Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna with attention to detail, located on a large natural plot only approx. 300 meters from the rushing North Sea at Vrist. The house appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. Large bathroom with whirlpool, underfloor heating and access to the house's 3-person sauna. Guest bathroom with bathing environment, toilet and underfloor heating. The house is energy friendly with both heat pump and LED lighting throughout the house. The living room is modernly furnished and equipped with flat screen TV with both Danish and German channels, free internet and stereo with CD player. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen is in high quality well equipped with induction hob, fridge / freezer, combi oven with grill and hot air functions and also acts as a microwave. The house has 3 bedrooms and a loft with access to the living room, all with quality beds. One room is equipped with TV, DVD player and PlayStation 3 incl. game. There is both an open and covered terrace with 2 sun loungers, barbecue and good garden furniture where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups. A house that is suitable for all seasons.
