Had a lovely weekend exploring Rendeux with friends. Every corner felt inviting, the comfy living room and big dining table were highlights for evening chats over snacks.

Got in after midnight and the place was all set for us. The balcony view was stunning, especially when enjoying our morning coffee. Space for everyone really impressed us, with plenty of room to relax after a day out. The cozy living area felt like home, perfect for winding down together.

The villa was quite decent for our group of friends, It had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, We appreciated the proximity to the forest for morning walks, and the nearby restaurant options were a bonus, The only downside was the check-in time, which felt a bit late for us, Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing holiday

Checked in late, but settling in went very quickly. The open kitchen made breakfast preparation easier and there were enough dining areas so that we were never cramped during meals. Seeing deer near the forest during our hikes was a special enrichment of our days.

The house was clean but urgently needs maintenance. The faucet in the upstairs shower is broken. You need two hands to turn on the faucet + the faucet in the kitchen is loose (according to reviews since January and still not repaired). The garden is overgrown. What was missing: children's play equipment (only the frame of the swing is left) and nothing else, there is no dryer available. The BBQ was there, but still full of ash from the previous renters. The terrace fence is not sturdy: it moves when you touch it... The wood of the terrace urgently needs treatment and the bushes also need trimming: they hang over the outdoor stairs and terrace. There is also a thorn bush present... Vacuum cleaner foot dirty and a foul smell from the vacuum cleaner: urgently needs cleaning... Also, the gutter and window frames are full of webs... Definitely not worth repeating.

It started strangely, I had to let them know (text message) when we would arrive, on arrival no one to be seen, gate open. Called the number, which was not in use, found another number that called, the lady sounded confused, barely spoke English (was told 3 languages) keys were inside she said. Could not pay the deposit, no one else seen. The house itself was fantastic and the dogs also loved the huge fenced garden. Taps in the kitchen and shower were loose, so you had to use 2 hands. Spacious bedrooms but 8 people in the sitting area does not seem possible to us. We enjoyed the surroundings, dogs should be kept on a leash because of the wildlife. Not entirely fireworks-free but half an hour was fine.

The villa was clean and cozy, with plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed our mornings on the terrace and soaked up the quiet surroundings. It was a bit far to the nearest supermarket, but the nearby forest compensated with its beautiful hiking trails.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Rendeux! The garden was a perfect place for our barbecue nights, and the kids loved playing on the outdoor equipment. The spacious design allowed everyone to have their own space, but we could still comfortably gather in the living room. Additionally, being just a short drive from local attractions like Durbuy Adventure made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a family getaway!

A nice large house with a large completely fenced garden. Here the dog can play happily, and you don't have to worry about it escaping. A beautiful starting point for wonderful walks in the area. In the open kitchen, living room you can enjoy staying and cooking. Everything is present. Upstairs is 1 large room with a double bed (view of the mountains) and 2 small rooms with 4 box springs, a bathtub, toilet, and a lovely rain shower. The basement is perfect for the youth. There they have their own place: bedroom with a double bed, a couch, shower, and toilet. Here is also the football table with balls. Outside on the veranda, you can sit or lie down on one of the 2 loungers. You have a beautiful view over the entire garden and the ping pong table, small pools, and ball present. In short, a nice spacious house with a great garden, too bad the 2 climbing hydrangeas were not yet in bloom. Hopefully, the next guests will enjoy it as much as we did.

A very clean and nice big house with plenty of privacy. House is surrounded with many trees and large driveway. Very dog friendly house, all floors are well sealed.

This place is a total vibe check! Super spacious and perfect for group gatherings, the garden sets the mood for BBQ nights and relaxation, and nearby the forest is just a short walk for those who love nature. No kidding, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals. You must visit!

On arrival we could pick up the key at a lady in the village itself. She immediately drove to the house and did a tour through the house with explanations about all the details (French).

The taps in the kitchen and shower were a bit loose, so I had to use both hands. Spacious bedrooms, but 8 people in the sitting area seems impossible to us. We enjoyed the surroundings, but dogs must be leashed due to wildlife. Not entirely firework-free, but half an hour was manageable.

The heating was on when we arrived ... nice and warm, even too warm for our standards. or dishwashing products could be polished for the kitchen. (BREF or threatening ...) Quiet location and a beautiful omgeving.Groot plus was the fenced large garden and the toys for the kinderen.Our first impression was that everything was very clean and tidy, but on closer inspection the exterior of the kitchen cabinets and the windows had to be cleaned urgently .

The location is fine, the house may use an update. The shower was broken (shower doors did not work and the drain was blocked). Furthermore, planks of the wooden terrace are broken or sagged. The door to the terrace is clamped. All stops stop when you switch on the hob, oven and microwave. There is no dryer until the description. We had a wonderful holiday, especially because of the environment and the beautiful weather, but I think the price is too high for the quality delivered. Especially compared to other houses we have heard from Belvilla.

Arrival perfectly arranged (check-out also), very friendly reception. Fortunately, I speak French and that makes it a lot easier! Beautiful environment, great garden, peace. You really feel like you're in the middle of the forest. Ideal for people with dogs. The house was really super clean and fully equipped. Just a pity that there are no screens in front of the windows. It was (luckily) warm so all windows open. As a result, lots of horseflies, wasps and mosquitoes inside.

The house is beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen, super. The surroundings are breathtaking. We had a problem with the water, the owner immediately arranged a plumber, so it was fine. The one who received us spoke no Nederlsnds and only a little English but with hands and feet and my 3 words French we got out of it. On questions via text message was answered directly, very nice. There are unbelievably many excursions in the vicinity, especially Durbuy, Dinant and La Roche are beautiful. Adventure Valley in Durbuy was very fun for the kids. Hotton is also a nice village just a few miles away. The enclosed garden was very nice for the dogs. If I can give a tip, an additional shower in the basement would be useful in an 8 person house.
