We had a wonderful time here as a family. The outdoor pool was a highlight for the kids, and the garden area was perfect for them to play. The hosts were kind and welcoming, making check-in very easy.

Great house just outside Spa. Very close to the forest for necessary walks and the center is also within walking distance. Restaurants etc. nearby. Unfortunately, we had slightly worse weather, but we had a great time and played golf on different courses for 5 days! And all those courses were easy to reach. The house itself is complete and everything you might need is present. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It was spacious enough for our two families, and the kids loved the outdoor play equipment. The location was perfect for hiking and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. I definitely recommend it!

Spacious and clean, we loved the outdoor pool, it's really something else! Super close to nature trails, perfect for some Instagram photos. Just a note, the pool is only open from May to September, so plan accordingly.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! Spacious and well-equipped, it was perfect for our group of six. The children had a lot of fun with the trampoline and the sandbox in the garden. We also enjoyed some lovely barbecue evenings on the terrace. A fantastic retreat!

In the bathroom (with shower) on the mezzanine floor, it smelled awful and the stench was clearly present in the bedroom. The oven was too dirty to be used.

It is a very nice house, eqquiped luxury, there to complain about anything. The only thing missing are roller door for sliding doors, a lot of fly by riding across the street.

At first glance, the house looks good, but if you look further, the house is not clean and has a lot of overdue maintenance.

The house has glass fronts with sliding doors, there are no screen doors. Result, lots of insects and other critters in the house. The large parasol over the garden table is broken. The WiFi is downright bad. The beds are (too) small for 2 people. Enough towels and kitchen towels. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. All in all, a lot of money for a poorly maintained house!

The White Villa is beautifully situated in the greenery with a quiet street. Everything is present in the villa. 3 beautiful rooms, each with their own bathroom and toilet, the kitchen and living room were also fine. garden was large enough and a small playground for the children. Also in the evening with the BBQ available it was cozy. The only downside was almost no range or reception with the mobile phone. Also a bad experience with Belvilla at least after our confirmation of sent an email to the White Villa 4 to 5 times, each time received a confirmation that they had received my email and would receive an answer within 48 hours WE NEVER GOT AN ANSWER AGAIN. Even trying to call did not get through then try chatting with an employee but he could not help us because he could only answer questions for the rental of a holiday home. And now that we are on vacation I receive 3 emails about my stay there. I think that from Bevilla a BIG minus .not answering a question .kind regards .Lauwaert Marc

Arrival and key collection completely uncomplicated. Very nice, luxurious holiday home. Had two technical problems. Within 30 minutes someone was on site. Location just outside of Spa in the headwater area. The decor, the beds and the whole atmosphere were very inviting. Alone in the equipment with kitchen utensils (plates to serve, sieve, pasta plates, soup plates and beer glasses) I would have wished something more. The furniture is sometimes very bright and a bit sensitive, so children should be a bit older. Cycling and mountain biking are right in front the door.

Nice house in a residential area of Spa. Directly on a forest, but also near the center and shops. Nice garden, good for children. In the summer pleasant with the terrace, BBQ and swimming pool. On the ground floor, the living space is very nice and well laid out. The kitchen took some searching, but we found behind the bar with a staircase down.

The house was clean and warm. Dots that deserve some attention The corner of the seating area is sagged. This is very uncomfortable. For the elderly, the combi seating area and very low coffee table is not pleasant. The seating area should actually be replaced. On the second coffee table was a burning spot of a candle. There was a pile of felts on it. This was not reported and so on the first day a photo sent to the contact with the announcement that this damage was already present. However, we have not received a reaction about this either. The bottom hinge on the inside of the refrigerator looks dirty and moldy. The door closes badly. Curtains in the living room would increase the feeling of privacy. fauna around the house During our stay a stone marten has eaten a number of cables from the car. Of course the property can not do anything about it, but be warned. Inject possible with an anti mart spray. The repair costs were 300 euros !! It was unfortunate that the contact person at the agreed departure time was not present. After consultation with the cleaning ladies, we left at 10.20. Very nice house in a very quiet area. The center of Spa can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The garden with playground offers plenty of space for young children to play around. The house is spacious, well maintained and offers a lot of storage space. Some small minuses no mugs available for coffee / tea (smaller bags), no water available in living space (you have to go to the kitchen on the ground floor every time you want water). The bar (with fridge) is very cozy in the living room (here a water point would have been handy). Reception and departure with Xavier from Dream Locations was very friendly and cordial.

The appointment for key handover went smoothly, unfortunately we received very little information regarding the operation of the light (was home automation system, if you do not have it at home, it is still a question of searching). Had a great stay. Nice gentleman who helped us, there were some problems with the heating in the house the first days and therefore it was very cold. This was resolved after 3 visits by technicians. Furthermore, it is a nice light and very spacious house. It is a bit older and there are signs of wear everywhere. The wooden deck was also not really suitable for children because you cannot walk on it with bare feet due to the splintering wood.

Very well appointed villa, all comfort, well soundproofed. Very pleasant garden, where one is lulled by the song of the stream which adjoins the property. The house is beautifully situated on the outskirts of Spa. We stayed with our family (two adults, a baby and our dog). We regularly went for a walk, towards the woods but also to the center of Spa. In the morning we bought delicious sandwiches at the bakery in town and in the afternoon we made regular use of the heated swimming pool. The house is fully equipped but could use a refresh.

The villa was fine, the game console was missing a handset, had been taken by a previous guest. The administrators have arranged a new set after three days, only we were unable to link this, a pity for our children. The villa is a nice base for walks through the Ardennes.
