Wir hatten viel Spaß beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der voll ausgestatteten Küche! Alles, was wir benötigten, war direkt vorhanden.

Villa was super spacious and clean, The sauna was a nice touch after a day out

We rented the Villa Swing house for a long weekend. The house was neatly cleaned. The house itself looks good, but the furnishings are unfortunately dated and have some flaws. There is a major moisture problem and you notice this especially on the ground floor. The tiled floor is damp and it smells musty. The garage floor, where the table tennis table is located, was also damp. One of our children slipped while playing. The sofas in the living room look neat, but are sagging and are therefore not comfortable. There are no fire detectors (anymore) on the second floor, bedrooms. A number of tiles in the shower cubicles are cracked or broken. One shower head is secured with a tyrap. Furthermore, the BBQ had not been cleaned and was actually too dirty to barbecue on. The tap in the toilet on the first floor does not work and all the toilet seats are "loose". The storage lid of the box for the outdoor cushions is broken. During our stay it turned out that the septic tank was full. Fortunately, the owner resolved this problem quickly. All in all, it is a beautiful house with a large sunny terrace in a beautiful location, but it is not a house that we will rent again.

We traveled with a group of 9 women. Absolute highlights of the house are the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms upstairs. They are spacious and beautifully furnished. There is plenty of space on the terrace. The quiet location is also perfect.
Unfortunately, due to water damage on the terrace, there was a very long strip of mold in the bedroom downstairs, which we couldn't use. The rooms upstairs are big enough to put the mattresses up.
The landlady reimbursed us 20% of the rental price. Of course, the problem with the mold should be fixed. The water damage on the terrace has already been repaired.

In the advertisement there is a picture with the caption "Swimming pool of the holiday home". However, the pool has not been available/available for 2 years (due to Covid-19). The water that flushes the toilet is rainwater and smelled horribly! It only got better after it rained for a day. There is no water coming out of the tap in the sink in the toilet room next to the kitchen! 50% of the doors grind on the floor and are almost impossible to close! The shower in the sauna was dirty! The grill was not cleaned! The bedroom in the basement is damp, the wardrobe was about to fall apart. 4 of 7 smoke detectors have been removed and are missing without replacement. The table tennis table was very wavy and difficult to use due to the high humidity in the garage and basement area. The contact on site has to ours Complaints not responded.

Excellent reception and the house is okay. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated but clean. The door of the shower and toilet on the first floor did jam, probably because of a new floor.

House was dirty, was full of rubbish, water in the jacuzzi looked green, door in the living room could not be locked (latch broke!) So children can just fall down. Living room is on the first floor. Overall, stay away! A lot of money for something that is not habitable!

We have been here in the Christmas holidays with children and grandchildren. It was a very nice holiday. The house had everything we needed and was also cozy. The homeowner had also placed a Christmas tree. We regret that the jacuzzi was broken. The area is very quiet but still close to shops.

We stayed with 8 adults a weekend in the villa. Discussed the arrival time in consultation with the owner. We were a bit later, but this was not a problem. We were already met on arrival. Madam has given us a short tour of the house and shows how everything works. From bell villa we had understood that the jacuzzi usually does not work so that on arrival we had to discuss with the owner whether the jacuzzi was working and if we wanted to use it. We could then pay the amount for the jacuzzi on the spot. The lady who gave us the tour was not the owner of the house and told us that we had to contact the owner regarding the use of the jacuzzi. We called the owner and she told us that she did not know if we wanted to use the jacuzzi, so that he had just been turned on. The water was refreshed and he would be warm the next morning. The next morning, however, this was still not the case. We were told by the phone that he would be warm in the afternoon.This was not the case.In our opinion the jacuzzi was simply broken.We did not use it in the end and it never got hot.the house is further situated in the woods, it is quiet.Wel a drive to the centrum.Het house itself can do a makeover.Joho was not hot, but was also on the outside piece.Door furniture was dirty.Tiles from the roof terrace were broken / piece A bit of decoration with plants or other decoration on the roof terrace would be nice, it is now very bald.Is probably an idea to place screens on the windows.It was the weekend that we were very hot and the mosquitoes found It was very nice in the house.According to the description of the house there would be a bbq present.On arrival the lady already told me that there was no bbq and that she would bring it the next day.Once we have our bbq only one day postponed

We had an amazing family getaway at this villa! It was so close to the golf course, which was perfect for the guys. The place was really clean and well-equipped, and the infrared sauna changed the game after our hikes. We enjoyed grilling on the terrace, and the kids loved the ping-pong table.
