As an experienced traveler, I found this vacation home quite satisfying. The spacious living room was perfect for our group gatherings, while the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool was lovely for relaxing in.

Nadrin is a great place for remote work. The kitchen was recently renovated and has all the tools I needed. I enjoyed some quiet evenings on the cozy terrace with a beautiful view.

The location of the house is beautiful, endless view and 400m from the forest, you can make nice walks there. We were allowed by the landlord to enter the house a bit earlier when the cleaning crew was gone. This last one could have cleaned a bit better. The house on the ground floor is okay, enough kitchen utensils, but downstairs there are moisture problems and the bedrooms really smelled musty. The duvets and pillows were not clean, but they would be washed now. There was no wood for the stove either, but it was very warm in the living room and we couldn't turn the thermostat down. What was very disappointing was the recreation; the felt of the billiard table is completely ruined and the ping pong table is also damaged.

The stay was reasonable in itself, but there were some shortcomings. Loose and non-working lighting, also some insects in the lamps and heating elements that did not all work, there was supposed to be wood... That was not the case. The first nights were therefore also icy cold for the babies. The location is quite okay. 15 minutes from Houffalize, 15 minutes from La Roche and close to the dam of Nisramont. Where numerous cozy terraces are present.

The cottage was very nice and spacious for our group of 8 adults. Everything fit perfectly and the attic was great for doing something in the evening. The kitchen was fine for cooking with enough space and facilities, only it was a pity that the stove was electric. It worked well, but cooking with electricity always takes some getting used to. The only real noteworthy downside was that the wifi did not come through the house well. The amplifier didn't work, which meant the wifi only worked around the garage, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Furthermore, a really nice little house in a super location, definitely recommended!

We had a great time in this holiday cottage! What stood out the most was the breathtaking view that made us fall in love with the surroundings every day. The amenities were excellent; everything we needed was present and well taken care of. The cottage was also very clean and hygienic, which we find very important. During the warm summer days, it was pleasantly cool, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The beds themselves were also very comfortable and clean. A recommendation for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a beautiful view!

A great place for a peaceful retreat! The house is spacious and well-decorated. We appreciated the clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Being able to bring our dog was a big plus. The only downside was the weather, but we made the most of our time indoors.

Everything was completely fine in the house. Very clean and everything provided. Communication was very smooth and friendly. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free! The accommodation is also pet-friendly, we had 2 dogs with us and this was no problem. The large garden/meadow made this very nice for the dogs to walk around in. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, beautiful view, wonderful to wake up! Supermarkets nearby, just a few minutes by car. Many hiking trails nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will definitely come back! ☺️ 10/10

The view is excellent/ stunning in the serre. Grass has been mowed. Maintenance has been performed, but. The frontdoor cannot been closed(only for show. Approx 5 doors are not working properly. My wife cleaned the 2 toilets at arrival. Rug in top shower was wet dog smelly. Rug in toilet urine parfume. Toilet and shower downstairs were not used because of terrible smell. Very spacious holiday home, quiet yet centrally located. Ideal for excursions in the area to Durbuy, Bastogne, La Chouffe brewery, reservoir of Nisramont, ... Bakery around the corner and a little further also pharmacy and small food shop, all accessible on foot. If you follow the street higher up after 500m in a forest area where it is very quiet walking (depending on the route some serious descents and slopes). There are also several walking routes past the house. The walking route around Lake Nisramont is also very worthwhile, 13km but with spicy slopes and descents, so best only to be done in dry weather (bring a picnic because there is no drinking / eating place on the way) and the trip still takes 3 to 4 hours Beautiful view from the covered terrace with various sliding windows, also nice spacious play attic, just a pity that it can only be reached via wobbly staircase. Also some board games available. Kitchen is recent and perfectly in order, now also with senseo. Only the fire detector is unfortunate in the kitchen so that it goes off quickly when cooking, so we had to temporarily remove the battery when we cooked. 2 bathrooms available, basic but ok, one with bath and downstairs with shower and rooms downstairs also have sink, washing machine available. A beautiful setting and view from the conservatory. That is really a big addition to the home. Lots of nature and walking opportunities in the area. The bakery in the village is really recommended! Nice and beautiful surroundings, so an ideal base for beautiful walks. There is much to experience in the area and too much to see for one week. A beautiful setting and view from the conservatory. That is really a big addition to the home. Lots of nature and walking opportunities in the area. The bakery in the village is really recommended! Do not expect too much luxury for a "villa", but some investment and "finishing" certain aspects of this property would really create a huge added value. We enjoyed our vacation.

Very nice, clean house with a fantastic view, this is really an added value, and the silence. Beautiful walks, departing from within walking distance of the cottage. Everything was very clean, wood was ready, heating works perfectly. Be careful with the front door, if you don't lock it, it can blow open. In the kitchen we missed some cutting boards and some pans need to be replaced. Which was also a shame .... no lighting and heating in the relaxation room. Very spacious holiday home, quiet yet centrally located. Ideal for excursions in the area to Durbuy, Bastogne, La Chouffe brewery, reservoir of Nisramont, ... Bakery around the corner and a little further also pharmacy and small food shop, all accessible on foot. If you follow the street higher up after 500m in a forest area where it is very quiet walking (depending on the route some serious descents and slopes). There are also several walking routes past the house. The walking route around Lake Nisramont is also very worthwhile, 13km but with spicy slopes and descents, so best only to be done in dry weather (bring a picnic because there is no drinking / eating place on the way) and the trip still takes 3 to 4 hours Beautiful view from the covered terrace with various sliding windows, also nice spacious play attic, just a pity that it can only be reached via wobbly staircase. The view is excellent/ stunning in the serre. Grass has been mowed. Maintenance has been performed, but. The frontdoor cannot been closed(only for show. Approx 5 doors are not working properly. My wife cleaned the 2 toilets at arrival. Rug in top shower was wet dog smelly. Rug in toilet urine parfume. Toilet and shower downstairs were not used because of terrible smell.

Kitchen and furniture cupboards are hanging

The area is superr relaxed. But we advise the owner to execute some extra maintenance.

Great holiday home with a super nice view and a bakery within walking distance. There are also beautiful walking routes in front of the door and other starting points are within walking distance of the house on the village square. Furthermore, the house has a nice kitchen and a neat bathroom. The beds in the bedrooms are a bit hard (everyone's preference) but also great.

We really enjoyed all the facilities the house and the area had to offer. The quietness, spotting deer and boar from the balcony, the magnificent view, sun sets, walking trails, garden, play area upstairs and so many more. This house is extremely suited for (smaller) children, as they had a lot of fun with the small billiards, spotting wildlife and chasing around the house. Don't expect pure luxury, but it is all you need to have a successful holiday.
