The location is on a road that can occasionally be busy, but inside you have little trouble with it. It is a new house and fully equipped. Every room even has a shower. The billiards table and the football table were of excellent quality. We have had less of that. There were only a lot of flies, but that was probably due to the time of year and the many meadows nearby.

The house is very nice with all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The view was also very beautiful! The only drawback was the fairly busy road next to the house. But even after a while these sounds got used too.

Very nice and cozy house .. The terrace has a beautiful view. The only minus point is the busy lane next to the house, although it has not disturbed us so much!

The accommodation was great. Friendly welcome, immaculate with all necessary facilities. Even more than it says on description. Such as gourmet sets, petanque balls etc ... Environment very beautiful. Certainly also a good base for excursions to other places.

We arrived around 16h and the owner welcomed me sympathetically ... The house is spacious and very clean ... There is everything you need to spend a wonderful stay in this region ... The report overall is very positive ... If we want to quibble, there are only two toilets which can be a little fair but it's a detail ...

Very nice well located accommodation, nice walks in the neighborhood and completely isolated from other houses. Good friendly reception and correct man! An absolute must for a quiet weekend in the Ardennes.

Key transfer fine, afterwards the owner was there within 10 minutes to conclude.Ligging of the house on the road is not so atmospheric, but the environment is nice enough.House is equipped with every comfort, good kitchen, bedrooms with private bathrooms and beautiful sauna.home is clean and spacious.

The arrival was like at many villas between 16.00-18.00. There was no one so we called. Difficult that the owner does not speak another language like French. But in the end I was made clear that we wanted the key. The house is great, neat, nice rooms and everything you need is there. The only thing that is unfortunate is the road right next to the house and the cars that drive past it. And you can hear that in the night. But safe for the children because there is a fence around it. The environment is beautiful, forests and City close and also close to Luxembourg. We enjoyed

Beautiful villa. Everything is provided to have a nice holiday with your friends and children. House is huge with many and large rooms. Pleasant terrace and large garden. The only thing less is that the villa is just next to a busy job.

Arrival was good. Good that the coordinates were passed on. Environment is nice, close to highway. However, the busy road is sometimes annoying, but was indicated.

Fantastic vacation rental! Nicely and comfortably furnished. The ground floor with living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathroom, toilet and large terrace are wheelchair accessible. There are 7 spacious rooms with private bathroom, infrared cabin and play attic. Highly recommended!!!

The view from the terrace is superb ... The house meets expectations. The only downside? The quality of the pétanque court. The owner is available for us and a nice little touch on our arrival ... Thank you.

Had a fantastic weekend with our group of friends in this accommodation. Everything was neatly clean upon arrival. Kitchen fully equipped. Living room is a bit on the small side (a cozy "bar" to sit at), but the large attic offers enough space for relaxation! Ideal that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. As indicated in earlier reviews, the house is on a busier road. We have not been bothered by sleeping other something more. Overall nice, neat accommodation!

Great accommodation! Nicely renovated farmhouse. Located next to a road where they rush past, but you have no problems inside. Apart from the road, you feel a bit alone in the world. There was no spare toilet paper, that should have been mentioned.

excellent reception by owner, actually little explanation because everything is in perfect shape. Very clean. House is located along a busy road, we knew that and is no problem during the day. "At night it is very noisy ... the cars" drive very fast and the rooms are on the street side. All in all had a very nice weekend!

very friendly welcome and follow-up by the owner - each room has a bathroom which is great if you come with different families - only the kitchen could be a little larger, but otherwise completely fine - we were there in winter, but in summer it will be wonderful to relax on the terrace with a beautiful view!

Huis is in orde, ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Echter is de gemeenschappelijke ruimte te klein voor het aantal personen en is 2 wc’s weinig voor zo een groep. De zolderetage biedt wat soelaas maar is niet afgesloten waardoor het storend is als kinderen al slapen of omgekeerd. Los van dit is het huis heel gehorig door een drukke steenweg waar auto’s van ‘s morgens tot ‘s avonds meer dan 70km/u rijden. Ook de afzuiging van wc en badkamers maakt heel veel lawaai in de andere kamers.

Friendly and helpful owner. Fantastic house, everything provided. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom.

The busy track has already been mentioned and did not really bother. Bit harder to sleep, especially on the street side. Can be solved with earplugs or something.

Had a fantastic stay with our group of friends (9 men).

Playroom upstairs is great.

Kitchen also equipped with everything.

Beautiful spacious house. The fact that all rooms have their own contemporary bathroom is a big plus. It is a pity that there was a diesel smell in the room downstairs. The house is well equipped (table grill, dishwasher and washing machine, freezer, ...). We personally found the living space a bit cramped to be all together. The upstairs play area was great fun for the kids. The sauna is a luxury for the elderly. We enjoyed it very much. (The host was also great. quick on messages and helpful.)

House was right next to a busy road where it was ridden quite quickly. The kitchen with dining table was fairly tight, showed in the photos much more spacious. The wood for the stove was not present. private shower. So, price / quality we found it slightly overpriced.

Stay (area, view) above expectations, neatly clean, fresh bunch of flowers in the hall. A lot of problems with flies due to the lack of screens. Excellent, fast service, after discovering that we had no hot water.

Nice location, nice and spacious and great for a group of adults. Plenty to do in terms of (sports) activities in the area and also in the house itself. Plenty of entertainment. With good weather really fantastic with a wonderful view. Located on a road but otherwise secluded and quiet.

Fantastic house, everything in order and plenty of room for 10 people! Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very pleasant and easy! Only the large track along the door and the speeding cars are a pity, but you know that in advance.
