This vacation home in Virton is an entire vibe, private pool, spacious rooms, and a garden perfect for chilling at barbecues. The grocery store is just around the corner, which is helpful for late-night snacks. We will definitely return for another stay!

Spacious and well-equipped, this house was perfect for our group of friends. The living room was fantastic for hanging out in, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We also enjoyed the nearby tennis court for some friendly competition.

I loved the terrace vibes! Perfect place for morning coffee and sunset. The nearby tennis court was a fun surprise. Just a short drive into town for local dishes. Highly recommended for family trips or friend outings.

Nous avons appelé la personne de contact( le propriétaire) qui nous a dit habiter à 200 km et ne rien pouvoir faire.2* L"état du logement: saleté incroyable ( voir photos), trou dans le mur ( voir photo).3* le contrat annonçait piscine chauffée du 1 mai au 1 septembre. L"eau était vert foncé,remplie de feuilles,algues cailloux,vieux ballons éclatés,...Le propriétaire,averti par téléphone a envoyé un ouvrier qui est arrivé le samedi soir. Pour rappel,notre location débutait le vendreyé.Il mais a reconnu qu"elle ne serait pas utilisable avant le dimanche midi.Mais pour le chauffage,il était en panne et ne pouvait rien y faire. Nous avons donc loué un gîte avec piscine chauffée que nous n"avons pas pu utiliser.Nous avons passé notre week-end à essayer de régler de nombreux problèmes.Quelle détente!!! lock down party (et plus) s"y étaient déroulées. Nous n"aurions jamais loué ce bien si nous avions été au courant. Le propriétaire nous donne finalment raison et affirme avoir rentré une demande de remboursement en notre faveur.

A bit of a disappointment though! By the way, the photos on the site looked fantastic. The reality turned out to be different. On arrival after 6 pm we found a house in which some workmen were spraying the drain pipes. After a few hours, one of the gentlemen came to us report that they could not solve it, that they would come back with a pump truck. This evening we were not allowed to use the sanitary facilities on the ground floor. However, the following days we did not see anyone, so we could not use the sanitary facilities to the full. Only on Friday, the day of departure, it was possible to shower on the ground floor.The otherwise cozy house with many possibilities needs a thorough renovation and / or cleaning.The BBQ is dangerous to use, the pool was not completely clean and the grass was quite high A VELUX window still had to be installed, only a makeshift tarpaulin closed the gap. The noise from freight traffic and the like was therefore very loud earful. Fortunately, we did not have much odor nuisance from the paper factory, as was apparent from previous stay experiences. The basement was actually a collection point for waste such as PMD bags, paper, cardboard and glass from presumably previous guests, not really a place for children to stay as it also housed table tennis accommodation. In short, quite a lot of points, which do not belong on a relaxing holiday. We have made the best of it and definitely recommend Belvilla to book a stay, because of its user-friendliness.

This was the second time we stayed in this house. We had a wonderful time again! It is a large house with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are large on the first floor. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table! Furthermore: enough wood for the stove, enough crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. It is a 70s house, with several levels; a sitting room for the TV, a reading room downstairs. If I have to mention something less positive: when it rains can you smell the factory. (Only outside, not in the house.) Furthermore, there is not much for teenagers to do in the area. There is little that can be done about both things. We did our shopping at the Colruyt, a kind of dark factory hall, but with a wide range, good prices and friendly staff. There is also a regular supermarket, but it is much more expensive. 50 meters away is a bakery that sells delicious bread in the morning (closed on Mondays). The large garden with barbecue and swimming pool we did not use this time. In the spring and summer they are definitely an extra. We had a great time!

Enjoyed this spacious holiday home with pleasure. A lot of privacy in the big garden. Just relax in the heated swimming pool. Furthermore, the house is fully equipped. Even the washing machine (pay-per-use) was present despite the fact that this was not mentioned.Prima beds, which can be a part of the one thing. The only thing that fails is the stench of the paper factory that smells like the wind is wrong. Fortunately, this was only 2 days. For the rest, it is really recommended if you like peace and quiet.

Fantastic house - beyond expectations I stayed here in the first week of May 2021. The house is very large, with 4 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a lounge area next to the multi-burner / stove. There was more than enough wood to have extra warmth and cosiness in the evenings. The pool was open, but not yet suitable for these temperatures. Logical: there is no heating against this. In summer it will be a pleasure, especially with the additional heating. Not (yet) in the picture but lovely are the table tennis table and the large size pool table (the one in the picture is a toy table). The house was clean, warm, the kitchen has everything available. The owner was very friendly. The kids and I definitely want to come back here!

Upon arrival at the house (via the key safe which worked great) we immediately noticed that the house smelled terribly. A huge sewer / well air. Unfortunately this remained the case until we left. This is not nice to sit in for a whole week .... The garden had not been maintained for a long time, so it looked very poor. Playing in the grass was therefore actually not possible. Scattered in the back garden were also a number of silver colored plates / cardboard .... (left over from a BBQ ??) The BBQ itself looked terrible. The schedule was not to be seen. Now it was unfortunately not a BBQ weather for us, but it looked really filthy and too unsanitary to prepare food. Also the pool did not look good. We understand that it is not yet time to swim, but it shows very poorly when the pool looks like this. Covering with a sail would then i.i.g. look better. In the water were all critters and a mess of dirt, which most likely causes certain diseases when you go swimming in. The house was fortunately wonderfully spacious, crockery in abundance and nice to have two bathrooms. A pity that you have to go through the bedroom of the other in one bathroom and that there was no door in it. And the door between the other bathroom on the ground floor and the front bedroom had no door that could be closed. This therefore always stood a crack and at the bottom there was a crack of 10 cm. This is at the expense of privacy.Resuming we had a very nice week together, but unfortunately we can not say that the house was a "Belle Villa". In the immediate vicinity there was not much to do, at least nothing spectacular for which you go so far from home. This part of the Ardennes / Belgium is also not as beautiful as elsewhere. A day in Verdun and Luxembourg city is fun, but is at least an hour away.

Nice week spent with the family in this cozy house. The whole house, including the bathrooms were very clean and proper.As a child of 1 year was traveling, the many stairs were a disadvantage.The smell of the factory a little further can be experienced as annoying.Blood of the pool was not so clean and the pool cleaner did not change that much.Conclusion Tophuis!

Nice house just some maintenance and not properly clean. The floor was sticky and we first put the crockery in the dishwasher because there were still food residues on it. A lot of servues, etc. present. The toilet doors could not be locked. Nice bathroom on the ground floor, but the faucet was loose and the doors could not close were crooked and had no door protection. A knob was missing from the hob. The grass could have been mowed was very high so you could not use it. Furthermore, had a great stay, despite the defects.

Arrival by code, House is fine, nice and spacious and fully equipped. The garden was also huge with a swimming pool in it. The reviews speak of a stench that you smell from the adjacent paper mill. That's right, there is also, but when you are inside you don't smell it at all. What is a point for attention is the current construction site on the other side of the house. The new hospital is being built here. This gives some noise in the morning Mon-Fri from 6 a.m., but with the windows closed, this is reduced and acceptable. Furthermore, the house was well maintained, here and there a small point of attention (drawers in the kitchen were a bit dirty, some problems with the hot water supply) Furthermore, we had an excellent stay here. The landlord is a very nice accessible man, he is ready for you and you can ask him anything. The above problems were therefore solved. The construction site across the street and the odor nuisance were better than expected, unfortunately these are external factors that the owner cannot do anything about either.

The house is big and so is the garden, but that's all. Dishwasher and oven broken and everything is very dated. Many things broken, such as doors and hinges and locks. We have contacted the owner, but the dishwasher and oven may not be fixed until Wednesday. We do receive instructions to leave the bbq clean after the stay, otherwise there will be a fine of 20 euros, but the house is dirty and not cleaned properly. Be sure to file a complaint after the holiday and hope that something will be done about it, if not for us, but for the tenants after us.

The contact with the owner was very nice from arrival. Unfortunately, a week before our arrival the water in the pool had turned green. The owner has done everything to get this in order during our stay, although this did not work out. The house is very well maintained and offers more than enough indoor and outdoor space. On arrival there were some dishes a bit dirty. The nearby area offers many opportunities for walks and bike rides. There are many different information guides for activities in the home. All in all a great holiday!

It was good to find but the roads are very bad so it is advisable to be aware of big potholes. The house is in a quiet suburb of Virton with little traffic. Construction was just across the street, but we were hardly bothered by that. We smoked the paper factory for 2 days; before it starts raining it smells pretty bad. But the house was very neat, spacious and fully equipped. Really enjoyed the pool; the owner keeps a close eye on the water quality. The bakery 2 houses away was also nice. It took a while to find a good supermarket: Delhaize has everything! Plenty to do and see within a radius of 20 km.

We have had a great holiday! We were very lucky with the weather, so we could use the pool every day. The house is very spacious and was very neat on arrival. Contact with the landlord went smoothly. I read a lot of complaints about the smell of the paper factory, but that was not too bad. Yes idd, sometimes you can smell something, but it didn't bother us. Everything you need is available large fridge, dishwasher, nice oven with hot plates, kettle, microwave etc ... Good beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Lots of kitchen utensils, well equipped for 8 people. great memories of it!

The stay was reasonable. We missed garden chairs to sit in the garden. The sofa did not invite you to relax either. We also missed a coffee maker, but there was an expresso available.

It was a beautiful house, and we had a nice week. In a review that was posted before, we read that they took charge of the smell of the paper mill. We thought so, this is true. There were a couple of days that we could not really be out because they were very stinky. A very stuffy sewer air / well air smoke it to. The surroundings and the house are really fine. But by this smell I would not go there again.

Upon arrival at the house (via the key safe which worked great) we immediately noticed that the house smelled terribly. A huge sewer / well air. Unfortunately this remained the case until we left. This is not nice to sit in for a whole week .... The garden had not been maintained for a long time, so it looked very poor. Playing in the grass was therefore actually not possible. Scattered in the back garden were also a number of silver colored plates / cardboard .... (left over from a BBQ ??) The BBQ itself looked terrible. The schedule was not to be seen. Now it was unfortunately not a BBQ weather for us, but it looked really filthy and too unsanitary to prepare food. Also the pool did not look good. We understand that it is not yet time to swim, but it shows very poorly when the pool looks like this. Covering with a sail would then i.i.g. look better. In the water were all critters and a mess of dirt, which most likely causes certain diseases when you go swimming in. The house was fortunately wonderfully spacious, crockery in abundance and nice to have two bathrooms. A pity that you have to go through the bedroom of the other in one bathroom and that there was no door in it. And the door between the other bathroom on the ground floor and the front bedroom had no door that could be closed. This therefore always stood a crack and at the bottom there was a crack of 10 cm. This is at the expense of privacy.Resuming we had a very nice week together, but unfortunately we can not say that the house was a "Belle Villa". In the immediate vicinity there was not much to do, at least nothing spectacular for which you go so far from home. This part of the Ardennes / Belgium is also not as beautiful as elsewhere. A day in Verdun and Luxembourg city is fun, but is at least an hour away.

The house is large but was very disappointing in relation to the high costs. It wasn't fresh and it wasn't clean either. The cleaning costs are quite high, so you can expect it to be clean. There was an unpleasant odor structurally and we had a lot of problems with insects. We had especially chosen this house because of the pool in the garden so that the children could have a wonderful weekend, but unfortunately the skimmer of the pool turned out to be broken. This was a huge disappointment for the children. The pool looked super unhygienic. Also the bbq looked pretty dirty. For the number of kilometers (400 km) that we had to drive, the house was very disappointing.

This was the second time we stayed in this house. We had a wonderful time again! It is a large house with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are large on the first floor. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table! Furthermore: enough wood for the stove, enough crockery, cutlery, pans, etc. It is a 70s house, with several levels; a sitting room for the TV, a reading room downstairs. If I have to mention something less positive: when it rains can you smell the factory. (Only outside, not in the house.) Furthermore, there is not much for teenagers to do in the area. There is little that can be done about both things. We did our shopping at the Colruyt, a kind of dark factory hall, but with a wide range, good prices and friendly staff. There is also a regular supermarket, but it is much more expensive. 50 meters away is a bakery that sells delicious bread in the morning (closed on Mondays). The large garden with barbecue and swimming pool we did not use this time. In the spring and summer they are definitely an extra. We had a great time!

Lovely house, more than enough space and everything we needed was there. Very nice layout and in bad weather we played pool and table tennis. Also lots of exciting hiding places. Good garden with swimming pool. Owner has done his best so that the pool could be used. Small tip for the owner: Here and there a lick of paint / upgrade and you really have a top house! A bit of a disappointment though! By the way, the photos on the site looked fantastic. The reality turned out to be different. On arrival after 6 pm we found a house in which some workmen were spraying the drain pipes. After a few hours, one of the gentlemen came to us report that they could not solve it, that they would come back with a pump truck. This evening we were not allowed to use the sanitary facilities on the ground floor. However, the following days we did not see anyone, so we could not use the sanitary facilities to the full. Only on Friday, the day of departure, it was possible to shower on the ground floor.The otherwise cozy house with many possibilities needs a thorough renovation and / or cleaning.The BBQ is dangerous to use, the pool was not completely clean and the grass was quite high A VELUX window still had to be installed, only a makeshift tarpaulin closed the gap. The noise from freight traffic and the like was therefore very loud earful. Fortunately, we did not have much odor nuisance from the paper factory, as was apparent from previous stay experiences. The basement was actually a collection point for waste such as PMD bags, paper, cardboard and glass from presumably previous guests, not really a place for children to stay as it also housed table tennis accommodation. In short, quite a lot of points, which do not belong on a relaxing holiday. We have made the best of it and definitely recommend Belvilla to book a stay, because of its user-friendliness.

That's right, there is also, but when you are inside you don't smell it at all. What is a point for attention is the current construction site on the other side of the house. The new hospital is being built here. This gives some noise in the morning Mon-Fri from 6 a.m., but with the windows closed, this is reduced and acceptable. Furthermore, the house was well maintained, here and there a small point of attention (drawers in the kitchen were a bit dirty, some problems with the hot water supply) Furthermore, we had an excellent stay here. The landlord is a very nice accessible man, he is ready for you and you can ask him anything. The above problems were therefore solved. The construction site across the street and the odor nuisance were better than expected, unfortunately these are external factors that the owner cannot do anything about either.

The house is big and so is the garden, but that's all. Dishwasher and oven broken and everything is very dated. Many things broken, such as doors and hinges and locks. We have contacted the owner, but the dishwasher and oven may not be fixed until Wednesday. We do receive instructions to leave the bbq clean after the stay, otherwise there will be a fine of 20 euros, but the house is dirty and not cleaned properly. Be sure to file a complaint after the holiday and hope that something will be done about it, if not for us, but for the tenants after us.

Enjoyed this spacious holiday home with pleasure. A lot of privacy in the big garden. Just relax in the heated swimming pool. Furthermore, the house is fully equipped. Even the washing machine (pay-per-use) was present despite the fact that this was not mentioned.Prima beds, which can be a part of the one thing. On the way we received a message from the owner to welcome us and to inform us about the key. The owner was also approachable during the stay. That worked very well. When we arrived at the house, we were surprised by the size of the house and the enormous garden. Be perfect with the information on the site! Unfortunately, the house was not completely clean. The beds and especially the pillows were perfect! The environment we found little impressive. We missed the atmosphere of restaurants, terraces, beautiful views. We had suggested this differently in the Ardennes. The house is also on a busy road where morning traffic starts early.If you keep the window closed, you do not suffer much.

Fantastic house - beyond expectations I stayed here in the first week of May 2021. The house is very large, with 4 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a lounge area next to the multi-burner / stove. There was more than enough wood to have extra warmth and cosiness in the evenings. The pool was open, but not yet suitable for these temperatures. Logical: there is no heating against this. In summer it will be a pleasure, especially with the additional heating. Not (yet) in the picture but lovely are the table tennis table and the large size pool table (the one in the picture is a toy table). The house was clean, warm, the kitchen has everything available. The owner was very friendly. The kids and I definitely want to come back here!

It was good to find but the roads are very bad so it is advisable to be aware of big potholes. The house is in a quiet suburb of Virton with little traffic. Construction was just across the street, but we were hardly bothered by that. We smoked the paper factory for 2 days; before it starts raining it smells pretty bad. But the house was very neat, spacious and fully equipped. Really enjoyed the pool; the owner keeps a close eye on the water quality. The bakery 2 houses away was also nice. We have had a great holiday! We were very lucky with the weather, so we could use the pool every day. The house is very spacious and was very neat on arrival. Contact with the landlord went smoothly. I read a lot of complaints about the smell of the paper factory, but that was not too bad. Yes idd, sometimes you can smell something, but it didn't bother us. Everything you need is available large fridge, dishwasher, nice oven with hot plates, kettle, microwave etc ... Good beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Lots of kitchen utensils, well equipped for 8 people. great memories of it!
