This premium apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in Bad Kleinkirchheim on the edge of the UNESCO Nockberge Biosphere Park in Carinthia, directly in the famous Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area.
The apartment is on the first floor and offers a spacious living room with dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of which has an extra bed for 1 person), a large bathroom, underfloor heating and a south-facing balcony/terrace with patio furniture. All rooms offer high-speed Wi-Fi. You can watch TV via satellite TV or the streaming services from Google Chromecast such as Netflix, Disney+ or Prime. A parking space is available, as well as a ski and snowboard storage room, ski boot warmers, a storage room for bicycles, a washing machine and dryer and enough storage space for luggage.
A wide range of activities await you in the Bad Kleinkirchheim adventure area! Discover the magnificent alpine world of the Carinthian Nockberge while hiking or biking or relax in one of the two local thermal baths. The well-known ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald is a large and well-known ski area and offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 lifts.
Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the Skipark Falkert, which is located at the Heidi Alm mountain resort on the Falkert. This ski area is a very family-friendly ski area and offers 12 kilometers of slopes, 3 ski lifts, a snow park and a cross-country ski trail.
In summer, the nearby Carinthian bathing lakes Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See or Brennsee offer plenty of bathing fun and a large water sports program and can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes.
Bad Kleinkirchheim offers plenty of shopping opportunities for daily needs as well as various restaurants. The ski and wellness shuttle is right in front of the entrance to the apartment building (100 meters).

We spent two weeks with our family in this apartment. The apartment was equipped with every luxury. Different types of kitchen appliances so that, for example, bread could also be toasted. It is a compact and complete apartment. Nicely decorated. The only point of attention is the sofa. This is made for people with very long legs, so you literally have to lie on it.
It is good to know that Belvilla does not provide clean bed linen after one week of a two-week stay. You pay more than € 80 for bed linen when booking, but that is only for once. If you want clean bed linen halfway through your holiday (which is not a bad idea after one week) then you have to pay € 15 per person. We found that very strange since we had already paid for bed linen and this was certainly not described when booking.

Spacious, clean, new apartment on the edge of the village. The apartment is fully equipped (Dutch :-)). We were there in the low season, but with the tourist information we were kindly helped and there were plenty of activities to do. It is a must (we think) to go to the three-country point! The only downside of the apartment we found was the hard beds.
