. The reception was alright. It's a pity that sometimes the water pressure drops because the cows have to drink too. If we were informed about this, we could take that into account.

Very nice area for walking! The house is a converted barn that has been renewed with a sense of architecture. The rooms are well-kept with good beds and mattresses. The living space is spacious and cozy.

The layout is very nice and the house has been nicely renovated. However, more attention could be paid to cleaning and some bedrooms could have been a bit larger or a smaller bed could have been used. There is also some old furniture in the house.

Very nice location, both the house and surroundings, ideal for walking, cycling, walking, ... or just being together. Wifi is not present or within range, there is also no 4G range. We stayed in the weekend of August 12-13-14 with a family with ages from 1 to 95 jaar.Jammer about the heat so we could not all go outside much. We have too little to enjoy the beautiful region. Still, there was walking and cycling! The downstairs bedroom is really too small! There were also quite a few ants in the kitchen. The goats were fun to watch and we could pet. The owner is friendly and easily accessible. The barn is spacious and cozy furnishings.In the old school is a cozy eatery housed, highly recommended!We were able to attend the Eucharist on Sunday in the charming church with choir.

Nice, green area near forests. Nice place on the farm and the animals. Kitchen is on the small side to cook for a large group. Very friendly owners! Farmers in the area is a must.
