Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and had a lot of fun playing in the evenings. Would definitely recommend it for families!

This villa has a whole atmosphere! The indoor pool is a game changer for quiet nights, So much space for 19 people, it's definitely a team goal, The nature walks nearby are a big plus, I'm a bit obsessed with the cozy fireplace too.

Overall, a wonderful experience! The entry pool was a great addition, and we loved having a large space to gather as a family. It's a bit off the beaten path, but that only adds to its charm.

A fantastic base for exploring the region! We visited Spa-Francorchamps and the abbey in Stavelot, both nearby. The owners were hospitable, which made us feel at home.

I must say, this place was a gem. We went with a group of 15, and everyone had plenty of space. The kids had a lot of fun in the indoor pool, while the adults enjoyed the barbecue on the terrace. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace made our cold evenings super cozy. The only downside was that the check-in time was a bit late for us, but overall, I would absolutely recommend it!

Really a nice place for a family getaway, The location was great for walks along the river and visiting the nearby waterfalls, The house was well equipped and very spacious, We had everything we needed, plus the host was super friendly and helpful, The only thing I would have wanted different was the speed of the Wi-Fi, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying the pool and the garden to worry too much about this.

This house has everything you need. Games, pool, kitchen, bar, and a new gas BBQ. It is fantastic. This was our 9th time here. The owner is a fantastic guy.

This vacation home was a nice escape for our group. It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials. The game room with billiards was a nice addition for our evenings indoors. We appreciated the central heating and the cozy fireplace, especially since we visited in the colder months. The location was convenient for day trips to Spa and the Abbey of Stavelot, and the nearby waterfalls were a beautiful sight. All in all, a solid choice for a large gathering.

During our stay, the sauna broke down and could not be repaired in the short term. It was a pity, but without us asking, we received a discount on the accommodation costs, great!

We stayed with 17 persons (8 adults and 9 children) and had a more than excellent stay. The house was great and clean and we all loved the layout of the house with all it's different rooms and of course the central room that had a nice and cozy bar. The swimming pool and garden were perfect for the kids and there were lots of things to do in the neighbourhood.
Our host Amaury was very friendly and helpful and also assisted when we had car trouble just before departure.

All in all a place to recommend when you want to have a relaxing weekend with family or friends.

One tip however: bring your own pans if you are planning to cook yourself. The ones in the house were quite old.

Both interior and exterior. That is why the price / quality is no longer in proportion. A lounge set in the garden would be very nice because in addition to a fine dining table with benches, there is nothing. The owner is super friendly. Nevertheless, we had a nice and pleasant weekend thanks to a lovely swimming pool that was part of it.

We were allowed to use the beautiful playground and football field of the owner! Nice house, but kitchen is very primitive! If you are really with 19 people, it is very difficult to cook for so many people! Fire works badly! Coffee machine works very slowly! Still had a nice holiday, despite the bad weather! Very nice environment! I would definitely recommend the house, but the kitchen should be modernized and more kitchen utensils should be available (deep plates for pasta!)

We stayed in this beautiful holiday home on the hottest days ever. The indoor pool was ideal on these tropical days. The pool was also lockable, important for the smallest grandchildren. The house itself remained blissfully fresh, so the perfect combination with the swimming pool. The kitchen is super well equipped. The entire domain was very quiet with beautiful surroundings. Supermarkets and bakers are nearby. The hostess was super friendly, she lives nearby and always willing to help, if needed. Always good to know. We had to give 100 euros for the final bill for water and gas / heating oil (will be kept from the deposit). we had a fantastic holiday with our children and grandchildren!

It is a spacious house with enough space for 19 people. Near the forest for beautiful walks and mountain biking. The indoor pool was big enough and my grandchildren lived it out. The sauna was also a direct hit. Maybe some kitchen utensils have to be purchased. 1 colander and 1 refractory dish is a little with a large group but generally it was ok.

The house is quite outdated and some things are loose or broken here and there ... also very unfortunate that the information regarding the bedding was incorrect ... this cost us € 100 ... costs that would not have been necessary if they were correct on your website been. On your site bed linen is included and upon arrival (so without bed linen) they tell us that these are not included and cost us €9 per set (x11 is therefore €99). Due to incorrect information from you, therefore extra costs for us ... it would therefore be very nice if you could perhaps give an allowance or the like for this unfortunate incident. For the rest had a nice holiday.

Awesome!!! What a perfect house. Have stayed here with 18 men from a football club. WK on television and in between swimming, table tennis, sauna or sitting at the bar. Price - quality very good. No weird reckoning afterwards. We have the deposit back, so assume that we can come again ... and we will certainly do!

great house. A bit outdated, table football and table tennis bats broken. Kitchen a bit small and induction does not work well. Beds are not all equally good, soft mattresses. But otherwise great. We were prompt on time and everything on the spot was very good in order. The reception was pleasant there very friendly. We were given a good tour and correct arrangements were made. All elements of accommodation completely answered the description. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet, in the middle of the green in a small residential area.
