We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Admittedly, it is high up, in a quiet location and the road down to the valley really takes some getting used to....but it was worth it for us. Unfortunately the weather was in Sonnenland Kärnten in the first week of bad, a lot of rain, fog, etc., in the second week it was for our older dog (15,5 years) too hot for walking, but we have totally us in the wonderful silence recovering from everyday stress, the house is not just for people with a dog (s) highly recommended.

On Kalchberg we had a wonderful holiday in the middle of nature. The house is well equipped and very clean, we especially liked the large wooden swing in the garden, which is well fenced, our dogs could romp unhindered there. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, but it was always nice to just sit in the garden and watch the young cows on the surrounding pasture.
