Good communication with super friendly hostess. Very neat and easy that the beds are already made and towels are available. Lots of sleeping options for the children, as well as a closet full of games. Beautiful region and pleasant walking route. Conclusive highly recommended!

The beautiful & stylishly furnished house met all our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by Karlien and given a tour of the house that met every luxury; lots of space, a sauna, play loft, children's toys, a garden including White Fire, .. and there were also some welcome drinks in the fridge. There is also a lot to do in the area; the chairlift in Heuvelland, city walk in Diksmuide (3 km, follow the rivets on the ground), Ypres, a day at the sea, ... in short, a wonderful holiday in our own country!

Our annual family weekend, 10 people between 11 and 63, continued this year in this fantastically equipped holiday home, finished with an eye for detail. Each of us enjoyed it from arrival to departure. The attic with various play equipment was particularly popular, but the garden with BBQ was also recommended. All comfort was there, nothing to complain about. The owner will receive you personally, everything went very well. Also in the area several businesses with a very friendly welcome. Top! Do not hesitate if anyone wants to book this property.

Wonderful stay. The photos give a good impression of this holiday home. The reception of the hostess was very welcome and full of amazement we were shown around this beautiful house. It lacked nothing, beautiful finish and very fully furnished. Large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilets and a great play loft for both kids and adults with sauna.De fridge stocked with a few local drinks, including Westvleteren, the beer that brings us to this region.We (3 couples and children) really enjoyed a long weekend of Burgundian life. Eating outside from the BBQ, with the whole group at the table, both inside and outside, a little later in the evening inside the seating area spacious enough for the whole group. Roesbrugge is a quiet village. 7.6 km) or cycling is easy to do from here. Opposite the residence is a shop with regional products, perfect for fresh sandwiches. There is plenty to do and discover in the area, such as breweries, nice cities and history (WWI) In short, a wonderful stay, ideal for a few families and a great base from which to get to know the region.

Rarely have you booked a holiday home that is so luxuriously and comfortably equipped, and where you feel more "at home" with someone. Everything, but everything is there, the BBQ and the jacuzzi are a great added value and guarantee pleasant evenings. The play loft for the children, the towels, tips for outings ... our stay was already finished. The contact was very friendly, questions were answered immediately, we will come back!

The house was fantastic, very beautiful, every comfort was there, as well as a room for the kids with billiards, pinball machine, and much more. The rooms were also large and good beds. The reception was also very friendly and everything was well explained and the jaccuzie was top. It is worth repeating.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Very well and warmly received by the hostess. Smooth communication! The jacuzzi, infrared, air hockey and other games offer the necessary relaxation. We would like to come back in the summer to be able to use the barbecue and cozy courtyard! It is a very nice, stylish and cozy house. Very large and spacious. Everything you can think of is there. Slept very well. We were 8 adults. But it is perfectly equipped for a family outing with the children. We would definitely go back with friends or family. Thanks again to the hostess for making our stay so enjoyable.
