Very spacious house. Large play area for big and small children. Kitchen is spacious but dated and heavily used. In almost every room a shower, but shower doors do not close properly. General bathroom also dated. Contacted the owner and they said that the kitchen and bathroom will be renovated in March 2026 and that the shower doors will be fixed in the short term. You can tell that the house is heavily used. In the garden also a petanque court, swings, and seesaws. Child-friendly. Due to the number of beds, it is understandable that you have to bring your own bedding, towels, and dishcloths. Maybe an option to rent these? It is quite a hassle if you are with many people. In any case, had good contact with the owner every time.

What a wonderful time we had. The cottage is perfect for large groups, with or without children. We were a group of 8 friends and had a great time. There is plenty of space and entertainment. We would definitely come back here again.

Neglected in other matters: - fitness equipment not working, cables cut or no contact with the outlet - foosball: players missing or broken - table tennis: net was just loose - barbecue: loose stones and not maintained - outdoor furniture: benches worn out positive: a beautiful environment to stay, if animals can’t leave, also accommodation if children are present, sauna worked perfectly, everything was available to prepare indoor meals, rooms were fine, sufficient showers available.

A few points of interest: 1 of the two toasters did not work, 1 of the two kettles did not work. The vacuum cleaner was broken. The broom and hand sweeper were in urgent need of replacement.

Well provisioned kitchen (cutlery, dishes, pots and pans to cook, glasses...), lots of activities available, located in a beautiful and calm neighborhood which is perfect to go for walks. Note that there are absolutely no extra spices provided in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), no soap at all in the house to do dishes or even wash your hands, or toilet paper, so make sure to stock up on everything before your arrival.

Very disappointing experience. We have been booking a holiday home for 10 people in the Ardennes every summer for more than 10 years, always at approximately the same price. This is the first time a house has looked so unkempt. Pieces from the floors and walls. Broken curtains and mosquito nets. A lot of stench both inside and out. Fortunately we were able to spend most of the time outside due to good weather, but the garden furniture (especially the tables) are ready for scrap, completely moldy and chipped. The playground is dirty and dirty, and the petanque court is completely unusable. In short, certainly not value for money. We paid 1300€ for a weekend, and it's not even worth half...

When we arrived this house was apparently half cleaned. Kitchen was dirty, floor neither swept nor wiped. In the fridge were still many crumbs from its predecessor, in the sink still food crumbs. The dining table was not wiped, not even swept after the last tenants. The showers were badly cleaned, in the bathroom upstairs with the bathtub a lot of mold on the ceiling. The rooms are getting old. On the whole it was still a nice holiday because the house has a lot of variety and fun to offer and plenty of space for all.

In many respects the apartment did not correspond to what we expected for the price of over 1000 €. The furniture was really the cheapest variant you could find at IKEA or generally in a quality that you would otherwise throw in the bulky waste. The dishes were still dirty from the previous tenant on arrival and only one of two dishwashers worked. Everything felt very mixed up and out of place. The part of the building with a sauna and pool table had the charm of a cowshed with exposed pipes. The sauna looked as if it had just been installed carelessly in order to look great in the posed photos. Some of the sanitary facilities had mold on the ceiling, as there was no automatic ventilation in any way. This underlined the overall impression that the entire house was renovated without skilled craftsmen. A trainee in the first year of his apprenticeship would have had the wallpaper better. In addition, the Belgian police came straight away on Friday night, even though we weren't or didn't want to be particularly loud (we were 10 friends around 40 years old) because the neighbors had probably complained. This accommodation is completely unsuitable for a family weekend or a vacation. We wouldn't rent them anymore.

Very nice environment. As described there would be no one present and the key was in the right location. The driveway is in need of replacement or repair. The beds and mattresses are completely fine blankets for the cold nights were enough. Billiards is on replacement but everything was to your liking. And for variation there may be slightly more wine and drinking glasses, for cooking there is almost everything available pans and kettles cutlery and plates in abundance. garage is large enough for at least 4 cars to put in luxury and comfort enough in this house. At a short 7 minute drive are enough shops for groceries. Short to the house for a beautiful holiday was well worth it
