We enjoyed our stay in the villa! The place is huge and super clean. We had a group of 12 and there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking meals fun. The outdoor area was perfect for barbecue evenings. I highly recommend it to families or friends looking for a quiet place near the coast.

It is quite a distance from the main attractions, but that also meant it was peaceful. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. Overall, it was a comfortable place to relax, but make sure you have transportation if you want to explore the surrounding areas.

Outside lighting and light in jacuzzi did not work. Some lights inside don't either.
Doors stick and some locks are bad. Some electrical outlets were loose. Some deferred maintenance. Shame. Furthermore, a beautiful house and spacious.

Overall our experience was good - we were with a total of 14 people and the house was well equipped, all necessary amenities available. Also clean and take care of. Some chipped mugs and plates, but no more than I"d have in my own home :-)

We would advise everyone to take note though of the layout of the upstairs. Their is only one staircase leading upstairs and this means that you have to pass through one of the bedrooms (which sleeps 4) to get to other rooms. Which is quite annoying for obvious reasons. The same goes for one of the rooms at the back upstairs - also two rooms joined. Can work fine for some people of course - you just need to be aware. When we booked there was no plan of the first floor available, so we had no idea that this was the situation.

One thing we were very displeased about, is that we had no wifi for the entire week we were there. We let the company know on the first day we were there that it was not working and they came back to us saying that it should work and we must be wrong. We kept on about this and on the second day (Saturday) we were told that "it was already known that something should have been replaced earlier", but there was nothing they could do about it on the weekend - we were then told on the Monday that a new box would be sent over on Tuesday, after that, no contact regarding this. We left on the Friday without having any wifi. As some of the people staying in the house were from the US, they made quite some extra cost through their mobile phone provider. Asked for any sort of compensation when we handed in the keys, but the person simply said "that is not my decision" - and so it was left, so I will be putting in with Belvilla on this as well.

Maybe this really was a glitch in how things normally go, but we didn't feel heard at all. Like I said, the rest of the house and stay was really good, we enjoyed ourselves

The house is beautifully situated, but has 2 walk-through bedrooms (which offer little privacy). In addition, 1 toilet cannot be used (hidden), and there are only 2 toilets for 18 people. 1 shower does not drain (self resolved with plunger) and on day 3 the sink in the kitchen no longer drained (the siphon broke after we cleared a blockage with a plunger). In short, a lot of annoying flaws that we are not waiting for.

Very pleasant stay! The house is very nicely decorated and very clean. Also very good in terms of facilities; spacious rooms, enough bathrooms in convenient places, bath and bed linen available, sufficient kitchen utensils ... The only drawback for us was the key transfer for which we had to agree in advance when we would arrive on Friday (difficult to estimate with the traffic) and when we would leave on Sunday.

The stay with our family in the villa has been fantastic. A downside is the waste and its disposal. The municipality has very few waste collection points, which meant that the bags had to be taken to that point regularly by car. Even on the last day this surprised us a little less pleasantly, because the last waste also had to be taken away before the suitcases were loaded. The information sheet on the front door also mentioned too little about this, especially with regard to plastic waste. This is definitely a point of attention!

The location of the villa, the architectural layout of the rooms, the care taken with the equipment in general and the real estate in particular create a very high quality living environment which largely contributes to the success of the holidays. better according to the comments of our family. This is the 3rd stay (one per year) in these places.

The stay in villa Petunias was just fantastic for the whole family. The villa is spacious and nicely furnished. The jacuzzi was a hit for young and old. Only the sun was present to a lesser extent, but we were still able to complete our planned cycling trips thanks to the good location at cycling nodes. If I may mention one downside: previous residents had left an uncleaned bbq and grill, but given the weather this was not a loss. Worth repeating.

A heavenly setting, the attention to detail by the perfectionist owners, their detailed information and written in a notebook of 13 pages to help us manage the best occupation of places whose recent renovation of 2018 is very successful, real spaces of life for 12 people (children and grandchildren) guests.

Accommodation was nice, but not suitable for eight seniors. Five good bedrooms, three good bathrooms. Too few toilets. Beds were covered in winter. There was no alternative. Textual guidance in the house was compelling and not sympathetic. We had a hangover with eight seniors at the house.

With GPS we have easily reached the holiday address. With the forwarded code the villa was immediately accessible. In the course of the evening the owner came by to welcome us. It is a beautifully decorated spacious villa with large garden in a quiet street. Ideal for staying together with family and friends. The children can play outside in the closed garden. And lovers can enjoy the jacuzzi in the garden.

The house is beautifully situated, but has 2 walk-through bedrooms (which offer little privacy). In addition, 1 toilet cannot be used (hidden), and there are only 2 toilets for 18 people. 1 shower does not drain (self resolved with plunger) and on day 3 the sink in the kitchen no longer drained (the siphon broke after we cleared a blockage with a plunger). In short, a lot of annoying flaws that we are not waiting for.
