This beautiful 4-bedroom chalet located in Stoumont is great for 11 people and offers a magnificent view of the lush green countryside. If you're looking for recreation, this is the perfect home for you as it has a recreation room, a sauna, and a swimming pool.
The Coo lake, which has a waterfall, is only 5 km away while the Monthouet forest is a short walk from here. You can go to the Wild World Safari Park in Aywaille only 21 km from here. Another great day trip is to the Forestia adventure park 15 km away. The famous town of Spa is also just 15 km from here.
Besides a heated swimming pool, the house boasts of a billiards table, boules court, and foosball table. There is a large terrace and garden with furniture along with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed, high chair, and play equipment.

We have stayed at this lovely house for a long weekend with a friend of 11 people. The house is equipped with all the luxury and comfort you could wish for a wonderful weekend away! There is a large kitchen where you can cook delicious and outside have a large weber gas bbq. The terrace has very comfortable lounge furniture and there is a large table where you can eat all. The beds are very comfortable and also there is no cut on luxury. As a cherry on the cake, the house has an indoor swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely be back!

Perfection exists! I did not think so, but after this experience I adjust my opinion. I am a demanding customer who expects service but wants privacy, an almost impossible expectation I know, but this owner has perfectly sensed this and dealt with it and helped me to relax more quickly and enjoy my vacation to the fullest. The house itself is exceptionally well furnished with every comfort. Brilliant, a beautiful house with (for us) everything on and on, a very enthusiastic owner who explained everything very well. On arrival there was already fruit, fruit juice milk and chips provided by the owner.

On arrival after a terrible ride (just File drove) we were very enthusiastically received by the owner. These people welcomed us and offered us something to drink. After that a beautiful clear tour was given in a beautiful house. The owner really made every effort to make us feel like it. Fruit, drinks, etc. For the first day was FREE. Where do you still find such lovely people who enjoy you ......... Fantastic !! Surroundings are beautiful, restful and plenty of sights. Have a wonderful week where we are all fully charged. A fantastic and very quietly located Villa. The Villa is in very good condition and cared for with an eye for detail. Nice facilities such as the swimming pool, the game room and large open kitchen and living room with fireplace. The Villa is close to the forest for a nice walk or the mountain bike trail. This home is well appointed and beautiful with all amenities available. It is set in a tranquil and private area with a large deck overlooking a stunning garden. The swimming pool was fantastic and the hospitality from the host was most appreciated. He even provided a large fruit bowl in the kitchen and some products in the bathrooms. He was also quick to attend to questions. We had a wonderful relaxing time with the family and would love to return. I would highly recommend this property.

The view from the room is OK, but not a nice view over the hills and valleys. Superb indoor pool. Neat showers with lots of water on every floor. The beds were good and covered with duvets. The living room was nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, but most pans need updating. There was also a bottle of milk and orange juice in the fridge on arrival. Fruit and coffee were also available. The tour by the owner is very good, so that you know how to find and operate everything.

We were warmly and cordially received by the owner Pascal and were given a tour with clear explanations and instructions. The house looked neat and clean. Lovely firm beds and attractive bathrooms. In the well-equipped kitchen, everything was present and worked properly. Everything was available: from pepper and salt to dishwasher cubes, baking paper for the oven, Nespresso machine including some coffee cups, filter coffee, tea bags, toaster, BBQ materials, gourmet set and a generously filled fruit bowl. Under the house a lovely heated pool made the stay complete. There are luxury sunbeds and a separate room with a pool table and table football. The large garden was neatly maintained. We had a great weekend with eight people, we felt right at home in this beautiful, clean Villa, the nature, the peace and the beautiful view. The site is securely closed with a gate and there was complete privacy in and around the house. Two security cameras aimed at the terrace at the entrance of the house were allowed to be covered, we did not think this was necessary but it was nice to know that this was possible. A tip for the owner is to do something about the reverberation in the dining and living room which echoes to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located.The echoing is annoying when children are in bed on the 1st floor and the adults are having fun in the living room.Hanging curtains and / or placing larger plants might However, all this should not spoil the fun!Thanks Pascal and who knows, maybe we'll come back!

On arrival, the landlord gave us a tour to indicate where everything is and how everything works, we found this very pleasant. He made it clear that doors to the indoor pool were only allowed to open for a short time, otherwise the pool cools down a bit. We have not experienced any of the following problems ourselves. Water from the pool, toilets and showers were clean and we did not suffer from unpleasant odors. The cottage is fully equipped and we especially enjoyed the BBQ on the beautiful terrace. We did not leave the house ourselves to to explore the neighborhood because of corona, but that is also not necessary. There are board games available and outside you can play bowls or just enjoy the sun. The garden is also shielded by vegetation, which in turn contributes to privacy. Dear Belvilla, Monday 7 June we arrived in the rented house Le Monthouet in the Ardennes. Booking number is 1K NN HD 2L. On arrival we met the landlord who gave us a (long-winded) tour. He immediately indicated that he had had very annoying tenants and that he had suffered enormous damage from them. He also indicated that the residents had used too much electricity. This complaint came across as very strange to us as an entrant and did not feel like a warm welcome aan.Op the moment we entered the house we smelled a musty urine / sewer smell. We immediately said this to the landlord and asked where the smell comes from. He indicated that everything had been cleaned and that this may have been the cleaning agent. After a tour of at least an hour, the landlord left with the announcement that he would come by this week to do some work at the pool and around the house. He promised to call before coming, but this never happened. During our stay he certainly came to the door twice without calling and reporting it. The following days the smell lingered in the house and could mainly be smelled in and around the toilets. The water was also very cloudy and yellowish. After taking a shower we got the feeling that we were even dirtier than taking a shower. When we filled the bath the water was brown and cloudy. We have booked this house to relax. Unfortunately, this was not successful because our privacy was not respected and it was not pleasant to stay in a house with such a bad smell and dirty water. It is also a bad thing that a landlord comes by so often during someone's stay. Besides that he came by, he also came to mow the grass during our stay. Had a very nice stay in Monthouet. Pleasant and attentive reception, even though they just suffered from flooding with a lot of damage ... it hardly disturbed our holiday. The son of the house offered us a warm welcome and we were pleasantly surprised by all the small attentions that were provided (including a refrigerator filled for the first night / day). The villa is richly furnished with style and charm clearly with the passion of a owner who values quality is of paramount importance. Stoumont has a central location, making it very easy to get off in the neighborhood.

Very warm welcome by the very endearing owner. Superb modern accommodation and very like. Had a cozy touch with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. Beautiful bedrooms, very modern bathrooms with walk-in shower. Excellent swimming pool nicely heated to 30 ° C. Very nice environment which invites to beautiful walks. Also very quiet and quiet. An absolute must with an owner who is always available to help.

The accommodation was great! After a friendly welcome and tour of the owner, we enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this villa. The pool was perfect and the children spent hours in it! The sauna, pool table, fireplace and beautiful and stylish rooms and bathrooms made our weekend a great success. To be repeated!

Fantastic beautiful villa! The villa is certainly as beautiful - and perhaps even more beautiful - as in the pictures.Great heated pool, nice sauna (on time, because it takes a while before it is warm), nice big kitchen with everything you need , beautiful natural surroundings, the beds are delicious! The villa is secluded (which we just loved), but keep in mind that you stay especially in the villa, which is really no punishment!
