Unfortunately we were in a traffic jam for a long time, which we could not keep to the arrival time. With a telephone message about the info, the landlady was not at all the opposite. They were always friendly and they were very concerned about the well-being of their guests. The self-produced products e.g. Cheese and sausage were a poem :-) In the morning you could enjoy it with bakery rolls and fresh milk. THE VIEW AND THE QUIET WAS A DREAM, FOR EVERYONE WHO LOVES NATURE, THERE IS THE RIGHT ONE.

We are two adults and a baby (13 months) been on a holiday in this house. You use the upper floor of the house owner lives downstairs. Certainly not disturbing. Bedrooms spacious and neat. Large bathroom with a nice bath. Fine cuisine. Less suitable for tall people, everything is laag.Huis is adapted to children. There is a stair gate, there is a high chair and a ledikantje.Buiten fun. Farm you can just see and get close to the animals. Playground shared with the guests of the campsite. Sufficient carts etc. for everyone. Only downside lots of flies and late to work with tractors.

We stayed at Hochkonigblick for two weeks in August with our two children aged 8 and 11. It was a lovely clean and spacious appartment with beautiful views of the Hochkonig mountains. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were particularly good to the children showing them their animals and giving them rides in the tractor. Plenty of things for the kids to do ie. swings, go-karts, small pool and a trampoline as well as a lovely dog, kittens, rabbits and farm animals. There was always fresh milk and eggs available as well as coffee and cake. The location is ideal for exploring the area by car (the salzburgerland card is an absolute must!) and for those who are happy to spend many quiet nights in, as it is possibly not within easy walking distrance of bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic two weeks, very relaxing, particularly as the kids were always entertained!

We are Hochkönig, Dorfgastein, Hof Gastein, Gastein been with the car is all easy to do. The sledding in Embach was quite an experience. The kids loved it that the dog us every day already waiting when we came back. This house is ideal if you're like us, after a hard day's skiing at home to cook and read a book or a game want to do. If your evening out like (in winter) is somewhat less, because then you're too far from the village. In the summer, probably not a problem because then you can also evening walk outside.

the stay does not match the description, the hostess is curt and unfriendly, which made us decide to go home earlier. it has certainly not been a relaxing holiday for us.

according to description it would be a quiet location. this is absolutely not true because you are on a camping site where the camping guests make noise until late in the evening. In addition, the milk truck comes to collect milk in the middle of the night, which also disturbs the night's sleep.

the following is not present what should have been. partial garden furniture. we are not allowed to use the garden, bbq is not there at all. a sofa in the living room which is just a shelf with a fabric around it. glassware and cutlery is not enough for 5 people and certainly not for 7 people. it is an apartment for 5 people and certainly not for 7 people as stated in the description. it would be to Belvilla's credit to give a more accurate description. then we would never have booked this.

We were greeted on arrival and given our own key. The property is on a farm in the hosts' house. It is easily accessible even in snow. It is perfect for ski trips to Rauris or Bad Gastein. The accommodation was always pleasantly heated despite temperatures of -5 ° C.

The house is in a nice environment. With 20 minutes drive you are in the middle of Bad Gastein.Parking place directly in front of the door. It is a pity that you have to go through the house of the owner to get to your apartment. The apartment is spacious enough. What a pity, that you have to bend a lot because of low beams.

My buddy and I have felt in this cozy apartment very comfortable. I think for two to three people is just right. The bedrooms are big enough and we slept well. A bit must be careful with the very low hanging cross beams, which pass through the entire loft. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The ski areas (Dienten Rauris, Dorfgastein) it takes about 1/4 hour by car.

fantastic holiday accomodation, complete top floor of a beautiful wood chalet with fantastic views and in a wonderful location as a base to explore around the salzburg area with lots of attractions near. The chalet itself is on a mountainside and is quiet and relaxing, we were there with two young children who loved every minute also the owners were very friendly and helpful and had milk and cheese etc for sale which are produced on the farm, we would recomend this property to anyone looking for a good holiday.

This year we have been here for the first time and we enjoyed three weeks. The children are entertained with the rabbits and helping the farmer. Because there is a small campsite near the children had also arranged other children where they could play with. We had a gweldige holiday.
