Holiday cottage fully renovated in 2014 with emphasis on preserving the original atmosphere. Ground floor has living room and combined kitchen/dining area. Bathroom with underfloor heating. Well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace overlooking a preserved natural area. 1st floor has a large bedroom with double bed as well as a TV room. Access to 1st floor is via a steep staircase. The house is located on 1550 m² large natural plot bordering a natural area.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
