The holiday apartment is located in Saalfelden and is modern and inviting at the same time, so that you feel at home from the very first moment. The balcony with its wonderful view invites you to greet the day with a cup of coffee or end the evening with a glass of wine while nature shows off its most beautiful side.
Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer is an ideal starting point for numerous activities, no matter what time of year. In winter, the nearby Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, which is only a few minutes away, beckons. With over 270 kilometers of slopes, it is one of the best ski areas in Austria and offers perfect conditions for skiers and snowboarders. But there is also a lot to discover away from the slopes: cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and toboggan runs provide variety, while snowshoe hikes allow you to experience the snowy mountains from a completely new perspective.
In summer, the region transforms into a paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers. Hikers and climbers will find a wealth of tours through the impressive landscape of the Steinernes Meer, while mountain bikers will get their money's worth on the trails of the Leogang Bike Park. Quiet hours can be spent at the nearby Ritzensee, which provides refreshment on hot days. Golfers can also look forward to it: the Urslautal golf course is just a few minutes away and offers fantastic views while playing.

Cottage was good, neat only with a shower, the water did not run to the drain but under the shower door, so that the entire bathroom floor was wet and you had to pull it dry with a small shower puller ..
