Located in Rochefort, in the Belgian Ardennes region, this secluded villa is perfect for a family getaway. With 4 bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 9 guests. This villa has private furnished garden for you to soak up the afternoon sun or take a lazy afternoon nap.
The villa is just 2 km from the forest which makes it a haven for the nature lovers. The town centre is 3 km away, perfect for spending the evenings. The Lesse River is 2 km away if you wish to spend some time out in the nature.
A terrace is in place for you to relish a glass of wine with a platter of barbecue. An open kitchen with cooker, coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher is in place for you to use. A central heating and wood stove are installed for your comfortable stay. A high chair and childrens bed are offered to the little guests. A recreation room with table tennis table and a table foot ball is provided in the villa as well.
The check-in timings are between 4-6 PM and checkout-time is from 9-10 AM.

Quiet location, but on a provincial road. A lot of space around the house. New accommodation beautifully clean, cozy and modern. House is fully equipped. Wonderful showers and beds, absolutely fantastic !!! Kitchen nice, modern, fresh and fully equipped. Sweet little horses in the meadow behind the house. We enjoyed.

In this beautiful environment we were received friendly and hospitable by the owners. A tour of the house made it clear that it fully met our (high) expectations. The wide view from the spacious terrace immediately gave a good holiday feeling and we often enjoyed it. A short distance from the house several trips are possible (markets, fairs, music, interesting buildings, caves, etc.) Pity for us, that it was two weeks sizzling hot ... -)

It is a very nice renovated home, with all the trimmings. Very decent kitchen, with everything from cookware, very decent appliances, ... The house is very clean, nice, spacious bathrooms, good beds, in short, the house lacked nothing. Just a pity that the house is on a busy lane, but luckily it falls "quiet at night. The area is really beautiful, we have made beautiful walks. The supermarkets are 5 km, so also super convenient.

The house is an absolute aanrader.We have been very kindly welcomed by the owner. There was a bottle of champagne cooled, a Santa in chocolate and a typical pastry of the region as a welcome, which we found particularly pleasant. There was also a beautiful Christmas tree decorated and with lights in the living room which made it even more cozy. The house is very beautifully situated with a view of the meadow where the horses of the owners stand. The decor of the house is very beautiful and modern, everything that one can think of is present, such as beautiful champagne and wine glasses, electric appliances. mixer, croque monsieurijzer, nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer in the bathroom ... ... .. In short the best house that we have rented in years, certainly worth repeating.

Rented for the second time and just like last time everything was fine. The owners are friendly, everything is super clean, it is also super equipped. The holiday home was very comfortable and convenient, everything had been thought of in the kitchen. Our children really enjoyed the moments with the horses in the meadow next to the garden. Friendly reception. Good explanation of all the necessities in the house and how to handle the horses. Master bedroom with bathroom is very large. The kitchen equipment is very spacious. plenty of pots - pans - cutlery - glasses - croque machine - ... Everything is there. Outdoor facilities also fine. despite the questionable weather, the children could play table tennis, table football. The BBQ cannot be used due to the weather.

The arrival by the owners was friendly. The accommodation is top notch: tastefully decorated and with solid materials. The surroundings are beautiful - as we are used to in the Ardennes. In this region the slopes are slightly less steep and frequent, which makes walking easier. One downside: the house is located against a busy road, and if you like to sleep with the windows open, this is annoying.

The house is just fantastic. It is even better than it looks in the pictures. The equipment is just fantastic, everything is well maintained and new. Great for a family vacation, with the large living room and the very well-equipped kitchen. The environment is very beautiful, from the terrace window you have a beautiful view of the horses and the beautiful landscape. Who wants to have peace in a beautiful location should choose this house. The owners live next door and are very friendly and courteous. They were very nice so we could even check in earlier. We were then also surprised with a delicious cake and chocolate. We will definitely come back again.

We found the stay very pleasant. The house is beautiful. We felt very welcome by the nice welcome, the attentions such as coffee, tea, chocolates etc. The location of the house is fantastic. The decor is very beautiful. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the wonderful bath and the rain showers. The kitchen is fully and luxuriously furnished. The living room is spacious with a large round dining table and spacious seating area. Outside was a lounge set and a spacious 10-person table with chairs. The wide view is amazing. We can't think of anything we missed in and around the house. It was perfect. There was a games room, games and reading books inside. A table tennis table and badminton rackets for outside. There is much to do in the area. the ruins of Rochefort, the caves of Han, Dinant and Chevetogne are certainly worth a visit.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this house. House was clean and tidy, also it is well equipped. Missed a little bit a washing machine to be able to wash our cycling clothes after mountain biking. We stayed in a spacious and very comfortable house, fully equipped. The welcome was warm, and everything in order and clean. The view of the meadow with the horses behind the house is beautiful and never boring. Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. Kitchen and contents are top notch! Beautiful crockery and material, and equipped with all appliances. A downside for us is the very busy road where you immediately arrive, with no room for a bicycle or pedestrian, let alone a scooter. If you don't need this, it's definitely a wonderful stay here.

Blissful breakfast outside on the terrace with the horses on the meadow and beautiful vista.2 minuses are the busy track and the many flies. This accommodation is top notch, everything is there. But then everything. Nice playroom for children, nice reading corner at the top of the stairs. Many games for indoors but also for outdoors. The house is very neat and luxurious

Despite the rain, we had a very nice week with the family in this beautiful and spacious villa. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. All comfort is present and the view of the meadow with horses creates an instant holiday feeling.
All rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are large and tidy.
Impressed by the available kitchen tools that we often lack in other houses (mixer, Nespresso machine, oven & microwave, pots for microwave & oven).
There is sound transmission between the 1st floor and the ground floor, but it is certainly not disturbing.
The ping pong table and table football were a success with the kids, as was the large garden, which was perfect for a game of Kubb or petanque.
You can easily park 3 cars in the parking lot.
Perfect location as there are several hiking trails within half an hour's drive, Durbuy, the caves of Hann, ....
We can only recommend a stay in this villa.
