An extraordinarily comfortable mansion located in the middle of nature along the Sauer river is in Fauvillers. It is ideal for a group of 9 and has 3 bedrooms and a furnished garden for you to have a pleasant stay.
There are many natural and cultural attractions in the area, including long, beautiful hiking trails that start right at your door. In 200 m from the home, you'll find a restaurant for you to try some local delicacies. The supermarkets in Winkels are just 4 km away. The mansion lies 400 m from the forest if you would like to explore nature at its best.
The mansion has a cosy sitting area with an open fireplace adjacent to the lovely, open kitchen and dining area. There is a playroom with a TV for the kids. You'll take in all the greenery around you from the garden, during the summer, you can go swimming in the Sauer. You may bring 1 pet at an additional cost.
Guests can check into the property from 4-5 PM whereas the check-out is from 9-10 AM.

Beautiful and quiet part of a country house with an enclosed private garden. Many stairs to enter the house, to go to the living room is on the 1st floor, then stairs to go to the bedrooms and to go to the garden, so not for people with knee problems. The house could also use a better cleaning, this was discussed with the landlord and would be fine. The owner is a very friendly and attentive man who is always ready with advice and assistance

Het is geen landhuis wat hier te huur wordt aangeboden maar een driekamerappartement van ca 1/5 deel van het huis. De overige 4/5 deel wordt bewoont door de eigenaar. Ook is er geen tuin van 2,5 ha maar slechtst 2,5 honderd m2 en dan ook nog geheel in de schaduw gelegen van hoge bomen. Verder is de woonkamer ca 28 m2 en het is mij dan ook een raadsel hoe hier 9 volwassenen zouden moeten verblijven. Wij waren met 3 volwassen en een hond en moesten nog meubelen aan de kant schuiven om nog een beetje leefruimte te hebben Wij hadden ons een vakantie voorgesteld in een mooi landhuis met een lekkere grote zonnige tuin zoals het lijkt op google maps en zoals het ook wordt aangeprezen op de site van belvilla. Ook hadden wij regelmatig overlast van de eigenaar zoals het schoonspuiten van zijn bestrating en het barbecueën onder het kamerraam. Daarnaast werden wij door de eigenaar nog heel onvriendelijk bejegend omdat de kosten voor de hond €25,00 per week was in plaats van €25,00 per verblijf zoals door belvilla opgegeven. Wij lieten de papieren van belvilla aan hem zien, maar volgens hem moesten wij dit maar met belvilla uitvechten Wat ons betreft dus voldeed de vakantie op alle fronten niet aan onze verwachting

In itself a beautiful house. Quiet environment. Too bad the bakery that was in the description was not open. The property does need some maintenance. We had problems with a nest of hornets, reported this but only after a week and another report, something was done about it.

Very well kept house with a friendly owner who gave us information about the neighborhood. Beautiful spacious rooms and all modern conveniences in the kitchen and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Ideal as a starting point for walks or to explore the region by car explore.

We stayed in the house with our family of 5. The house was ideal for that. On the top floor, there are many beds, but the floors and doors creak. This makes it easy to wake each other up. The room on the ground floor is very comfortable and has its own shower and sink. The living room is cozy and ideal for a family. With 9 people it seems to us on the small side. The garden is pleasant. It is not very big, but our children went through the field behind it to the river. They really liked that. The area is also highly recommended. Beautiful walking area. In the house is a map with an overview of beautiful walks.

On arrival the owner was present and he showed us everything and explained. You enter the house with a code, which is very handy if you are with several people. It is spacious enough for 4 people, but for 9 people ?? There are many stairs for disabled visitors; to the garden / front door / living room / bedrooms upstairs. The decor is complete and cozy. For Dutch visitors there is Ned on satellite TV. 1, 2 and 3. Lesser points of this house; the frying pans have had their best time and the mold in the shower can be tackled! The floor on the upper floor creaks so much that when people visit the toilet, they wake up at night. It is also a shame that there is no access to the Sûre stream where the house is located.
