We had a very nice midweek with our family. Despite the rain, there was plenty to do indoors with the grandchildren. (games, books, table football, shuffleboard, Duplo, all present) the house is nicely arranged, spacious, and yet organized. There are hand pumps by the sinks, a flower, toilet paper, firewood. Really optimal. The house was also really clean. The garden is fenced, which is very nice with small children and a dog. Dutch-speaking hostess. Can also be useful for those who find English or French difficult. They are friendly and hospitable. We wholeheartedly recommend this location.

We spent a very nice weekend at Villa Belair in Spa with 9 adults and 9 children. The house is spacious and perfectly equipped, so we all found comfortable space. The cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, the large kitchen with everything you need, and the expansive living areas where you can eat or relax together are particularly noteworthy. The furniture is also exceptional and reminded the children a bit of a castle. The location is ideal: quiet, yet close to the center of Spa. The garden offered the children plenty of space to play, provided us adults with relaxation, and a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, so we felt at home right away. Communication with the booking portal and the landlord was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Belair – both for families with children and for groups looking to spend a relaxing time together. We would love to come back!

If you are looking for a downside then that is the stairs to the lower floor (staff staircase) which is narrow. In good weather you can go outside but in the rain this staircase is a busy highway. The kitchens and interior is fine. Eating outside is fun, but the rooms on the first floor are large enough to play games with a group of 30 people, or simply to read a book in your ivory turret. The environment is beautiful, experienced hikers can make their mark everywhere and cyclists find numerous hilly cycling routes. If you are a bit worse, you should not go to this environment or this house.
