The house is very spacious and bright. Well furnished with a beautiful kitchen and round table. Nice for kids is the playroom and a beautiful view of the horses. Close to Rochefort where you can enjoy walking. Great location for cyclists. It is unfortunate that you cannot walk directly from the house due to the rather busy street without a sidewalk. You have to drive somewhere to walk from there.

Beautiful spacious house, good beds. In some areas, you can tell it is well used (paint and wallpaper damaged/lifted here and there, dining chairs worn, sink upstairs does not drain well). Frying pans also need replacing. Beautiful view of the meadow with horses (therefore I think there are a lot of flies in and around the house). Nice garden, separate playroom for the children. Location is excellent for activities in the area.

We had a wonderful time in and around the house. Very spacious house with large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious/modern bathrooms. Lovely green surroundings with horses at the edge of the garden. Great also for small and/or large children with a table tennis table and foosball table. Many activities in the area such as an escape room in a castle, the caves of Hotton, and canoeing on the river. The town of Durbuy is also recommended. Wide choice of supermarkets nearby and cozy restaurants in Rochefort.

This vacation house is really big and spacious. We spent a relatively comfortable and quiet holiday here. It is especially suitable for families with children who are in an active age group. The vacation house basically has everything you need. But one regret is that it doesn't have a washing machine. Everything is fine, but there are some things that need improvement: the door to the main bedroom downstairs is broken and won't close; the chairs in the dining area of the living room are peeling, and every time you get up, a small piece of skin comes off; many cups have chips, and I'm really afraid of cutting my mouth when drinking water; there are a lot of flies in this place (possibly because there are horses outside), so I dare not open the windows; fortunately, it’s not very hot this year, but it would be better if screens could be installed; the comforters in the bedroom are clumped together and can't be used at all, so we had to buy thin blankets at the supermarket ourselves; I suggest not bringing bicycles here because you can't ride them at all, and you need to drive to go anywhere. Of course, there is a supermarket just a few minutes' drive away. I hope the owner can replace some of the items in the house, making it even more perfect!

In this beautiful environment we were received friendly and hospitable by the owners. A tour of the house made it clear that it fully met our (high) expectations. The wide view from the spacious terrace immediately gave a good holiday feeling and we often enjoyed it. A short distance from the house several trips are possible (markets, fairs, music, interesting buildings, caves, etc.) Pity for us, that it was two weeks sizzling hot ... -)

The arrival by the owners was friendly. The accommodation is top notch: tastefully decorated and with solid materials. The surroundings are beautiful - as we are used to in the Ardennes. In this region the slopes are slightly less steep and frequent, which makes walking easier. One downside: the house is located against a busy road, and if you like to sleep with the windows open, this is annoying.

There was a bottle of champagne cooled, a Santa in chocolate and a typical pastry of the region as a welcome, which we found particularly pleasant. The view of the meadow with the horses behind the house is beautiful and never boring. Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. Kitchen and contents are top notch! Beautiful crockery and material, and equipped with all appliances. A downside for us is the very busy road where you immediately arrive, with no room for a bicycle or pedestrian, let alone a scooter. A beautiful rural house. It is such a beautiful sight to see the horses around the house. The furnishings are really great. 2 bathrooms. Everything was tip top clean. Nice barbecue set. Every detail has been taken into account, even the dishwasher tablets, waste bags and coffee cups. This house is highly recommended. Slightly close to mountain bike trails. If we had a question, the owners were ready for us within 5 minutes. Very friendly people. A washing machine would have been useful for our family in the warm weather, but the owners were able to quickly supply us with new towel sets. So this problem was quickly solved.
The house is located on a N road. We were not bothered by the traffic, but it is not easy to go for a walk or cycle in the evening.

Despite the rain, we had a very nice week with the family in this beautiful and spacious villa. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. All comfort is present and the view of the meadow with horses creates an instant holiday feeling.
All rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are large and tidy.
Impressed by the available kitchen tools that we often lack in other houses (mixer, Nespresso machine, oven & microwave, pots for microwave & oven).
There is sound transmission between the 1st floor and the ground floor, but it is certainly not disturbing.
The ping pong table and table football were a success with the kids, as was the large garden, which was perfect for a game of Kubb or petanque.
You can easily park 3 cars in the parking lot.
Perfect location as there are several hiking trails within half an hour's drive, Durbuy, the caves of Hann, ....
We can only recommend a stay in this villa.

The house was spacious, cozy and clean, with very good beds. Everything was there to cook with the children. And there was a playroom for the little ones. We only missed a small shelter to put the buggy under after the many beautiful walks in the mud :) We will definitely go back!

A truly beautiful holiday home equipped with all conveniences. A well-stocked kitchen inventory for preparing meals. A friendly owner. The central heating boiler broke down during our stay. The owner promptly arranged for a technician, and the problem was fixed the very next morning. We found the stay very pleasant and would love to return. The surroundings are also beautiful.

A beautiful rural house. It is such a beautiful sight to see the horses around the house. The furnishings are really great. 2 bathrooms. Everything was tip top clean. Nice barbecue set. Every detail has been taken into account, even the dishwasher tablets, waste bags and coffee cups. This house is highly recommended. Slightly close to mountain bike trails. If we had a question, the owners were ready for us within 5 minutes. Very friendly people. A washing machine would have been useful for our family in the warm weather, but the owners were able to quickly supply us with new towel sets. So this problem was quickly solved.
The house is located on a N road. We were not bothered by the traffic, but it is not easy to go for a walk or cycle in the evening.

We stayed in a spacious and very comfortable house, fully equipped. The welcome was warm, and everything in order and clean. The view of the meadow with the horses behind the house is beautiful and never boring. Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. Kitchen and contents are top notch! Beautiful crockery and material, and equipped with all appliances. A downside for us is the very busy road where you immediately arrive, with no room for a bicycle or pedestrian, let alone a scooter. If you don't need this, it's definitely a wonderful stay here.

The arrival by the owners was friendly. The accommodation is top notch: tastefully decorated and with solid materials. The surroundings are beautiful - as we are used to in the Ardennes. In this region the slopes are slightly less steep and frequent, which makes walking easier. One downside: the house is located against a busy road, and if you like to sleep with the windows open, this is annoying.

The house is just fantastic. It is even better than it looks in the pictures. The equipment is just fantastic, everything is well maintained and new. We found the stay very pleasant. The house is beautiful. We felt very welcome by the nice welcome, the attentions such as coffee, tea, chocolates etc. The location of the house is fantastic. There is much to do in the area. the ruins of Rochefort, the caves of Han, Dinant and Chevetogne are certainly worth a visit.

The house is an absolute aanrader.We have been very kindly welcomed by the owner. There was a bottle of champagne cooled, a Santa in chocolate and a typical pastry of the region as a welcome, which we found particularly pleasant. In this beautiful environment we were received friendly and hospitable by the owners. A tour of the house made it clear that it fully met our (high) expectations. The wide view from the spacious terrace immediately gave a good holiday feeling and we often enjoyed it. Despite the rain, we had a very nice week with the family in this beautiful and spacious villa. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. All comfort is present and the view of the meadow with horses creates an instant holiday feeling.
All rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are large and tidy.
Impressed by the available kitchen tools that we often lack in other houses (mixer, Nespresso machine, oven & microwave, pots for microwave & oven).
There is sound transmission between the 1st floor and the ground floor, but it is certainly not disturbing.
The ping pong table and table football were a success with the kids, as was the large garden, which was perfect for a game of Kubb or petanque.
You can easily park 3 cars in the parking lot.
Perfect location as there are several hiking trails within half an hour's drive, Durbuy, the caves of Hann, ....
We can only recommend a stay in this villa.
