The ideal place to come and discover the region while enjoying a high level of comfort. A real corner of paradise to offer visitors an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature. You will immediately be seduced by the authentic character of the building, which retains its old-world charm and has beautiful living rooms where it is good to get together as a couple, with family or friends. The one hectare garden allows you to enjoy a biological swimming pond (unheated) with several terraces and a common barbecue.
The various luxury lodgings and suites offer several accommodation capacities ranging from 2 to 6 people.
Installed in the stables of the castle-farm, the restaurant "La P'tite Auberge" offers a bistronomic cuisine full of relief and sincere, highlighting many local producers.
Domaine Sur Les Sarts is 34 km from Durbuy. It is also a 45-minute drive from the caves of Han-sur-Lesse and 40.2 km from Dinant. The center of Namur is also a 30-minute drive away. Finally, on-site parking is free.
No overflow, no party will be tolerated in order to guarantee the tranquility of the neighbors. Any disrespect or noise at night will mean immediate expulsion.

A one hectare estate with a former chateau farmhouse, an impressive ensemble you can see shining from a distance in the vast Condroz countryside. You will enjoy the huge garden behind the house offering a pleasant swimming pool with a poolhouse, a pond and paths you can walk on.
Option of eating on-site at the "La Petite Auberge" restaurant in one of the farmhouse's wings.

The domain is beautifully situated in the Condroz with beautiful views. The interior of the apartment is also described as on the website. The furniture, the walls and the gas stove are in need of a refresh / renewal. We were sorry that the communication between Belvilla and the Domaine Sur les Sarts did not go well. The domain's website shows beautiful facilities such as a restaurant, heated swimming pool, wellness. The reality was somewhat different for us, the swimming pool was no longer accessible to us (only for the gite of 18 people, incorrect info on the Belvilla website), the restaurant was closed and this despite the possibility of take-away or dining at the terrace had certainly been possible during with the current Covid measures, the wellness was not yet finished / open…. Instead, we were offered a beautiful swimming pond, which was still under construction, unheated (18 ° C) and crawling with mosquitoes. We are convinced that once the entire domain is ready, and all facilities are finished, it will be a really nice place to come on holiday and enjoy. What made our stay really pleasant was the end of our week with a beautiful sunny weekend and the very nice breakfast that we had booked extra, this was really taken care of down to the last detail was brought every morning with the smile! In general, after this experience, we can say that Belvilla did not provide the service that we expected and we advise that you better book this stay directly with Domaine Sur les Sarts. We have tried to discuss the above points with Belvilla and we have spent hours trying to reach them without any success. In addition, we had to pay € 200 extra to Belvilla compared to the price directly at the domain. So learned another lesson.
